Dinner time. This place will not seat you until exactly 5:00 p.m., gives time to browse the menu ugh.. Too bad the front desk agent were not running the restaurant , they were extremely helpful and recommended it. The hostess is not friendly, just looks like she does not want to be there, hair unkept and wrinkled uniform, where is the manager??? The waitress, she too was not friendly. When the man next to us was eating his salad, he said to her, " miss, my food will be Luke warm to cold when I get to it, can you take it back ?" The waitress stared at him , then walked away. I Just simply felt that I was forcing her to do her job that she applied for. I am not down with sloppy work appearances either. We came here for breakfast. Just a heads up- it's in a hotel in case you can't find it. I got the blackberry French toast, which was phenomenal!!! Don't think. Just order it. The pancakes were also very good. I also ordered a side of fruit, which cost $5. I got about 6 fruit pieces in my bowl... Seems like of like a rip off to charge so much for a couple pieces of fruit. The rest of the menu seemed reasonable for what you get. In conclusion, this is a great breakfast spot if you're visiting the area, just don't get a side of fruit. There's a grocery store across the street you can buy plenty of fruit for 5 dolla. read more

We had breakfast and dinner at this restaurant bracketing our Mt Shasta climb. Service was good. Food not so. Breakfast was passable, but dinner pretty bad. Clam chowder was out of the can. we arrived walked in, sat down our waitress asks us what we want to drink, water and tea, drinks arrive, order is taken, food arrives ,food is good but the waitress never returned to check if we needed anything else , drinks are empty, babe gets up goes to the bar to refill our drinks, in that time the other waitress returned to the table right behind us at least 5 times to check on her patrons. Our waitress name is Shelby now the food is good, but why do we have a bad taste in our mouths? maybe its because we were made to feel like second class citizens! now my money is good and i always tip with more than enough because I know what it's like to work in the industry. but when you don't offer a service that is the same across the board i take exception to that. it has been a long time since I've been made to feel or treated differently than any other human being. so no i will never return to this establishment. To my fellow people of color I would recommend you pass this place up! Go somewhere else any where else! If you are not of color and don't agree with they way we were treated ?pass this place up too! if I'm wrong and was treated like this way for another reason? then your service sucks Shelby and you need to find another profession because you will not make any cash on tips. Not worth the high price tag. The service was awesome. I'm guessing they raise the prices for people that don't want to leave the hotel. $26 for a chewy flavorless prime rib. Okay if you are staying here and not wanting to venture out in the cold. It was 30 minutes before they closed so we ask if they were still seating. She said yes and said there was one ahead of us. She proceeded to seat 3 tables before us and then acted like we had just arrived ?!? Service was slow, but friendly, food was decent. Order any Fall River beer they have on tap, you won't be disappointed. Go in with average expectations and you'll prob be okay. We had the prim dip with coleslaw and chicken burger with fries. We made reservations for Easter. Eldery folks and teenagers etc.. When making the reservation a week in advance I was told the was $21 but if we didn't want that we were welcome to order anything off the menu however when we got there that was not the case and we had 12 people charged $21 each for a inferior brunch needless to say this local family won't be going back to the tree house read more

My husband and I went for a dinner date night. Started off with a Chardonnay and Stella beer. Our server was friendly and fast. It being our date night, we wanted to enjoy the evening and we did just. We ordered the vegetable lasagna and fettucini alfredo. It was absolutely delicious.
