As it is a factory store, I expected substantially lower prices than the regular Ann Taylor retail stores, so I was rather surprised to find that prices are still quite high here as well. Ummmm, what's the point of a factory store then? I may as well go to the regular store. The store is organized well, neat, and clean, so that's great. The antithesis of the Nordstrom Rack in the same plaza, which I also checked out. The Rack was a disaster. Completely overwhelming, with a huge stock laid out in a very poorly organized fashion. I gave up on that place after a few minutes. But back to Ann Taylor. I found a pair of trousers I liked, and ended up purchasing, but nothing else. There was nothing appealing whatsoever amongst the tops. Unflattering, baggy styles that instantly add 20lbs, way too many ugly, distracting patterns, etc. Who is designing these clothes, seriously? Can I have their job? I'm no expert, but I'm sure I could do better than this. My partner also commented that the designs were fugly, adding "and I'm a dude, I don't know anything about fashion." The staff were courteous and professional, the main reason I'm rounding up to three stars.

It's amazing how expensive clothing can be these days even at a discount store like Nordstrom Rack. My husband likes Nordstrom Rack so we shop here. I found a reasonable short sleeve knee length blue and white dress. I loved the pattern and style, but when I tried it on I looked too fluffy. Too bad I was all set to buy it. I loved the fluffy sleeves and the length was perfect. I next checked out the shoes. I found some Birkenstock that were my size, but they were still over $100. Too bad, I could have used another pair. They had some nice swimsuit, but also too expensive. The suit I was looking ing at was $68. I bought my 2 suits for under $40 and were just as nice. These prices our out of my price range. I'm thinking this store just isn't for me.

He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took the time to help my daughter design the perfect skateboard. They had so many awesome deck designs to choose from, a great selection of wheels, and tons of fun stickers that made the whole experience even more exciting for her. While we were waiting for everything to be put together, I believe the manager came out and was just as friendly. He welcomed us and made us feel right at home, which really added to the overall experience. One thing that really stood out to me was a sign about rewarding kids for getting good grades. I thought it was such a cool idea that they encourage kids by letting them earn free skateboard parts and other goodies. I love seeing businesses invest in their community like that. It cost a little more than I expected but worth it. Today, the store wasn't busy so I was in and out within 10 minutes. The cashier was helpful. The suitcase was security locked and I requested it be opened to see if it was suitable for me. Great customer service. However, theft has been on the rise at this location. Now you have to enter and stand in front of a TV with loss prevention until they give you the go ahead to pass the entrance.

I have to thank Ricky (Ricardo) and Mary Cao for not only their prompt and excellent service, but also their willingness to be honest and straightforward with me with the whole process. I truly felt like this experience was tailored for me, even though I already was decided on the 2018 Honda Clarity they had in stock. As a person who works in customer service as well I felt I knew these people made the taxing experience of shopping for a car easy and relaxing. Yikes. We had a scheduled maintenance check and they mailed it in. Zero confidence they actually…read moredid any of the work - just because the discrepancy between what I could see and what they wrote on the diagnostics. Because they may have done some of the work I have 2 stars. We paid for a "tire inspection" and the paperwork says our tires were all "green" rating (all good) but when I called back to question it (just looking at the tires) and they said "oh yeah these actually need to be replaced". We had a slow leak they didn't find it and actually gave us BS tire pressure on the write up. I got home and it was 4 lbs below and our leak is not that fast. They could have easily done their job and upsold us 4 new tires. They upsold us on resurfacing front brakes but don't have ANY measurements on the wear and tear saying "any reputable mechanic will always resurface front only" but the quote was so high that it was a blessing that helped me find my new mechanic. So thank you for that.
