I cannot say enough nice things about this place and the people within. The staff is amazingly helpful and the store is always clean. They have been completely slammed busy with all the Covid madness going on, and yet, they still give each customer the time needed to get educated to make the right purchase. Because of how busy they are, there is sometimes a wait, but these guys and their kindness and expertise are definitely worth whatever wait required. They have always gone above and beyond and given me a lot of their time to answer all of my questions. They have also been extremely helpful in the service department. I transported my new bike carelessly and bent the derailer and the mechanics had it repaired and working like new in a matter of minutes. They are knowledgeable and capable and I trust them implicitly in all things bicycle. I bought a bike from them and when I am ready to upgrade, I will DEFINITELY buy any bikes and accessories from them. They are handling the slammed craziness Covid has forced on them with gracious class, even when customers are rude or mean to them. I own two Treks and both have been purchased at different Trek dealers. However my next purchase will be here. Here is why. Their service department is top notch. I had a wheel issue with my road bike. They took a look at it and said Trek should warranty it. Within a week I had a new wheel that was an upgrade from the one I gave them. When working on my own bike I realized that the bearing in the bottom bracket was loose. A known Trek issue. I brought in the bike with no crank and they took care of it. Gave me possible solutions and within a few days I had my bike back. I always get a text when my bike is ready for pickup which is great. I've done a professional bike fit with them and the experience was entertaining and fun. My comfort on the bike increased substantially. Almost everything there is Trek/Bontrager branded. They carry a few third party brands, but not much which is expected since they are a Trek store. Their stock is usually reserved for standard height sized people so i don't expect them to carry 60 cm and XL frames, but I know they can order them. Their fit experience is much better than most stores and if something ordered doesn't fit, I can always return it. One of the service guys there doesn't smile and that might be a turn off to some, but I've realized that is his demeanor after multiple visits and as long as he knows what he is doing I don't really care. read more

Great sales experience but after sale service was probably the worst experience I've ever had. Bought my first road bike from Trek for triathlon competitions and had issues with it. It would make clicking noises when I rode and I brought it in several times only to have them tell me they couldn't repeat it. After multiple attempts to have them correct, I finally asked the service manager to come out with me quickly on the road to hear it and he did and they finally worked on my bike. There was clicking come from the crankset. When I went to pick up my bike, I got on the bike and didn't immediately notice the crank arms were not strait. I bright the bike back into the store and explained what I was experiencing while riding and the sales manager told me he thought it was in my head (actually, his words were are you sure it's not just in your head) without even looking at the bike. At that point I was finally fed up and gave him a speech about service after the sale. He did end up taking the bike out and realized what was wrong, one crank arm was strait and the other was pointed down. They did fix but sadly the after sale experience was the worst. I was two-for-two in knowing something was wrong with the bike and each time I brought my bike in about the issues, they made me feel like I was inexperienced, didn't know what I was talking about and the best one, it was in my head. This store can be a five-star store but they need to ensure the exemplary service they show at the point of sale continues beyond that. I started my hunt for my next bike at trek based off a recommendation from a friend. I originally started by looking at a 7.0, but the salesman informed me I was better off with a 7.1 or higher due to a better parts quality. I did more research online and decided to go with a 7.2 in chilli red. I ordered the bike through their website and they had it ready four days latter, they installed a kickstand and a computer to complete the purchase. Never had a better experience at a bike shop and I'll definitely be coming back for service and parts. read more

Store is NOT friendly to minorities!! Walked in with my family, wasn't greeted when walked in and then ignored as we walked around the store shopping. Two white families walked in later and was greeted immediately and was constantly followed up as they looked around for bikes. Can't say enough about ALL of the staff at this store. They were friendly, attentive, accommodating and not pushy. From selecting the bike, to my test drive, to getting the bike ready to come home, they did an awesome job and everyone I dealt with had awesome and helpful attitudes. Amazing service. I'm watching my 8&9 year old g-daughters for a week. Not from here. Pulled them up on Yelp. My 8 y/o g- daughter bike broke. She was heartbroken she could not bike to school with all the other kids. Took it to Trek. Eric fixed it in less than an hour. I took the bike to school. Very disappointed after spending nearly $600 in two days for tune up and supplies before shipping my sons bike out of state. I did like the people I spoke with in the shop. They said they would package it for $85 plus shipping indicating it was a nice convenience. They neglected to mention that they take nearly the ENTIRE bike apart, that it will be full of grease with the parts disassembled which is now on my son's carpet, and that you need a special tool plus hours and detailed knowledge to reassemble. I am writing this review because when I called to express my surprise and disappointment, I was told to watch a video on YouTube and what tool to purchase. No apology. No acknowledgment that someone should have told us what to expect or what tool to purchase in advance. No concern about the work involved to reassemble. The man could not have shown less interest. I literally never write reviews, but felt compelled to express my disappointment. I went from a 5 star impression in the shop to a 3 star impression afterwards. read more

I walked into this store ready to spend $1500 or more. I wanted something for my 10 year old boy who wants a "road bike". A very impatient young man approached me and asked if I needed help. Before I could answer he asked, "yes/No"?? I was a little taken back by his rudeness but let him know that my son wanted something good but also asked if they had any clearance models from the previous year. He pointed in the direction of the kids bikes and said they were $400. I explained he wanted something better and gave him his height. He pointed again at the $400 kids bikes w/o asking any more questions or giving me any other options which I already know there are since other bike stores seemed to have more knowledge (and Patience) and gave some options. This was a local bike store which I was literally ready to give business to. I guess I will have to travel to Geneva where they seem to want my business. read more
