Found one of my tires had a nail on it so I brought it here as it was close to my work. The people there are friendly and did a really good job on the patchwork. I even had a question on why my tire pressure warning was still on and they helped me check the tire pressure on all four tires to make sure they were even. This is a belated review from my experience about 7 months ago. Since I haven't had time to write a review I finally made time today. I needed a new set of tires on my 2011 Honda Civic which were badly worn. I explained that I wanted some good tires that weren't overly priced nor cheap, but in the midrange and reliable. A1 Service! I emailed Jesse asking for the price of a 4 wheel alignment for my car. Within minutes of sending the email he responded letting me know the price which was much less than any other place in the area. I took my car into them and within just a few minutes it was on the rack and they called me over to see that it was still in alignment. I don't know of many shops that are that honest. Instead of charging me for an alignment they charged me a much reduced rate for the inspection instead. It is nice to see that there are still honest businesses around. read more

Great service. It's hard to find honest mechanics nowadays and these guys are the real deal. I took my Mercedes in to get it tuned up and ready to sell. I had got a quote prior from a different mechanic shop who quoted me with a work order with extra non needed items and twice as expensive. Great service! I have a Jeep JK on 35 inch tires that having alignment issues and death wobble. Not only did they fix the alignment, but Butch was also able to find the source of the wobble (unbalanced tires). None of this "Let's just slap some weights and see if it works" he took his time and made sure the tires were completely and perfectly balanced. The Jeep drives like a dream on the highway. nice guys but they hung me out to dry last time. came in person to have axles and bearings done and specifically asked what was a good day. They said anytime. I asked for a Friday they said no problem and the calendar was very free. Brought in my vehicle and they said would be done by 1pm. Called at 3 pm and they never even started it! I asked why and they said they were booked.Hmmm? That's weird. Anyway I'm sure you get the point. Before this I had them align the truck 3 times and they couldn't get it rite. As a mechanic myself I found that the Pitman arm and idler arm were worn out and was causing intermittent pulling to the right. I won't come back that's for sure. read more

I had an issue with my car didn't know if I needed a wheel alignment or a new axle cause my car started shaking, I was a too afraid to drive it so they came to me to look at my car they figured out the problem and took my car back to the shop for me. now how many time u can say some one from another shop came to you to look at your car? I had to have my 2005 Chevy Malibu aligned. I called Treds to see if I could get an appointment as my time is money. I was told that they don't really set appointments but they gave me a suggested time to come in. While I really don't like to take chances with my valuable time I decided to come in and check Treds out as the reviews were generally good. When I arrived at the suggested time I saw right away that they were a small shop. They had one car on their car lift, I guess you call it. I was told that it would be a few minutes while they finished up with the other car. I was patient and it was just a few minutes and my car was being test driven .While on the car lift I was told that I didn't need an alignment because the tire air pressure was causing the pulling that I was experiencing. I was charge only an inspection fee of $25.00 instead of the regular price of $65.00. Nice friendly guys and I appreciated the honesty. read more
