I frequent several salons and spas to get manicure and pedicures. I found Tre Nail Spa through Yelp. I didn't have any other services booked and I was in need of a mani/pedi near my house. I had recently moved so I turned to Yelp for help. Tre Nail Spa gets my five star rating easily! Don't get me wrong, I can get a very similar quality manicure and pedicure at several Valley salons and spas. The only difference is it would cost me around $100 plus, that's for the same type of treatment/service/outcome. Obviously, I'm impressed by the high caliber for the price. A manicure and pedicure should be affordable. Here it is and the outcome and the overall experience is extraordinary. I can afford a pricey salon/spa. However, why would I pay more, a lot more, when at Tre Nail Spa, after all is said and done, you walk out with nails that look like they were done at an expensive high-end spa. Lately, I've been getting gel manicures. They turn out beautiful and it costs me under $35. I love walking out with dry nails! The simple things in life. Every third or forth visit, I let my nails breathe and get a basic manicure. With the pedicure, both costs me around $40. I'm not giving exact prices but I'm pretty close to accurate. If I were to compare my overall service to another salon that I go to, it would cost me around $100 plus for the same outcome; shiny, healthy, perfectly polished nails by focused and precise manicurists, upping their game with an aim to spoil your nails and leave your hands and feet smooth and hydrated. Leaving with perfectly baby soft feet is a must! And you will leave with the same soft feet as I do. They get an A plus for attitude.The manicurists are extremely personable. They are friendly and customer oriented, even when they are busy. I find weekends and after work hours tend to be busiest. Regarding hours, they are open fairly late for the valley; 7:30, that's another plus. They can get busy as any go to salon will be, but if you time your services correctly, you'll be just fine and if not the salon is spacious enough that you won't be waiting long. If you're OCD like me, you don't have to worry about getting any kind of foot funk or nail infection. The salon is very hygienic. The overall appearance is neat and clean, and they clean as they go, floors are always freshly sweep and mopped. The manicurist's tables are neatly organized, they clean and sanitize their equipment. I actually don't practice that level of hygiene here. Although when traveling out of town, I do. Better safe than sorry. You don't have to worry about that at TRE. It's not necessary, especially here. You'll see evidence of a clean and hygienic salon and you'll see the manicurists cleaning as they work and in between clients. I go spa hopping at some of the best, such as some of Oprah's favorite spas, and celeb spa's but not for their overpriced nail services. The customer service is excellent here, the atmosphere is clean and well maintained. If you're like me and you're looking for the overall experience to be perfectly polished, this is the place. You won't even notice you're in a strip mall. Regardless, for the price, the customer service, the cleanliness and the service that you're paying for, you can't beat it. Don't waste your money at one of those pricey salons and spas. It's really not worth it! Go to TRE NAIL SPA, leave with beautiful perfectly pedicured fingernails and toes and get on with your day. If you're interested in the leg massages, the arm and hand massages, you'll be impressed! They spend the time on the massage and they are focused on making your experience therapeutic and relaxing. My advice is come in, you'll have a new go to nail salon and you can recommend it to your friends or even convince your husband to come in and finally take care of those dry feet and split nails of his. My advice is stick with a nude polish, something flesh colored for fingers and toes. You can't go wrong with a classic red either. I can't wait to go back! read more

Awesome spa!. This salon is the best in town. They talk to you and not just themselves and are very friendly and want to be there. They really care about taking care of you and want to accomadate. My husband and I received the "Luxury pedicures" and they were AMAZING! normally very expensive but if you are wanting a good gift, try it out. 60 minutes of heaven with every kind of sa treatment meant for your feet. Everytime we go in there, we get a free drink of somekind (water, tea or wine), idk if they are always free but certainly a nice tough. Even the decor is super cute and mood changing. The chairs are the best but watchout they can feel like they are poking your butt (one of the massage setting lol). If you refer a friend there are incentives and they keep the tools they use on you in a case just for you so that there isn't a cross contamination thing happening. Makes it super clean. BTW your are supposed to tip the service industry, which this is, and it shld be around 20% or more so don't go out without tinking about incorperating a tip. They have to make a living too! Otherwise this is the best salon in town, and they don't make you feel weird by talking to eachother in a different language. Very respectful and sweet. read more

I discovered this place a few weeks ago. It's near wholefoods I sometimes go to, so I thought I'd try it out. I was pleasantly surprised. It's not the fanciest place, but it's clean and comfortable feeling. The women are very friendly. I've been there twice so far for a gel manicure ("shellac") and Tramy has done my manicure both times. She is awesome! The gel manicure is $35 which from searching other salons, I found to be averagely priced. She uses CND as well as other brands (OPI). She has quite a few colors to chose from which is great. She did a great job and I love how my nails look. I didn't feel rushed or anything. She took the time to do a good job but not too much time to where it felt like forever. She is very sweet and makes an effort to spark up conversation. The other nail tech who was sitting beside her was also really nice and cracking me up with stories lol. While I was there, I could obviously hear other conversations going on and it sounds like a lot of regulars go there. There were a couple people who came in whom Tramy knew by name. Overall, I really like this place and I liked Tramy right off the bat. This will definitely be my go to nail salon. read more

I heard about Tre Nail Spa from a customer last week, and couldn't wait to go because she sounded Texan, so clearly, it would be a wonderful experience. ;-) I really wanted to go because Tre's offers Gel Shellac, which is a manicure that lasts for 2 weeks. Every time I have my nails done, the polish chips a day later, so I haven't treated myself to a manicure in over a year. I felt very happy and relaxed afterwards. All the other customers were very friendly and talkative too! I appreciated that K.C really took her time and was detail-oriented when it came to my nails. 99% of other manicures I've had are over in about 10 minutes, and the ladies doing them are in such a rush to get you out, the manicure never looks very good. I was SO pleased with the time and care K.C took with my manicure. I am glad they offer the gel shellac service, since I will never waste money on a regular manicure again. :) When I was finished, I checked out with Frank, who was very sweet and talkative. All in all I had a truly outstanding experience, and felt very welcome and comfortable, even though it was my very first time. I can't wait to go back! read more

I wanted to like this salon....its near my home. So feeling frivolous I went to get a pedicure. At 7:00pm I was the only customer...good I would get done quickly! As the pedicure started I had high hopes...the salon is lovely. However when it started I was surprised to realize that my nail technician spoke almost no English. What followed was definitely sub par service. In every area the pedicure was not done very well. Cuticles not pushed back nails initially not trimmed at all(really) then trimmed way too short...I tried to tell her what I wanted, she finally gave up and had a young man complete the service. They spoke with each other at length while looking at me....uncomfortable! Then he proceeded to polish my nails...I could go into detail about air bubbles, and lines but I won't . So long story short I had to redo my toes myself as we were leaving in the am. I have called three times and asked to speak to the owner/manager and been turned away each time with the "she busy...she call back." excuse. They have big signs all over saying rate us on Yelp....so I did. read more

Simply put, the best place to go for a mani and pedi. Here's why: 1.) The polish is applied expertly, with no bubbles, paint lines or ridges around the cuticle. This makes it last a really long time - my last pedicure and gel manicure was still perfect after 3 weeks. 2.) My nails get shaped exactly how I like them, mostly square with rounded corners. 3.) They spend time making sure that every little last bit of extra skin or hangnail around my cuticle and nail is outta there. VERY thorough. 4.) They don't scrape my nails to pieces while taking off old gel polish. 5.) They don't nickel and dime me for extra add-ons. 6.) They are all really nice people, and each one does a great job. 7.) Prices are right. 8.) It's really clean - fresh tools for each customer. 9.) Decor is classy and relaxing. 10.) Great selection of colors (over 1000 colors). 11.) I came as a walk in on Friday morning around 10am. I was taken back immediately. I requested a pedicure and a manicure with gel. The manager showed me in and asked if I wanted my toes to match my nails, and since I did, he directed me to the right set of gel polishes that would work. They have a great selection of gel colors. The massage was wonderful. She really took the time to work the muscles and pressure points. I had to stop reading my book and close my eyes it felt so good. My toe nails came out wonderfully. A beautiful job caring for the cuticles and the polish job was perfect. All the while, he was constantly checking that everything was alright and that I was comfortable and relaxed. Tramy did my manicure/gels. She was very detail oriented and made sure the gel process was perfect. I think these are the best shaped nails I've ever had done. It's rare that you will ever see anyone give a nail salon 5 stars, but Tre Nail Spa deserves every single star. My first experience here was when I came in to get my eyebrows waxed. Not sure what all the lady did or put on post-waxing, but whatever it was made the redness go away faster than usual and I didn't break out, which is usually what happens. had my eyebrows waxed 3 times, had 3 manicures and 2 pedicure. I used their organic nail polish, but they are great with shaping and cleaning your nails and unlike with other manicures from other places where the paint starts to chip after day 2, The nail spa manicures last for days and days. The first manicure didn't chip until the 7th or 8th day and even at day 13/14, my nails still looked really good. Luckily this place is right by my work. When I'm not getting calgel done, I will definitely be getting my mani/pedi services done here. read more

I tried this nail salon for the first time yesterday. Background -- I am most definitely a former nail biter who had a very recent"relapse"...ahh the stresses of life.... Anywho, I digress. I wanted to get a manicure for my real nails (you know push back and trim my cuticles etc.) before applying a full set of fake nails (yes... fake nails) to wear while I grow my nails out over the next few weeks. I checked Yelp and found Tre Nail Spa. Tramy took care of me. We chatted and discussed what type powder (acrylic, gel etc.) to get and my plan to quickly exit my full set. We both wished we had taken a pic of my hands when I first arrived so we could have had a before and after comparison. I have been going here for the past few months and swear by this salon! I have never met more personable ladies who work here and they are very accommodating. Even the owner, Tramy, remembered my name the next time I came in after meeting her! I absolutely suggest getting your manicures and pedicures done by Tramy. She is very sweet and extremely good at what she does! She always takes her time to make sure I leave with the best shellac manicure and regular pedicure along with a perfect eyebrow and lip wax! I have suggested this place to many of my friends who now refuse to get their nails done anywhere else! I even took my mom here when she came to town and after 20 years of getting her nails done, she said she has never left with a better manicure than from here! I have been going to Tre Nail Spa for about a year and a half now and I have never found a place better than this (and I've tried a lot of nail salons)! Tramy is the absolute best and does gel nails which is difficult to find. I've had other places do my gel nails before and find that his application of the gel is superior and makes the nails last longer. Everyone at Tre nails is great. Their store is extremely clean, looks very high end, and the nail techs are very sweet and fun to talk to. I have been happy everytime I've gone here and will keep going back. I do recommend that you make an appointment. They can usually accommodate you that day, but they get booked up if you do a walk-in. Why do I drive 30mins out of my way to come here? 1. They are very friendly 2. They are very clean 3. They always do good job 4. They are the best nail salon I called on a Friday afternoon wanting a same day appointment. The lady who answered said they were really busy but would try to get me in. They lived up to their promise and I was seen almost immediately after I walked in. Tramy was my technician and I can honestly say that she gave me the best Shellac manicure I've ever had. She was extremely detailed and pleasant to talk to. Tre Nail Spa doesn't have the fluff like some of the other salons around Cary, but the services and technicians make up for it. I love to get my nails done but I feel bad because some on the chemical uses in those products harm the environment. My friend told me about TreNail Spa. This new salon is Eco-friendly and does not use things that will harm the Earth. They were also located in a shopping center so it was easy to be in and out. I met with Tramy and she did my nails. I only needed a fill in. I was glad because I did not have to wait. In addition to having my nails filled and polished Tramy was able to paint a design on them. This salon also has an eye- lash extension service that I will be coming in to try out before my date on Friday night. read more

This place has always done an exquisite job on my friend's and my nails. I started coming here after I got a manicure and pedicure for prom and keep returning. The staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant. Their prices are comparable to just about any other salon; however, the service is much better. They take their time and get everything done right. I've never made an appointment. You can usually walk in and be seated in a chair within 10 minutes. I used to live 2 blocks away, but now I'm 20 miles away. Possibly my favorite nail salon in the country for a Shellac manicure. I travel a lot for work and have ended up in some scary places. I've also found some good local salons (mostly thanks to Yelp), but this one is by far the best experience I've had to date. I favor a gel polish manicure and the selection at Polished cannot be beat. The staff was friendly and FAST, despite being very busy on a Saturday afternoon, and best of all, even though I went with a different brand than usual, the mani lasted nearly the full 3 weeks. This is a great place to get your nails done. I came here with my sisters for a "sister's day out" to get our nails and pedicures and they took great care of us. They were very clean and my nails came out looking great. They do nails and pedicures, waxing and eyelashes, too. They have a lot of chairs so you don't have to worry about standing around and waiting. They even have kid's chairs if you wanted to bring your daughter in for some mommy time. I am very environmentally conscious and when I found Tre Nail Spa (it's Eco-friendly!) I had to try it out! Andrea did my nails and they look amazing! There were even kid chairs for my daughter to get her nails done! I plan on returning when my nails are in need of a touch up. I was very impressed by the quality of their services.
