Let's just say that his responses were not adequate to assure me that I wouldn't have problems in the future with his work performance. I again personally would not recommend him. Scott is arrogant IMO. Gave me a good quote but then couldn't get the unit he pitched and didn't want to install it per code. He then offered to get a different brand but when I asked model# he reneged and said I should call the supplier myself. When I questioned this he went silent. Way too erratic for me. These guys have been phenomenal from the service on the first phone call all the way through to the confirmation calls, to the pre-call to let me know they're arriving soon, to the service itself, the the immediate follow up to make sure everything met my satisfaction. Cody came out and visited us first and tested our water. He also made sure the leak was fixed very professionally, and of course everything works great now. He recommended a new whole-house filtration system since ours was old and actually doing more damage than good. While…read morethe cause of my leak seems to be resolved (at least for now) it did bother me that I took the time to ask several times with the dispatcher "Taneea"(sp) and she said there was no fee to diagnose and I kept asking are you sure because in order to see where the leak is coming from my bathroom upstairs from the shower and where it settling we need to look at the pipes underneath where the drywall is and that involves cutting the ceiling drywall. And I asked her again several times if there's any charge for leak tracing or anything she was leaving out just to look and see before repairing and she said no, there's no diagnostic charge. They get here and tell me it's gonna be $125 just to cut the drywall and I just don't understand how there can be such a disparity between what I verified by phone and what I was being told now. And even if I give them the benefit of the doubt that the dispatcher was mistaken (though that's something very strange for a dispatcher who works for and represents a company to say, if not true) the fact that she did tell me that clearly, you would think to keep a customer they would stand by their own word, so not a great first impression. I still paid them $455 to change the cartridge in my shower, but they would not take five or ten minutes to cut up two 6"x6" holes in the drywall and look inside to see if there's any other extensive damage or leaking. I may just leave it for now and keep an eye for any signs of staining or moisture rather than deal with drywall repair. I still will inspect around the electrical where the ceiling fan canopy is and remove it from the ceiling to see if there's any water damage to the fan and light fixture or if it can be salvaged and still works once all is dry and I can restore power to the room. But they refused to look for any signs below to ensure there were no other signs of a leak unless I paid more. Another thing is with a large hole behind the shower faucet escutcheon where the leak occurred what's to keep another cartridge from failing and leaking right down into the room below and getting into the electrical and drywall and ruining another ceiling fan? I wish they'd have taken the time to tell me how to seal off that wall behind the faucet handle or given me suggestions but they just kind of did their job and left. They didn't offer me any advice or tips to prevent this again or set my mind at ease, and taking the time to do that would have made me feel more "taken care of" and built a rapport as a new customer. They just wanted to do the job I asked and go. So while I have no other complaints so far, they didn't go the extra mile or make me feel reassured at all for such a serious issue. It was just a "job" to cross of their list and not spend a second longer than necessary to show, discuss or reassure.

Didn't seem to be a problem with electric, refrigerant, etc. We'd had the unit serviced recently so not much dirt on the unit.. I guess we're lucky because in the few years we've been here both our units have functioned great. Wasn't sure who to call, but we'd had a great experience with the plumbing side of Hansen, so we reached out. Scheduling was very easy. You can do so online, or a real person answers the phone. They offered to have someone out within a few hours! Our problem wasn't that urgent, but it's comforting to know. Benjamin was our technician, and he was great with communication. He diagnosed the problem (leaking fan motor) very quickly, and gave us options for repair. At no time was he pushy about anything, just factual. We were on the fence with repair vs replace, but decided the unit had enough life in it to repair. Ben also gave us figures on replacing with an eye towards the future. He wrote it all up even knowing that we weren't going to buy anything in the short term. This is really excellent customer service, and you can bet when we're ready we will remember. The repairs were done quickly, we got an email with the invoice and pictures of all the areas worked on. The property was left tidy, and it was an overall excellent experience. That was a week ago, and our AC is working better than it has in the past two years.

I needed a kitchen sink faucet replacement, and potentially a valve replacement. I received an estimate the day before, $349 for a faucet installation if I provide the faucet. Valve for $129. Kitchen faucet plus installation $749 (which I assumed included the potential valve replacement, because why would I want them to supply a $400 faucet instead or ordering my own?) I asked them to let me know if the valve in fact needed replacing and I didn't hear from them until the work was finished. There was no confirmation or photos sent of what faucet would be installed or the cost prior to installation. So they installed the new faucet and tried to charge me $749. I said there must be a mistake and they were like alright we got the faucet on sale we'll knock off $30. I paid $719 for a new kitchen faucet. Granted, it is a nice faucet but it is unnecessarily nice.
