This place is vile to not just customers but the passerbyers. My teenage daughter and her friend went into the store just out of curiosity - keep in mind no sign was in the window that said, "You need to be with someone 21 years or older." They walked in, and one of the employees came up to them asking if they needed help. Did not ask their age. They said no and wanted to look around for fun and inspiration. She left them alone, and they wandered around the store, showing each other potential dresses for an upcoming dance. They went on their phone to just pull up a picture of hairstyles. For no reason, the owner sees them and starts harassing them for trying to "find something better and cheaper." He had no constructive argument to be telling them off. They said okay and went on to a different part of the store. They saw this really nice blue dress and gently touched it. He started following them around the store. He walks over to them and finally asks for their age and then tells them to leave. I firmly believe it was out of saltiness and purely out of spite. When I came into the store to speak to him about his unprofessional behavior, he told us they ripped the dress and they were touching the mannequins inappropriately. He also would've charged them $499 for something they didn't do. He also knew that the hole was there prior to them being there and did not provide camera footage. He started getting an attitude and knew he was wrong. There was a sign in tiny writing at the back of the store saying you needed to be accompanied by a 21 year old, but you really can miss it. I believe this was him trying to start something. I know my daughter and her friend. They would never do anything stupid like that. I hope he reflects on his miserable actions, as he has nothing better to do with his low life. Why are you starting things with teenage girls? Especially since you knew it wasn't them who did it. He will never get our business. This is the most disgusting, appalling behavior I've ever seen from a dress place. He truly believes there is nothing like his gowns, but the girls literally saw the same gowns in a store over. Stuck up, childish, and rude, this man will never have anything good in his life.

What professional would sow a big clump at the shoulders? Only the lazy ZOra!!

Think of the crumbling Sears department store chain, take one of their vacated stores and fill it with cheap disposable clothing and you have the essence of Primark. The dated retail monstrosity of Freehold Raceway Mall has never been a personal favorite but the absolute dishevelment inside Primark makes the rest of the place feel like Rodeo Drive. Shelves... why bother... just dig through the threadbare rags on the floor. Hey, there's a really nifty polyester sport coat I can wear to my next arraignment. I saw it first clown, give it back. So, you wanna play rough... You get the picture. Just having the jacket on for two minutes compelled other shoppers to spontaneously give me money. Why bother with a tin cup. I never thought that any retailer could be worse than Sears but Primark certainly has aspirations to that fetid crown. Two polyester stars.

The store was out of .10 & $1 bags, I came here to buy close to $200 worth of socks to donate and was treated so badly that my husband and person checking out next to me gave me a look as if in shock. It was horrible! Pam the manager was mean and unprofessional for a request that has been granted in the past -- a simple garbage bag, which I offered to pay for. I'll be going elsewhere from now on to pickup donation items.

I stopped into David's once with my daughter and didn't find anything I liked. I waited a few more months and went back again, and I'm soooo glad I did! I didn't even have an appointment, but the kindest and helpful associate named Rochelle , must be a sign because that's my mother's name greeted me and said she would help me . Rochelle was finishing up with another customer. This customer said to me that Rochelle was so helpful! Practically in tears I told Rochelle all about my negative experiences with gown shopping. She assured me we would find something and that the shop had new gowns in stock from when I was there the first time! Grabbed a few to try one, found the most stunning gown and once she grabbed the proper shoes and under garments it was instant joy! You must come here, the entire staff was fabulous and the styles and reasonable prices make it a no brainer!

What sets this shop apart is their sheer expertise. This isn't the kind of place where you just pull things off a rack yourself; it's a personal boutique experience where you put your trust in the experts. I can't count the number of times I've walked in with one idea in mind, let them "do their thing," and walked out with a dress more stunning than I ever could have imagined. They have an intuitive sense for style, body type, and fit that is second to none. As a fuller figured woman that lacks confidence, they have never let me down! From the initial selections to the final fitting, they ensure everything is absolute perfection. Thank you, Diane, Kim, and Chrissy, for over a decade of making us feel beautiful and confident. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Prior to my appointment, I even contacted the designer in California and was told that Diane & Co should at least have fabric swatches available if I decided to order through them. When I arrived for my appointment, there was already an uncomfortable situation unfolding in the store involving another customer and a disputed sale. While I chose to overlook that and proceed with my appointment, the overall experience only declined from there. The owner greeted me abruptly and, after I showed her an inspiration photo, immediately told me that a ball gown "would not look good" on me--an unnecessary and unprofessional comment. I then worked with a sales associate, who informed me that the dress I was looking for had just been sold. She proceeded to bring out two heavy, winter-style gowns that were completely inconsistent with what I had described (a formal summer garden wedding) and in a size (16) that did not match mine (4). Despite being told the store carries thousands of dresses, I was ultimately told there was nothing suitable for me. Given my budget of up to $3,000, this was both surprising and disappointing. Having worked in the retail and service industry myself, I can honestly say this was one of the most discouraging and unprofessional shopping experiences I've had. I left feeling dismissed rather than assisted. I ended up going to Emily's Boutique, where the experience could not have been more different--welcoming, attentive, and ultimately successful, as I found the perfect gown. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Diane & Company to others looking for a positive, customer-focused shopping experience.
