My girlfriend and I stopped in to check out the place today and had a drink at the bar. I got up to use the restroom and tripped on a very dangerous and dimly light step by the bar. I fell hard onto the concrete floor, injuring my knee and felt very humiliated. One of the bar tenders told the owner I "biffed it" and they shrugged it off and went about their business. I was not even offered a complimentary drink! They are lucky they haven't gotten sued. It's definitely a hazard and should be fixed. Thank you for a horrible experience and a very overpriced drink! Terrific place to hang out for a drink, relax on one of the couches with a book and enjoy a tasty bite from one of their menu items. The ambiance of this place is great. The bartender is lovely. We had lots of small bites and drinks. They didn't have a lot of hearty eats, but I believe I ordered a beef empenada that was plenty good. Seating near the patio/street area is lovely with lots of light. read more

We stopped in after a matinee OSF show for drinks and a light dinner and had a great experience. They offered a happy hour special with $2 off select drinks. The smoked burnt ends with macaroni salad were delicious, and the cocktails were excellent -- especially the Old Fashioned and the Mule. The bartender was personable and welcoming, the decor was stylish, and live music was being set up as we were leaving. We'd definitely come back if ever in the area again. read more

I was there with my daughter and son-in-law. It was trivia night and they were very busy. We sat at the bar, so we were able to talk to the owners. They are really friendly. We tried the charcuterie board, date and goat cheese empanada and the clam chowder. We were happy with our selections. The cocktails and martinis were good and not watered down, like some bars. The overall ambiance was welcoming and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again. read more

Both cocktails (mojito and margarita) were so watered down tasting that we weren't certain if it was a mocktail. The mojito in particular tasted of lime Lacroix water with a hint of mint that appeared unmuddled. Despite claiming to provide "spirit forward beverages," the spirits were not noticeable. Service was fine. The overall feel was sleepy and while nicely designed generally empty feeling. We hope this new establishment works on their cocktails before returning. read more

A great place to sit and sip or lounge and snack. The folks are lovely, the ambience is perfect... especially when the front is opened to the outside (people and car traffic). The selection of wines is pretty decent and the nosh stuff isn't bad. My issues: There's an item called a mini-charcuterie. I think this is misleading. Charcuterie is defined as "cut flesh/meat"... usually referring to a plate with meat and other accompaniments. The mini-charcuterie at LL contained apricots (sulfured for those with sulfite allergies), roasted almonds and some large olives. No flesh to be found, but only $7, so not bad. The wine pour was modest at $15, which is pretty Ashland-standard I guess. But not a generous pour. I estimate 4-4.5 ounces. We've been a few times and will go back since the folks are good people, and the wine was fairly good quality (I had the Coventina Tempranillo). read more

The new Liquid Lounge is definitely one of our new local favorites! The wine they carry is 'Local' to the Valley (this means a lot for the locals) along with other libations and a nice selection of snacks and light meals. Service has been prompt with a smile! But what we really love is how comfortable it is to hang out, from chatting with friends, playing board games, and enjoying the wonderful staff that feels like we've known for a long time. What an amazing and fun atmosphere!! The staff is so welcoming and warm. Extremely attentive to their guests! I love that the feature local wines and beers and they even have local empanadas on their menu! Very supportive of the local community overall which is just so nice to see. They also feature biodynamic wines which is rare for a bar/lounge. They have a ton of events weekly which are so extremely fun. The owners participate in the events out on the floor which, again, is just so refreshing to see owners so involved and loving to engage with their guests! Probably the coolest thing is that they support a local pole fitness studio and feature "freestyle" pole night events the last Sunday of every month. It's amazing to watch these strong women do tricks and flips!! It's like cirque du soleil in southern oregon haha. 10/10 recommend checking this business out!! read more

I love the unique space that has been created here. I especially enjoy the Lemon Drops, as well as the charcuterie board (that is one of the best boards I've had). I also love how they opened their space to all sorts of local entertainment, and encourage creativity. This new bar opened in one of the most singularly designed spaces in Ashland; previously the Raw juice bar, this exceptional space boasted a fireplace, timber and steel accents and a modern clean atmosphere. sadly the new owners lack any design skills and chose to paint everything black at an attempt at some fetid industrial farmhouse clinician waiting room. Ugh blah. the drinks are forgettable and the menu circa 2010 replete with uninspired charcuterie boards and beige plates of food.
