This past Friday night, the bar was not busy, yet Jacqueline, the bartender, repeatedly ignored us. After our first drinks, we tried to order a second round and flagged her down several times, but she showed no interest in helping us. Her behavior came across as dismissive, rude, and completely uncalled for. I had not been back to The Swinging Door in a long time because of a similar experience, but I previously chalked it up to the bar being busy that night. Unfortunately, this visit confirmed that poor customer service continues to be an issue. No one goes to a bar on a Friday night expecting to be ignored or treated poorly by the bartender. Lesson learned. I sincerely hope management retrains its bartending staff and reminds them that being attentive and kind to customers is a basic part of the job.

The place is a typical sports bar with TV's of different sizes mounted in every wall and one projector mounted in the backroom. The TV quality is vary however with the best view and newest TVs in the center area in the back. They do also have pool tables available in another backroom and outdoor seating too. But most were closed off for the World Cup Finals event. The tables are ALL first come first serve so you have to come early for these special sports events! They do open early even though the posted hours said 12pm they actually opened around 11am when the line begins forming. We got a small high top table near the bar for our group of 5. The servers are very fast and attentive here even though they only have a few! They literally make rounds to check on every single table so you're very well taken care of! For the world cup they have a small menu available including all beers on tap and select cocktails. But you could order off menu if you remember the regular menu items. We got the California Burger which was HUGE and a very standard burger served with fries. You literally needed to eat this with a fork and knife it was that big. The meat was cooked well but tasted very standard without much seasoning. Chipotle Chicken Wrap: We upgraded regular fries to sweet potato fries. The wrap was also huge and tasty and probably the healthiest option available. Chicken Wings: Also very flavorful with your choice of sauce. Very standard bar wings with your classic ranch and celery sticks. The atmosphere was VERY loud inside packed full of football fans from both sides. They had set specific areas for Argentina and Spain with flags and jerseys set out with folding tables for overflow seating. Everyone was super respectful regardless of the side and supported each other even on the losing team. This place has a REALLY small bathroom with literally one toilet stall and urine in the mens, and two stalls in the women's so the bathroom line is always long! Overall, a fun place to come hangout to watch a game and enjoy some OK bar food. But the service is excellent and we'll likely come back for future sporting events or just to hangout with friends.

Oh rubbish!! Awful salesmen just as predicted. Nobody to help unless u walk up to them, they were all out smoking MJ; I saw and smelt it. Once I got Joseph F's attention he was way too sarcastic when I asked for a military discount. There was no concern for what I actually wanted, he steered me toward only high end product. I loved being able to play the classics like Malaga and Pac Man. I added a Tron / Discs of Tron game. Still, something was - off. The buttons didn't feel quite right, and it wasn't perfect. I couldn't replicate the scores I got at the local pizza place, and I had a machine in my home where I could practice as much as I wanted. I fell down a small rabbit hole about the quality of the sticks and buttons as well as the machine emulating the arcade. Somewhere in all that, I stumbled across Game Room City. They made machines that used authentic controls and high end parts. The larger screen would allow for horizontal games like Joust and Street Fighter. The whole unit was considerably larger. It came with a higher price tag. I seemed and hawed a bit, but eventually called them up. I had a few questions, and they were quickly answered. Dennis gave me every confidence that this was the experience I wanted. I placed and order. A week later, I had a giant box on my doorstep. Much to my dismay, I found it had been damaged in shipping (no fault of Game Room City there). I reached out, and they immediately got on the ball. They had a replacement shipped out to me quickly, and this one arrived intact. I hade it up and running that same afternoon. With over 7000 games, it covers almost everything I played growing up. I joke with my friends that it is a crate of nostalgia in the game room now. Everyone who has seen it, even in a couple of days, loves it. It feels like a real arcade machine - because it is. The machine is commercial quality. The experience is just like playing at an arcade. The customer service is top notch. If you are looking for an arcade machine, this machine and this company come highly recommended.

They set it up and left. My kids played it for 1 hour, and it stopped working! I posted a picture of the error on the game screen. I called game room city for the next 2 days. Both my wife and I called, and no answer! The message says they will call back within 24 hours well its now been 3 days and nothing. Your their best buddy until they collect your money and then leave you high and dry. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place and I will continue to warn people on social media, the BBB and any avenue I can think of to keep people from going thru what we are going thru.
