I actually found Tri Shuttle through the help of Yelp... My husband and I just recently used their services to travel from Long Beach to LAX, and back home. Both of our trips were handled professionally and efficiently. When we had to be picked up to come back home, it was an international flight that involved a change of planes in Denver. Unfortunately, we encountered some weather issues that delayed the plane's arrival until midnight. But no worries, they were there for us! They picked us up right when we got out of the airport, helped us with our luggage, and made sure everything was taken care of. We'll definitely be using their services again in the future. This the fifth time I've used Tri-Shuttle to take me to and pick me up from LAX International Airport. Tony was my driver to take me to LAX in the morning. He texted me that traffic is going to be heavy (even on the fast lane) so he asked if he could pick me up a half hour earlier (is I was ready). I'm glad he gave me the heads up for an early pickup because traffic was indeed heavy. He delivered me on time to LAX and showed me how to get to the JAL ticket counter. Met my Tour Director on time. Thank you Tony! Lance was my driver when I arrived at LAX. Traffic at the arrival area outside was terrible. Lance texted me if I could meet him at pillar B8 which was a short distance walk from the arrival exit. He was waiting for me on time and maneuvered safely out of the congested airport . The ride home was so smooth I fell asleep until we were near my home. Thank you Tony and Lance. I booked tri shuttle for my recent vacation. Pick up and drop off to LAX. I called to asked on booking. The lady directed me to the website to submit info and it would be under review. This kind of confused me due to previous bookings, immediate gratification for knowing that they accepted you. For here, you submit the time and then they check to make sure they can accommodate you. Trang always provided good communication. On the day of 1/2/23 pick up, our diver Sal was there early and ready to go. Nice, professional and down to earth. The family and I enjoyed his company on our trip to LAX. You pay when you arrive at the destination. He did the card payment and we topped him separately. The return flight plans were a mess due to missing a flight. Staying an extra night in Orlando and flying on different flights coming home. It was chaotic but I just updated Trang as things happened. She was patient and ensured me they would still be able to accommodate the pick up. We arrived at LAX. Texted Sal and we're on our way back home. It was so nice to have such great service. our shuttle that picked us up had a front facing Graco car seat for our child and when examining the car seat, the car seat was not installed properly with the appropriate tethers as recommended by Graco. when I emailed to check and let the company know their seat was missing the back anchor tether they said "if you don't like it, bring your own seat when travelling next time" poor customer service. read more

Hired this company Sprinter van on hourly base, for the group night out dinner shuttle service, however in the middle of the group transfers , we had hard time to locate the driver, and after while he responded that he was home eating his dinner, and we told him that some of the guests were waiting to go back, and he said oh ok, i should be back in half hour, and we were very surprise of this. Okay, so glad I stuck with this company. Not only did they make it right over my service dog, but their service in general was outstanding. My driver, Tien, was so warm and hospitable, even with a delayed flight that resulted in 1AM pick up (s/o to Tien, hope your 4AM Fontana trip went well!).
