Treehouse is the BEST! They have taken such wonderful care of my baby everytime we go and I am so grateful! I absolutely love Treehouse! I recently got a mini golden doodle puppy and decided to bring her here for treatment. The staff is great and my puppy actually loves coming here! The staff treats her so well and always remembers her name and plays with her. Thus far, she's had two rounds of shots and an emergency visit. Treehouse did a great job of working me in during the emergency visit and was able to see Ivy within a hour of me calling to ask to bring her in. Every single interaction has been very positive for me and my adorable puppy! They've always answered all questions about treatment, food, health related questions about Ivy and made suggestions. Horrible experience. I took my cat to see what she had and the vet suggested a teeth cleaning. I took my cat to a different vet and he found out she had a tumor and didn't need any teeth cleaning. I don't remember the Vet name, but she was maybe in her late 20's. Never again!!!! She clearly didn't know what she was doing. read more

I've personally utilized Treehouse Animal Clinic to board my two dogs for the past several years. Due to my hectic schedule, I need a facility that is caring, clean, and provides great customer service. After picking up my dogs from boarding last month, I immediately noticed both dogs had severe diarrhea. It was constant and lasted for several days. I was shocked because both dogs were perfectly fine before dropping them off for boarding. When I noticed staff of the situation, the staff were rude and no one appeared to care or seemed the least bit concerned. After spending thousands of dollars boarding my dogs at this facility, I expected better customer service than what I received. read more

Treehouse made an extremely difficult time much easier with their empathy, professionalism, and love for animals. My senior rescue cat was very, very sick and they worked with me to do anything and everything we could to get him better. When it became clear that he could no longer go on, they made him as comfortable as possible. After he passed, I received a handwritten note from the entire staff. They have gone down hill. Our dog went there for 15 years and during his week long boarding stay he came back to us a different dog. I called to ask why they never contacted us over his stay and they said there was no need to. You could see all of his ribs and he was almost lifeless when we got him. I asked why they didn't tell us he wasn't eating and the doctor responded that he ate all of his meals..... We received an entire case of his food back and should have had two cans back... Therefore they did not feed him the majority of his food during his week long stay. To make matters worse the doctor took no responsibility and was completely rude. He died 4 days later. Get out while you can, they have no empathy and clearly can't take care of animals. read more

I have had some very good experiences here. I have a house cat that acts feral that I could not get into a cage to take to the vet. Other vets said I had to have an appoint, but that's not possible with this cat, as I never knew if I would be able to catch her. When I finally did, I rushed her over to treehouse and they saw her. I know this is not their normal practice, but I was able to get my pet evaluated the only way possible. They went out of their way to help me. I've also taken my other cat here for regular care, and they explained everything, it was very nice. read more

My mother's sick cat was brought here 6 months ago. After 2 visits she left thinking an antibiotic and a nasua pill would be the answer. She had to end up taking her cat to an emergency pet hospital, Treehouse didn't even transfer the disk with his x-rays. Very poor customer service and very poor communication. read more

Treehouse has been treating my aussie-doodle since we got him six years ago. We have always had a pleasant experience. They are especially helpful in emergency situations. They can be overly cautious, which can get expensive, but I just make sure to ask what treatments cost before I consent to them, and decline anything that seems unnecessary. I, too, was a witness to the events described by Rebecca S. below. She and her husband were incredibly hostile toward the employees at Treehouse. At one point her husband was yelling and calling the receptionist a foul name. The vet told the receptionist to retreat into the back to protect her from Rebecca's hostility. The whole thing was very upsetting. Another client tried to defend the employees, but she, too was shouted down by Rebecca. They had no reason to be so incensed, except I suppose that they were embarrassed to not have the appropriate paperwork for their new puppy. But that was no excuse for the outrageous commotion they caused in the lobby. I recommend disregarding her review. read more

We found a stray dog off the side of the road, in bad shape. Most of her fur had fallen off, she had fleas, and a bunch of other issues. These guys were able to get us in last minute and the Dr. White was amazing! They treated Angel with such love and care, helped us so so much. Since you weren't involved in any of the one on one discussions, I am not really sure how you can put you 2 cents on anything. And there was one person in the waiting area, how do 2 people comment. And you seem to ignore the fact that the receptionist was sent out of the room because she was talking back to us. I also find it amazing how detailed these descriptions are. Employees getting people to comment on their side of the story or the employees talking bad about customers? Because these random people were just trolling yelp to see if I commented. Looking for a friendly, clean, affordable vet? When my dog limped on and off for two weeks I decided I needed to take her into a vet. I knew there would be an exam and possibly X-rays. The cost of this at other vets would be around $3-400. It only cost 75--100 here with a $65 exam fee. The vet was hot too. We brought our elderly cat here for about 2 years for subcutaneous fluid treatments for kidney failure. Four stars for courteous & caring service for these treatments. No complaints. However, our cat eventually developed a suspected tumor and stopped eating along with some other troubling ailments. Therefore, the vet recommended a biopsy. I wish that the doctor had informed us about how long and painful the biopsy would be. They took our cat to another room and we could hear her crying in pain for at least 5 minutes which seemed like hours. Apparently biopsies are done without any anesthesia? If we'd had any idea of how painful the biopsy would be we wouldn't have done it. Our goal was to keep our cat as comfortable as possible for as long as she had some quality of life. She was elderly so it was unlikely that we were going to put her through surgeries or chemotherapy at this stage of her life. So... Be warned. Ask questions if you are considering a biopsy. And if your cat is elderly and you already suspect that you will not put the animal through cancer treatment--do not proceed with a biopsy. Our only regret is that we put our loving pet through such excruciating pain and agony when it should have been avoided. If only we had known that it was such a painful procedure. I wish the doctor had informed us. read more

Dr. Partido is outstanding and ALL the front staff folks are great. The only downside is YOU have to be very careful to ask about cost up front and as the visit is going on. Other docs at Treehouse have recommended tests and meds that don't give any insight as to what is going on or why the problem is happening. Also, the problem might not get fixed and you have spent several hundreds of dollars. It is important that YOU are an educated advocate on behalf of your pet. read more

Absoutely terrible. Worse than a cheap used car mechanic. Completedly duped me. charged me way more than what they initially said they would. They would not even show me what I was paying for until they ran my credit card. I'm the idiot for trusting them. Staff was rude and completely unknowledgable the procedures they performed on my cat. I asked the technician what was performed in a comprehensive health exam and they couldn't tell me. I called Dr. Lipinski and told her about my experience and she acted like I was lying. Never go here. there are many great vets in the same neighborhood. I'm embarrassed that I tried this place just because they were cheap. Sometimes 'cheap' isn't worth it. read more

Super nice staff and vets. They treated our little motley crew, (an elderly Springer Spaniel, a rotund Golden Retriever and a mischievous Maltipoo,) with tender loving care. Dr. White and his team are super attentive, kind and thorough with any questions you might have - big or small. The pills our old girl needs might be a tad pricey, but that's on the pharmaceutical companies, (I researched it.) I've been bringing my dog here for years and have seen every vet at the facility. They are all great! Very supportive, caring and gentle with my geriatric dog. I'm always shocked at checkout because the prices seem high, but I've encountered higher prices at other places. The location isn't bad, but parking lot is small and sometimes hard to navigate. A downside is that, while I always arrive on time for my appointment, I usually have to wait at least 15 minutes before getting into a room. Very annoying, especially if you're on a time schedule. They genuinely care about the well-being of the animals they see and have always been very upfront and honest about the care of my pet. I definitely recommend this place to others. read more
