Had such an amazing time on our tour, first time is South Florida and I would highly recommended this company to anyone. Plenty of stops to get on and off from and they came by quiet frequently so you had enough time to walk around and enjoy yourself wherever you decide to get off. Our tour guide Amaury was amazing. Super funny and knowledgeable. Made some jokes and translated perfectly in English and Spanish. He even helped us out by telling us some amazing places to eat and drink at when we hopped off. I would recommend anyone with long hair to bring hair ties if you're going to sit on the top deck. And a hat/glasses because the Florida sun is not forgiving. It was mostly pretty breezy, but I would still bring that stuff just Incase.

They weren't on time most of the time and that's the main reason for four stars. Everything else was great. The tour guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. Watch out for branches! Many people were struck but it was because they weren't paying attention to, or couldn't understand, the warnings from the tour guides. I highly recommend it. We bought our tickets through Groupon and got a discounted price for two days. We did all loops. They take you everywhere. They only checked our tickets once so I'm sure you could pick up a map and just hop on to try it before you buy it.

If you have a limited amount of time at your disposal, then often the best way to see a city is by getting onto a tour bus which gives a sense of the highlights of the city. Since we found ourselves with a very limited amount of time in Miami, we decided to get tickets for this tour bus after recommendations from the concierge at our hotel, the Westin Coral Gables. Thankfully there was a stop about 100 feet away from the hotel entrance and so getting on the bus was an easy affair. Once on the bus, we noticed that although there were seats on the lower level, there was not a single person sitting at that level. That made sense as it would not have been possible to see outside through the windows as the outside of the bus was covered with ads for the tour company. Like everybody else, we went to the second level of the bus and took our seats. The very first stop we encountered was Little Havana. Our tour guide (Huliyo) said that we would be at the stop for only 10 minutes and on the basis of that, we wandered around in close proximity of the bus. However, 10 minutes turned to 15, then to 20 and finally to 25 before we left that first tour stop. The reason was not hard to discern - our tour guide was getting a lunch for himself at the restaurant next to where we had stopped and it was only after he and the driver were done with their food, that we moved out of the stop. That left a bad taste in my mouth because (a) the tour guide should not have been taking his lunch break during the tour itself and (b) more importantly, he said that we would be at that stop for only 10 minutes and we decided not to stray far away from the bus but then he ended up being there for 25 minutes. That was the very last day of our trip to Miami and we were not happy at our time being wasted in such a callous manner. Then as we made our way to Miami Beach from Miami, we found ourselves experiencing some rain. At least some of us may have wanted to move down to the lower level but because the windows were all covered with the ads, none of us did. To their credit, the guide had given all of us ponchos and half way during the trip I found myself using mine. It is also perhaps worth mentioning that when going from Miami to Miami Beach (and back), the bus takes the highway and although being on the second level of a bus while on the highway can be an exhilarating experience, the gusty winds can be a problem. Apart from the tardiness with respect to schedule and the fact that lower level seating was not possible, I also found the bus itself to be in a bad physical condition. You can take a look at the two pictures I am posting and judge the condition of the bus for yourself. The paint peeling off and the broken seats suggest neglect and indifference on the part of the owners. Something which I did not appreciate is that the only option the company offers is a 2-day option. As we bought this ticket on our last day of the trip, we could not avail of the 2-day flexibility and were left with the feeling that we had overpaid for the ticket. Furthermore, the trips stop around 6:00 p.m. or so and therefore after seeing the sunset at Miami Beach, we could not avail ourselves of this bus and instead had to take a cab to get back to Coral Gables which cost us ~ $40. All in all, I would say they were a very mediocre operator and I sincerely hope that they either shape up or go out of business.

Our tour guide, OBI!!! He is amazing and very humorous! Great experience of calling out all the celebrities homes, history and best to direct us to Cuban food and cigar shop!!!! Our 3 year old son enjoyed it just as much!!! He now looks for all the "tree, tree, trees" overhead

A very good - hop on / hop off - set of buses taking in the sights of the Miami Dade areas including Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Little Havana. We did it in a January mild rainy day, and it was informative, delightful, and entertaining. When it started raining, they gave us ponchos - those of us, who chose to stay upstairs on the open air bus. One of the announcer / guides was named Ovi. He was terrific.

This was a great way to see Miami, Florida. Delightful tour bus and company! My sister and I enjoyed hopping on and off the bus from shopping and restaurant eating. I would totally do it again!

We showed up at 9:10 AM, exactly as instructed, only to be told our booking had been moved to 11:30 AM without any notice whatsoever. No email. No call. Nothing. Just "oh yeah, it was changed." From there, it was 30 minutes of standing around, being sent back and forth between employees who clearly had no idea what was going on. Eventually, we were told we'd receive a refund and a free boat tour as compensation for the inconvenience. Sounds reasonable, right? Except when they went to process it, they tried to charge the boat tour tickets against the refund credit -- essentially undoing the compensation they just promised. If we hadn't been paying attention, we would have been charged anyway. Luckily, we caught it, demanded clarity, and only then did they issue a full refund and actually give us the boat tour tickets for free like they said they would in the first place. The boat tour itself (celebrity homes) was fine -- nothing special -- but that's not the point. We're locals who intentionally tried to spend the day as tourists, and this experience made it painfully clear how miserable this must be for out-of-towners who don't know better. Disorganized, misleading, and careless with customers' time and money. Miami deserves better than operations like this -- and tourists definitely do.

If you want to get around Miami and save money on ride shares and taxis this is the way to go…read more With that being said only book this if you have most of the day to devote to the experience. Traffic in Miami can be busy and something a few miles away could take 20 minutes to travel to so choose your stops wisely. We started the trip at the bayside shopping area. The salesman explained each stop so we had a plan before getting on the bus. The buses were packed and we had to sit downstairs with no air conditioning to go to the first stop. Luckily it only took about 10 minutes. We got off by the beach and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk then spending a half hour on the beach before finishing our walk to the second stop. They say the buses come every 30 minutes and we always seemed to wait 15 or 20 minutes before the bus came. Stops were easy to find with little red signs. We then took the bus to little Havana and enjoyed lunch there. It was fun to drive by the other locations but with the timing we did not have enough time to get off and explore to be in the right area around lunch. They give you headsets that let you listen to facts and information about Miami. Overall the experience is what you make it.

The airboat tour was decent but we were told to listen out for announcements for the animal show & bus departure, which neither of us heard. At least one other group didn't hear the animal show announcement too. There was supposed to be a complimentary professional airboat photo, but ours got lost. No estimated time of departure was given & we didn't see some people on the bus on the way back. The driver didn't seem to do a headcount before leaving. Granted, he did warn us that we would be left behind if we weren't there when the bus left, but a headcount & a short wait for stragglers are pretty standard tour practices. The lights on the bus didn't work & the bus seemed a bit old too.

I'm so glad we booked online because it seems like if you book in person they upsell you like crazy. I saw people with "VIP" stickers - VIP means nothing. At best dishonest and at worst, predatory. Once you book they tell you that you'll need to pay in person a half hour before your trip, which for us was 8:30. Once we paid, we were on the bus and moving AT 9 am, so make sure you are punctual. When we arrived to pay 8:30 am, the people at the counter were annoyed that we were there (we must have interrupted their social hour) and told us at their systems were down so we HAD to pay by cash. Ok, sure. It ended up being $65 instead of $58. Keep in mind that every driver and tour guide you have with this company will be aggressively nudging you for tips. The bus seats are very dirty and the stairs are narrow as heck. I saw this tour was advertised as completely accessible. This is not true. If you are a wheelchair user, do not book this tour. The ride wasn't very educational (you can learn more by Wikipedia), but it would have cost us more in car rental or Ubers to explore the city ourselves, so it gains one star for that. The tour guide was also pausing his "tour" to yell at every single person who looked to be a tourist that we were on a tour and they should join us. We were told this tour would be 2.5 hours with an hour lunch break. We were at the office at 8:30 to check in like they requested, and didn't get back to our starting point until 1:30 pm. The only way we could've gotten back earlier would've been to ditch the bus and get an uber or Lyft. At about 11 am, the driver and tour guide dropped us at a glorified bus station (fake turf, 2 toilets, 2 food trucks, a bar, and cornhole) for over an hour, after promising we'd be gone in a half hour and vaguely threatening us to be on time. We did not leave that bus station until 12:30. I called the main office twice to check where our bus was and if they were even still coming to pick us up. An hour and a half wait is insane especially when you expect a half hour. We also did not purchase a boat tour (thank god) so we had to wait on the bus as they tried to get more customers and stopped at every bus stop between the Marina and their office on Lincoln. We didn't get off the bus from 12:30-1:30, and were vaguely laughed at when we asked the ETA. IDK, we had some good points of this tour, but we were not expecting for a FIVE HOUR expedition where they tried to upsell us at every turn, and then treated us like nothing when we didn't pay more or didn't have extra cash to tip since we didn't know we had to pay in cash for the tickets. We lucked out by booking the 9 am otherwise our entire day would've been wasted by being held hostage by this tour company. We were lucky to have the rest of the day after we were finally dropped off at 1:30.
