The staff is very accommodating and helpful. From the quick and easy check in process with our large group (15 people) to the help in the trees. When our girls got stuck and needed help, there was a staff member close by to get them moving again. The park manager was constantly helping people get their coolers and heavy items transported in and out of the park. He even transported me to my car. That's what I thought. No. Far more harder. These trees get very high! The highest level is very high. I did like that fact that you could go over and over different courses and challenge your fears. I gave it 4 stars only because the bathroom were porta potty. Update the bathroom and I will give this place 5 stars. And the instructor was terrible. Are you looking for an activity where you will get an instant adrenaline rush? Here's the place to go! For under $70 you'll get your ticket and a purchased pair or gloves for your adventure. Being outdoors in nature is always a great experience. After picking up your climbing gear. You start off at the briefing station where they will give you a run down of the safety protocols, how to properly put on your gear and how to use the various pieces attached to your harness. You use these clips to attach yourself to the cable wires running throughout the obstacle course. Once you hear the click & lock of your clips you're on your way to start your adventure. There are different levels of difficulty and height; they go by different colored courses. Being it was my first time I started on a yellow course, followed by a blue & purple one. Each course gets a little bit more difficult, where you have to use a combination of strength, balance & agility. In the beginning, I was definitely in my head and wanting to turn back lol. Obviously there's no turning back and it gives you the right amount of kick in your butt, especially when there is another climber eagerly waiting after you to finish that part of the course! This activity is definitely great to push yourself beyond your boundaries, making you put away your phone and focus on the task at hand. It was a lot of fun and honestly I would want to go back to try it again. It's like nothing I've ever experience before. It would be even more fun by bringing a larger group of people next time around! Had a great time, staff was friendly, pre training and practice time covered the basics. The equipment was fine and gloves are a must. Kids had a blast for the 3 hours and were able to make 2 paths each hour. We went in the morning so hardly any people on the course. You get three hours for around $40, no finger gloves are another $6 ( you want the gloves). All of the main courses start from the center of the park. You have to be under 265lb to climb and in some shape to do the more advanced courses. The harness system is safe and easy to use... the kids picked up on the hook, un hook, hook again very quickly. Plenty of places to sit to watch the action. You don't have to climb for them to go up. If they are under 18 you will need to climb for them to do the really hard courses. If it gets busy like it did past noon the kids did have to wait often as only one person is allowed at a time on each challenge and only 3 on each platform in the trees. On the longer courses you can easily burn 45 minutes if there are too many people. Dress appropriately, good closed toe shoes with traction, long sleeve shirt and pants, sweats, joggers. I mean your climbing trees then working around steel cables and maneuvering obstacles on some of the courses all while wearing a climbing harness. Bring snacks and stuff to drink. Dress for the weather, your climbing in trees. There is no shelter where the people are climbing. You can not drop kids off and leave them. The staff did great about asking my group where I was before they let them go up again. I'm perfectly fine with that, they are not there to babysit your kids. My daughter got stuck only once when her zip line pulley got jammed. She yelled "Staff" as instructed during the training, a young lady close by who was teaching paused her class, came right over and helped my daughter get unstuck. She was polite, explained they normally have a log to step up on to help lift the pulley off the cable. Poof back to playing. At another point in the park a woman ahead of my kids reached her limit and just wanted down from a higher course. In a short time they made there way to her up in the tree, set up gear and lowered her to the ground. No ridicule, no keep going your almost done, just went up and brought her down! Kudos for constant professionalism. The price point was fine, I was good with $44 for the 3 hours as it was not crowded. If it was crowded and the kids only completed one course an hour and had to wait a ton on the platforms I would not be so inclined. We made reservations and showed up 30 min early to get all the check-in stuff completed. They were able to get fitted and start the required class early and had pretty much the entire 3 hours to climb. Will definitely be going back read more

Love this course. We're from California and always make sure to come here when visiting family. It's not cheap but it's worth it. Wish I could open a franchise in the Bay Area. I only ding it a star because at one point I was having trouble clamping on and the staff person was so impatient with their assistance from the get go it took some of the fun out of it. A group of nine went ranging in ages 6 to 42. We had such a good time. It was a rainy day and we almost to cancelled. SO glad we did not because the park was mostly empty,. We basically had the park to ourselves and did not feel much rain due to the covering of the trees.. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was great watching the little ones grow in confidence on the purple trails and the older ones scream as they jumped off the platforms. Body will be sore but that will pass. I think I would have liked to go during the daylight first to get the lay of the land. The instruction and staff was amazing and very helpful! After the instruction, we were let loose and not knowing what was what my older son had me going up the blue course on my first go around. Let's just say they almost had to come up and rescue me. Lol! I would have liked to work my way to that point. I really enjoyed the yellow and green courses. It was a super fun outing and we will definitely be back! I think the second visit might be better once you know the courses and how to use all of the equipment. It's a great group outing or just a family outing. We had so much fun at tree runner. Myself, my 8 year-old daughter and 66 year-old mom all did it together yesterday. My daughter is pretty timid when it comes to things like this, and I wondered if she would do it after getting up there but she did and she LOVED it! Wants to go back today. In town visiting relatives, and this place has been on our list to go to for several years, so finally decided to do it. Incredibly fun and well organized. Tons of staff around to help with issues, questions, and just encouragement. Lots of time for sure to go through the course (we were finished after 2 hours, but you get 3 hours total). I found even the easier courses slightly difficult, but had a lot of fun on the green runs, especially those with several zip lines. Totally unique and fun experience! I had pretty high hopes, and the day was even better than I hoped it would be. First of all-- this is was scarier than it looks! Luckily, there are all sorts of challenges, from easy to very tough. No two tracks are alike, and I appreciated the way they were set up. I went on a pretty busy day, and because of the openness of the park and track options, we didn't have to wait for anybody. I loved the ziplines and would have paid just for them, so it's pretty cool that those are included. Another 'pro' is that you get a lot of time for the amount of money you spend. I came here with my family (five of us total), I had never done anything like it and was shocked at how easy it was to catch on. I started on the easier courses and moved my way up and had so much fun! All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend bringing your own gloves if you have some and wear sneakers. The price is reasonable and there are multiple course you can try out so you can spend quite some time there. It's not just one long course and you are done.
