The crew did an excellent job removing and trimming back trees in preparation for a new fence.They arrived on time, despite some pretty nasty weather, were courteous, respectful of our property, and the price was good. They showed up early to assess the situation, trimmed my beautiful Catalpa Tree and other trees in back of home perfectly. I got quotes from 3 tree guys for an overgrown 25 foot tall Chinese Elm with a limb threatening to fall on the roof. Not only did he have the lowest quote, but he had insurance (one of the others didn't, no thanks), and, at the end he even charged me a bit less than the original quote! I used LeeRoy and his crew to trim 4 fruit trees I have in my backyard. I was impressed by how carefully they followed my rather picky directions, pruning according to my wishes, and on several occasions asking me whether I wanted to prune or keep a given branch. They cleaned up as they went along, and chipped all the prunings rather than leave them in a pile on the street. They left the yard and the sidewalk in a better condition than it was when they got here. Plus, as a favor (not charged), at my request they used their tall ladder to pull some fallen palm fronds out of a tall tree in the front yard. Always polite, and completely competent. After getting 4 quotes to have my 3 city trees trimmed I asked two companies to provide me with insurance information. Leroy of Tree Elite personally delivered his certificate of liability and workers compensation insurance to my home. The other company after 3 requests did not provide their insurance info.Leroy had been very prompt each time I called. They were scheduled to begin work on a Thursday about 1pm.
