[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a very nice and relaxing place for an Ojai brunch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We enjoyed the prickly pear margaritas to start. A guacamole and chips and some entrees. I had the fish tacos. They are very tasty. Service was friendly and our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dine al fresco on the shady patio and enjoy a nice cool breeze while you eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, recommend.

This place is so cute and the outdoor dining is absolutely perfect. It sits and nestles in on the streets of oija! It's got such a comfortable outdoor dining. The server was very sweet and tried to get us whatever we needed. The drinks were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the blood orange cocktails. The food was also very very delicious. It seems like it's the place where everyone stops in it's cool fun and great!

Just based on my personal experiences, it wasn't all that it was cracked up to be. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I noticed the nice patio first and foremost. And the inside bar area, looked very lively and the whole vibe was welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decided to give a try as there seemed to be a good amount of people which is always a plus.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was seat yourself which we didn't mind. Patio area like mentioned was what caught our attention. The menu did have a good selection with their cocktails and I believe it was a full bar. There was a couple that looked good but we went with the classic margarita and the prickly pear as it was told it's a favorite. Drink, was quite nice which is a plus. Then comes the food menu. It is limited so not much to choose from. Went with the fish tacos and chicken enchiladas. First impression, fish tacos was, that's it. Asked if they had any sides which they didn't. No beans or rice to accommodate the meal. Fish, well I'm sorry to say tastes like van de kamp frozen fish sticks. Tortilla was pretty thick, I believe it's make there. The enchiladas, was two tortillas filled with the protein of choice and covered in the sauce. Not your usual rolled up. And it was one enchiladas served as is, a la carte. No sides as well. Food, was just ok but nothing to raved about. Another option was one of the salad but glad we didn't get it. The table next to us ordered it and it looked like a small side salad. Drinks were good. Friendly service which is a plus. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe and ambiance was quite nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But food wise, I personally would give it a miss. Nothing to rave about and portion is might small. Not your usual Mexican restaurant.

    Prickly Pear Margarita. Very refreshing.

This charming restaurant serves New Mexican food which is basically Mexican food with a regional twist. And it's absolutely delicious. I wanted to try every single item on the food menu and nearly all of the items on the cocktail/booze menu. They even have mezcal and tequila flights. That is reason enough for a trip back to Ojai. Frito Pie is basically a junk food dish, albeit a comforting, delicious one, but the chili they use here is terrific. It absolutely elevates this dish beyond just very tasty junk. The Green Chile Stew was deeply flavorful and very filling. It's wonderful. The Sopaipilla, served with red or green sauce or Christmas style (both sauces), is a beautiful dish and fantastically flavorful. I also tried the Prickly Pear Margarita because I will always order a Prickly Pear Margarita whenever I see one on a menu and it was very nice and not too sweet. Why this place doesn't have all five star reviews is a complete mystery to me. The service was great and the food was outstanding. Seating inside and out, on a nice patio. They do get very crowded so be prepared to wait during busy times.

This updated location is a nice addition to the main street in Ojai. The patio is shady, and we had our choice of tables and a comfortable couch at the back. One of the few places in Ojai open for cocktails in the early afternoon, they offer happy hour from 2 to 6. We stopped by on a quiet Thursday afternoon and indulged in happy hour drinks as well as the happy hour chile con queso and their delicious blue corn tortilla chips. Go hungry because the queso serving is huge. The menu includes lots of tasty choices, so we look forward to coming back for a full meal.

My friends and I tried this restaurant before a show at the Libbey Bowl ( because it's very close) I liked the ambiance and service was good. I ordered Tres Hermanas Bowl, it was delicious and healthy. Normally Mexican restaurants serve big portions so compared with them, I felt everything was a little bit pricey to me for this portion but maybe it's Ojai price??? I have authentic Mexican food often so I think this is Americanized Mexican food. I didn't know why but inside of the restaurant was very hot( they were not using air conditioning on purpose or it was broken??) The restaurant is small but they have also nice outdoor seating. Restaurant doesn't have a parking but there is a public parking close to it. We parked on the street.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a small little restaurant with indoor and out door seating and full bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the guac but they ran out so the waitress commended the queso which was tasty. We also had the sopes and the fish tacos which were both delicious as well. Great spot to get a drink and some lunch.

Regrettably my return to Tres Hermanas was a disaster that undermined my previous enjoyment. After being seated, we waited ten minutes for any service, after which the bartender came over with water. When we told her we were ready to order, she said a waiter was supposed to take it but grudgingly said she could do it. My partner and I both ordered the Squash Salad which was altogether lacking in squash (see photo). There were trace amounts of undercooked zucchini hidden among layers of corn and tomato. When we told the bartender that we couldn't see any squash, she said that it was there but she didn't want to "point at our food." She offered to bring us more from the kitchen; we accepted but the wait for a measly portion of unseasoned vegetables was another twenty minutes. When we finally dug into our meals, the dressing was way too heavy handed and drenched the lettuce. I wish they would bring back older menu items. They once had some winners that have since disappeared.

We came here twice just for their spicy margarita! So good. They have a big outdoor patio area, very cute with heaters in case it's cold. The food was pretty good too, nothing that blew my mind but everything was tasty. The service was a bit slow but we were on vacation with nothing to do that day but shop and eat so we really didn't mind. This was the only Mexican place I tried on our trip so I can't compare it it the other one or two Mexican spots in town but if you like a spicy mart definitely give this place a try!

So just checked out this cozy restaurant in Ojai - such a great vibe. They have indoor dining and a large patio. We were just wanting drinks and some snacks. This review is really all about the amazing prickly pear margarita, I'm low key obsessed with this drink- so good. We also shared two delicious salads. Definitely recommend if you're in Ojai and you want a fun vibe and an awesome margarita.

My husband and I stopped by for cold margaritas while walking around downtown. The hostess was friendly and welcoming so was our waitress. I ordered the house margarita and my husband got the Spa water margarita. Both served cold over a lot of ice. Couldn't taste much of the alcohol but it hit the spot. We enjoyed our short break here cause the ambiance is great. Beautiful patio and indoor bar area. We didn't order food so I can't say anything about the food but the drinks need more alcohol. The prices were reasonable but I rather pay a bit more for that extra shot.

The food was bomb! Big portions super flavorful! Service was incredible! They made us comfortable and we left satisfied to say the least. Ambiance is amazing, took the place to the next level! Fire!! We will be back! Thank you, The Drury's

The brewery is super cute and cozy, with wood/black accents and a boutique shop in the corner featuring local artists. There is plenty of places to sit inside or outside or at the bar. The bartender helped me pick a beer, and it was happy hour, so I only spent $5 on my 16oz pour :) We shared the Krupuk and pickle plate. Krupuk = airy tapioca chips, melt-in-your-mouth or crispy, with two flavorful sauces. It was a pretty large bowl so great for sharing. The pickle plate was lovely, 4 types of pickled vegetables (cucumbers, red/white onions, and bell peppers) which went great with the krupuk. Great place to pass the time!

Everything tasted great, though I'd probably ordered the cider again. We also ordered food from Sama Sama, a serving of their Wagyu Beef Sando and Chicken Sando. Wait time was roughly 10 minutes and was surprisingly served with a side of prawn crackers. I kept thinking that the wagyu was incredibly easy to eat and was done before I knew. Portion-wise it's a bit on the small side, but it had great flavor. All in all, a good place to past the time.
