Tree runner is great fun for all ages! My 5 year old was able to confidently go through all of the age appropriate courses on his own. Some were pretty easy for him, others felt a little bit challenging. Grounds and Bathrooms were clean. Can't wait to go back.

we love Tree Runner! we took family from NY to the park yesterday. Luke, Sophia, Eric, and Shawn were all so helpful and kind. we have never encountered a stuff member who is displays anything other than these qualities. we had such a wonderful day challenging ourselves with new courses. of course we will be back!

Challenging and exhilarating day that was so much fun. I'd read about Tree Runner for a couple years and I was thrilled to experience it with my gregarious grandson and my wife on a beautiful day.

I started out on a green course, which was tons of fun because it involved plenty of swinging between the trees.

I have had TreeRunner on my must visit list for years now. Finally the time has come. My 11 yrs old…read moreson and I went. Prices are very reasonable. There are activities galore at the destination. We have chose 2 hour climbing park. I have called at first with few questions all of which were answered. My suggestions before going would as follows: - to fill out waiver beforehand (it expedites the entry process). - to bring your own gloves (garden, batting or even weightlifting kind would all be appropriate), otherwise you purchase at the check in desk. - wear appropriate shoes, gripped even better (we are visiting from Florida and I only had fashion tennis shoes which I do not recommend). - bring your own water bottle (it can be safely set anywhere around the park). There are drinks for purchase though such as water, Poppi, Gatorade and Celsius to name a few. - there are 9 courses total, 3 of which are for 5 years old and over. Due to time constraints if you want a challenge, start with the hardest. My son and I finished 4 and we did the opposite. By the end I was taking numerous breaks and was wiped out. I felt as if I'm missing out on the hard courses. - consider wearing pants/shorts with zippers. I wore bikers shorts with side pockets and had my phone and keys in them. At the very first course, I noticed my keys were gone. The staff were incredibly helpful. They found them before I came down from the course and safely stored them for me. I compliment the staff and appreciate their attentiveness! I will be returning with all of my kids (ages 14, 11, 5 and 3) next summer when we visit Michigan!

Great place! People are friendly and they take your safety very seriously. From the safety video to…read morethe harness check and even a latch testing area, you feel very good knowing they want you to be as safe as possible while enjoying the different courses. This team thought out these courses. From the beginner courses to the most difficult black course, they designed this place to fun and challenging. We had an awesome time and recommend this place to visit during the day or enjoy their lighted night events.

I look…read moreforward to our week at camp all year, which has a lot to do with fond memories, spending time with family and taking a week off of work. Could they update their facilities, absolutely. Their bathrooms and showers are outdated and don't have great water pressure. That being said though you don't go to camp Dearborn to have luxury you go to have a good time, after all it is called "camp" for a reason so expect some camp like features. They did recently add a zip line but from what I understand it is an upcharge to use. Their canteen could defiantly use some updating, as it's looked the same for as long as I've been going but does still serve it's purpose. I think with some overall updating this could be a wonderful campground and would attract more people if it looked a little nicer. Some things I love about going: Chicken fat every weekday morning, the availability of paddleboats, nightly campfires, spending days at the available beaches. Things I believe they could improve: updating the bathrooms (both close and far from the camp grounds-- bathroom near canteen and in field between cabins and canteen), better planning of events and communication of events taking place, more events for adults to take part in too and overall updating of facilities (canteen, bathrooms, playgrounds, etc.)

We booked this campground for a holiday weekend and paid extra to be there, including paying for a…read morefull-hookup site. We chose to spend our vacation here when we had plenty of other options, which is what makes the way this entire situation was handled so disappointing. We understand that power outages and unexpected problems can happen. What we cannot understand is how little the campground seemed to do for the guests who were left without power or running water for three days. Since we did not receive the full hookups and utilities we paid for, we feel the extra holiday-weekend charges should have been refunded. At the very least, we should have only been charged the regular site fee and been given a voucher or credit toward a future stay. Instead, the campground's idea of accommodating guests was one free bag of ice, a K-Cup of coffee, and what they called a snack--which was basically two Oreo cookies. This was while people had no electricity or running water and it was pouring rain. Honestly, it felt insulting rather than helpful. The coffee wasn't even from a local coffee shop or somewhere like Dunkin'; it was simply a K-Cup. The whole offering felt like a very minimal effort for people who had just spent their holiday weekend without basic utilities. Another thing that was frustrating was the complete lack of staff when people actually needed help. Normally, you see employees driving around the campground making sure everyone is following the parking rules and checking for passes. Funny how, during a weekend when guests actually needed assistance and were looking for employees, no one seemed to be driving around or available. The entire experience showed us a lot about how this campground handles its guests when something goes wrong. People have choices about where they spend their vacations and their money, and we chose to spend ours here. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, support, and meaningful compensation made us wish we had chosen somewhere else.

2021-05-08. IRC@TG3. Troy, MI…read more Over the years, Troy Gymnastics has expanded. Troy Gymnastics has several facilities, but all are in the Troy area and are close to each other. This location, Troy Gymnastics 3 is right next to Troy Gymnastics 4, their swim school. In addition to being a full Gymnastic facility, Troy Gym 3 also has an Indoor Ropes Course. Ropes Courses have been the fastest expanding business in the last few years and is continuing to gain traction especially with the younger kids. It's a great way to get in some physical activity and social distance at the same time so it's COVID friendly. Like most other active indoor center a waiver needs to be signed, and for this indoor ropes course, participants need to have a reach of 54 inches, so kids as young as 8 can participate (average height of girls at age 8 is about 47 inches). If you have even younger ones, they can participate in the Munchkins Ropes Course at TG4. Their website states that the IRC@TC3 is open on Saturday's only from 16:00 - 20:00, but this may be COVID hours. Bookings can only be made via online reservation. Email communication is very good, and we received a response within one business day despite the site stating that responses are 1-3 business days. Bookings for the IRC need to be made 2-7 days in advance. Pricing and times vary. In a nutshell, weekday climbs are $12/hour and weekend climbs are $15/hour. The facility is 42,000 sq. ft. and there is an area upstairs overlooking the gym floor for parents and guardians as well as lockers and restrooms. There is no food or drink available for purchase. Tip: Sometimes there are deals on Groupon, but those deals come with restrictions. Read the fine print carefully before purchasing. When we reached out to them online we asked for a deal rather than going through Groupon and they accommodated provided we had a minimum party of 4. While we already had four, it was a good deal so told some friends. In the end it was a win-win for all. We got a deal on the price, and business for them went from 4 to 15! Since it was indoor, and a ropes course can get most to work up quite a sweat, I recommend you dress in something comfortable and light. Avoid loose and baggy clothing and make sure your wear a comfortable pair of shoes (tennis or cross training shoes). Also bring a water bottle and make sure it's full, you'll need it afterwards! No experience is needed and it's 100% safe. Before you venture out onto the course, they train you on how to safely navigate the double locking harnesses on a miniature build. There are also several checkpoints throughout the course where you can respectfully end, start, or resume your journey should you need a break. But if you can complete the entire course in one fell swoop, you'll earn bragging rights and will get the opportunity to leave your mark on the miniature training build for all others to see. We were lucky today, the Gymnastics floor was closed so we had the entire place pretty much to ourselves and I was able to get some nice pics and videos of the kids. Overall, it was a great experience. We've done TreeRunner Adventure Park last year at OU, which was an outdoor ropes course, and this was our first indoor one. It was much warmer being inside, but just as exhausting. They did have a zip line, but it wasn't really a zip line. The line travels from A to B, but then you kind of swing back and forth like a pendulum and eventually end up resting in the middle of the line. Still a great activity and fun for all. If you've never been, I recommend you try this at least once. 4 stars. Almost forgot, masks are required at all times. And in case you're wondering, only 5 of the 15 got to leave with bragging rights. If you would like to experience more, come dine-with-me.yelp.com I'd love to have your company... Play safe!

I was shocked out how quiet it was for a Friday afternoon in the summer. We aren't residents of FH, so paid $40 for the three of us. The staff when signing up was super helpful and informative. There are lockers as you head towards the pool, to leave your belongs. Only downside was you need to bring your own lock, so we couldn't use one. Once entering the pool area, there's quite a bit of seats along there walls, so we found a couple chairs to place our belongings. There were plenty of lifeguards the whole time we were there and they let you know if you were breaking a rule (sitting/ swimming) in the entrance/ walk path into the pool. There is one main slide, a 2 lane lap, lazy river-not sure if you can bring a tube (but probably not safe or big enough to have one), a rock wall and rope (which we noticed kids wearing a green bracelet in order to use the last two things). Only thing I noticed would be helpful is when the staff (for the slide) goes on break, another staff should take over. The staff was on break for about 30 min, but figured since there were so many other lifeguards, one could've easily provided coverage.
