He lives in a different state than me so shopping for him for a surprise present is a little difficult, because I want to make sure he likes what I buy. After spending a good 30 minutes picking out the best watch I think he will like I checked out. I was nervous that my bf might not like it and asked the rep what their return policy was. He stated that their watches are final sales. This made me super nervous because I was spending a pretty penny on something my bf might not like. I asked if it was possible to exchange the watch if my bf didn't like it. I explained my situation and let him know he lives in a different state and made sure there was a Tilly's by his place so just in case he didn't like it, could he exchange it in Texas for one he likes. I knew it was a long shot and a lot to ask, but the rep was very nice and was able to help me out. He added a note to the receipt and put his name and store initials. This way if my bf didn't like the style watch I picked out he could exchange it for one he liked in Texas. I really appreciate the attention and help Aubryience (sorry I know I spelled it wrong) gave me. He was able to help me make sure this birthday present was wonderful! To my luck my bf LOVED the watch I picked out so he didnt have to exchange it, but I am glad I covered all my bases just in case! Thanks again for the great customer service!

Unfortunately, my experience with a pair I purchased from Cowtown Boots in Tempe, Arizona, in February of twenty twenty-four has been nothing short of disappointing. I was on a business trip to Arizona and decided to pick up a nice pair of boots while I was there. I had been wearing Ariats at the time, but I wanted something different and knew Cowtown made their own brand of boots. While I hadn't necessarily heard great things about them, I was familiar with the name and figured they'd be a good choice. Nine months later, I'm regretting that decision. The soles now have multiple holes, and the heel flaps are coming off. For context, I live on twenty acres in Montana, but I don't do heavy ranch work--these boots are worn for everyday use. Typically, I get about two of solid wear out of a pair before needing repairs. Seeing these fall apart after less than a year of light use is shocking. I reached out to the store where I purchased them, and they referred me to corporate. When I called corporate, I was essentially told there's nothing they can do--no warranty, no acknowledgment of the premature wear, and no offer to make it right. They did offer to re-sole them, but only if I paid out of pocket. I understand no one can guarantee how long a product will last, but to hear "that's just the way it is" after explaining my long history with boots and reasonable expectations was frustrating. It's clear Cowtown Boots isn't standing by its products or its customers. I'm writing this not to vent, but to call attention to what seems like a drop in quality and customer care. For a company with such a strong reputation in the Western wear community, I expected much better. I hope they take this feedback seriously and reconsider how they handle these situations. Until then, I can't recommend these boots--or the company--to anyone who expects reliability and customer support to match the price tag.

The pickings were slim, and the shoe section which is already small, was pretty wiped out. The employees weren't super busy although there were a few shoppers inside when I walked in. None of them greeted me or offered to help me find anything. I was eyeing a pair of booties, but I didn't bother to ask if they had my size or the color I wanted. I also didn't see a clearance section. I had planned on using my militsry/first responder 25% off deal that was valid in-store only which expires today on Christmas Eve, but it was not meant to be. The good part is, Lululemon usually sends that same email every few months, so it's not the end of the world. Hopefully, I'll have a better experience if and when I come back to this location.
