A friend of mine had referred me to him when I was in search of a physician for my breast augmentation. She herself was a patient prior and shared her experience. With that and her own results I went to visit him for a consultation. At consult, he takes his time with his patients assuring he is going over all pieces to the procedure and recovery. Dr. Long aims to make you feel comfortable with every step of the process before even agreeing to the procedure. I initially went very modest in my size in my first augmentation, therefore, when I saw him two years later I talked about going larger. To note, Dr. Longo is realistic and does not do overdone sizing but will match the size to your body shape and size overall. After evaluation and discussing we nearly doubled my implant size for the second augmentation. My first implant was 300cc and my second I went to 590cc. I also was in the need of an bleph, bad genetics. He discussed the process and said it can be done at the same time as my implant exchange. My recovery for both processes went great but be realistic of the recovery. The Mastopexy with implants was the most painful of all. Lastly, the office staff are so personable. They are welcoming and make you feel as comfortable as you discuss the modifications you are looking to make to yourself. Ruth is amazing, I love her! She is my go-to for all my new questions in procedure cost and timelines. She will work with you the best she can in the pace you need. And he did fix the very specific area that was botched. But it was at the expense of the entire front of my nose. It came out extremely crooked. Like the shape of a J. My nose was very straight before. It had great contouring before and now it looks like a poorly drawn cartoon character. I came back multiple times to express my unhappiness and he gaslighted me and told me I was wrong and that it was straight and finally that there was nothing he could do. Everyone in my life has told me it's extremely crooked. So I went to get a second opinion from another surgeon who agreed and completely validated all of my concerns.

They asked you to fill out a review of the situation but they watch you fill it out literally while they're standing 2 feet from you watching you fill out every letter. I know it was before the bandage came off that I gave the assessment. Still unseen, the nose and high on pain medication 3 days of pain medication as this is done on purpose is that I would not recommend this doctor or clinic.

I'm 38, almost 39 and the past couple of years I started to notice a little bit of sagging and fullness in my neck and super loose skin on my upper eyelids. It's been difficult to apply makeup on my eyes the past couple of years. What I liked about facetite is it tightens the neck as well as my lower face and I definitely had fullness in my lower face. Procedure day was great! I took some Valium to help me relax. Dr. Liu carefully marked me and made sure I knew what he was going to do and that I was happy with the plan. Numbing me up was the worst part, but even so, it was completely tolerable, especially with the Valium on board. He was gentle and took his time and after just a couple minutes I was numb and then felt no pain the rest of the procedure. He had some good music playing, I was able to talk if I needed to and he made sure to check in with me throughout the treatment. When we were done his extremely kind and knowledgeable assistant put a compression wrap on me, and then I was on my way home. When I got home I started icing and kept my head elevated. I took two doses of pain meds but honestly I probably didn't even need it. The next morning I woke up with zero pain, unless I touched the treatment areas. But I'm on day three and haven't needed a pain med, except for that first day. I only have three tiny sutures for the facetite. One behind each ear and one of the chin. My neck is SNATCHED and my eyes are like they were 20 years ago. No more wrinkling when I put on eyeliner or creasing of my makeup as the day goes on and I'm so happy with this whole experience. I had no idea my neck could look this good!! Highly recommend FaceTite with Dr. Liu.

She , (Debra. P.A.) on multiple occasions, tried explaining to us, that she would 'manipulate the "coding" so that the charges they were submitting to BLUE CROSS insurance would reflect some made up reason for a non-existent diagnosis that would get them to cover these treatments, 100%!. We didn't quite understand what Debra was telling us at the time. It never felt quite right with us. It almost felt fraudulent, it felt suspect and even shady and is the primary reason that both my partner and I left INTEGRATED CARE and went elsewhere for continued treatments. They, usually "Debra", on multiple occasions, told us, there's just some sort of "lag time"in payments from BlueCross-CA. Eventually, when the unpaid balance was becoming so large and 100%, unpaid. We both felt very uncomfortable about it and discontinued with treatments at IntegratedCare, regardless of the multiple conversations with them assuring us "not to worry" is just some kind of office error. They assured us both, that "eventually, the entire bill would be covered and to "just toss the invoices into the trash". They even kept incurrageing my partner to keep coming for the weekly treatments. All the while, his balance kept growing bigger and bigger. Apparently, the information and instructions that they were telling us? They were either inaccurate or possibly just a plain lies. They made mentions on telling, possibly fabricated information to the BlueCross, so why would I trust them to be honest with us? Over the past year, we are still today getting monthly statements today more than a year later. The stressful PAST DUE OR GOING INTO COLLECTIONS letters start coming in with a past due balance of $7,292.78 ! After numerous attempts to resolve and numerous promises that there no need to worry. Why couldn't they just be honest with us in the beginning or at anytime? Why would they encourage us to continue with weekly Spravato treatments for nearly 8 mos. Why wouldn't they inform us that the insurance was not paying their "bogusly coded charges"? while no payments were being approved by insurance? They never bothered to mention anything about it to us. What kind of business does that anyway? WHERE ELSE WOULD A PRIVATELY OWNED CLINIC CONTINUE PROVIDING "UNPAID" SERVICES FOR 7 MOS? ZERO payments received !! It ridiculous to imagine any medical, "niche" clinic to allow this kind of practice..The charges were more than my partners total income at that time !Over one year later, the obnoxious and bogus past due notices keep on coming on the first week of every month, showing still, no payments made. I now believe that they were repeatedly lying to us, telling us that ALL SERVICES WOULD BE PAID IN FULL. We eventually found another location in which all the needed treatments and services would be covered 100%.. BUYER BEWARE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, JUST TO KEEP YOU COMING for treatments while knowing that the treatments aren't being covered by insurance. I believe they just want to keep the number of patients as elevated as possible. That bottom line $$$ is #1 for them. This went on for around 8 mos.! We can no way afford $7,410 or around $10,000.00/ yr. for Spravato treatments for anxiety, depression & PTSD. Nor did we ever "verbally agree" to pay out of pocket for the services. THIS has become a big source of anxiety and depression in itself, over a year later. Thanks alot I.Care. We all know. We will never actually be made to pay this "BOGUS MEDICAL INVOICE". I am no expert, but am starting to believe that they will gladly take it and use it for a income TAX WRITE OFF write off, against the insanely hugely profitable, lucrative margins they work with there. I believe it's several hundred percent mark-up for a relatively cheap pharmaceutical given and supervised by a couple underpaid LVN'S and M.A's. I believe this was possibly there intention all along. I feel this practice is just plain dishonest, wrong and possibly even illegal. We have been very patient, waiting for some kind of resolve on this invoice. We should not be receiving any statement with any unpaid balances today., .Its now been just over a year. Still getting those statements. We are just fed up with this place. A cautionary review…read more Years ago, I had rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Toft. During the procedure, so much bone and cartilage was removed that one side of my nose eventually collapsed entirely. I also recall being conscious while he chiseled away at my bone -- an experience I found deeply unsettling. The damage from this surgery was severe enough that I recently underwent a 6.5-hour reconstructive procedure just to correct the structural problems it caused. I share this so others considering surgery with Dr. Toft can make a fully informed decision. Please do your own research before proceeding.

It's crazy to see that I'm not the only one to have the exact same right nostril issue after…read moregetting a rhinoplasty from Dr. Clark. During the next 10 years after the procedure my septum slowly collapsed and I had to have an ENT repair it. The ENT said it is unfortunately common that they have to repair work from a plastic surgeon. They've fixed the back end, but the nose tip still bends left almost identical to the pictures below. I'm incredibly self conscious about it and hate most pictures taken of me head on because you can see it bend. I am getting a consult from another surgeon next month who I hope can fix the tip and give me my confidence back. Dr. Clark may do good body work but do not see him for your face!

He is on a major ego trip and doesn't believe his work could be anything but perfect. I went to him for rhinoplasty (nose) work. I should have heeded the bad feelings I was getting from his office. There is no communication or organization amongst his staff. I woke up during the operation (I could feel them working on me) and I heard them arguing about not having the right type of suture material. After the bandages were removed and the swelling went down I could see the bad results. The nose had to be redone. I complained about the bad results. He told me what the revision would cost. This amount was more then twice what he told me a revision would cost during the initial consult. I reminded him of his quote. His reply to tell me was that he could charge what ever he wanted. His attitude about my complaint and re-doing the work was best summed up by his words, "I don't owe you anything." His office will gladly work on you but once they get your money they have no concern for you. Bottom line, he gets your money and you get his bad work.
