She was good and helpful, but the experience felt a little rushed even though we were the only ones in the shop at the time. Overall, it's a great experience for kids. It is a little pricey, but if your child likes slime, it's definitely something they'll enjoy and have fun doing.

The employee's old white car was parked in front of the facility, with its windows completely down and a cracked windshield, and its alarm went off. The employee came outside, WALKED ON THE HOOD OF HIS CAR to turn off the alarm, and then accused me of hitting his car. My husband and the five children in my car all confirmed that I didn't. After confronting me in the parking lot, he walked back into K1 while I followed behind. I found it very inappropriate for an employee to yell at a customer, especially as they were entering the business. The kids enjoyed themselves, but the overall customer service was not up to my expectations. When I book a party I like to be stress free, otherwise I would just host a party at my own house.

There's a kids table with magna-tiles at the front, so the little ones were kept busy the entire time. Parents and littles can eat first while kids are in the class. It makes the birthday less hectic. At the end, we forgot our lighter for the birthday candle, but Aman saved the day. My daughter had such a wonderful 5th birthday, and the photos staged in the gym area at the end really just topped things off. The instructors are very gentle and have such great patience with the kids. My child was traumatized from a gymnastics coach who had too much of a militaristic style. She's still in the process of finding her confidence, but she's thriving.

There are lots of benches, both with and without backs, surrounding the various play areas. There are numerous hammocks surrounding the park (closest to the swing area).. Be careful not to get too relaxed and misplace your lil one(s). It gets pretty hot out here and with the absence of shaded benches, bring a blanket to sit beneath a tree or an awning and chairs if you're fancy. Parking is directly outside the park. With ample parking it is difficult to not find a spot. During summer months it gets a little harder do arrive early. A grass area separates play from parking. There are plenty of bike racks as well. If you do not feel like driving the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station is a 12 minute walk away. If we ever explored this option I would have to bring a wagon. After play I doubt our little one would want to trek the journey. There are very few food options nearby so definitely come with snacks and drinks. There are working water fountains throughout the park (not refill stations). Come, enjoy! You can make a day of play here without spending a dime.

This BAB location seems to have more selection compared to their Great Mall location, but they do not have some of the newer stuff that I can find at the Great Mall one. I like this location because they have more graphic t-shirts that I could not find at their Milpitas store. Their selection is good for some older items, but not for some of the newer items.

There is an option that allows you to give your stuffed animal a scent. We were told the scent lasts 2-3years! SCENTiments come in Rose, Strawberry, lavender, birthday cake, bubble gum & peppermint. My son chose the cotton candy fragrance. After stuffing the animal, you then get to bring your new friend to life. This is the cutest part :) Once your furry friend is sealed, you can take it to the 'wash' station. Just an added step (free) to extend the experience. There were two infant swings. The big kid playground has 3 slides and lots to climb on. The slides seemed steep, but our gd really liked the tube slid. The structure seemed taller than most. Sadly the water feature was turned off due to water conservation. The park is adjacent to the water treatment plant. Depending on the time of day it can be odoriferious.
