I have been using this car wash for a few years. It was my favorite , felt safe and good car wash for the money. An elderly gentleman I don't know if he is the owner or manages the place. One day I lost money in one of car wash machines. I reported it to the elderly man and he sent me money back in the mail. This place is a total rip-off...none of their bays work (no soap, pre-soak, etc...) and management doesn't feel it necessary to advise the consumer of their crap equipment. What, call them??? I did, and all you get is some slurried-mouth rube asking that you leave a message only to find out the mailbox is full...I've been trying to contact them for the last three weeks. I've come here a couple of times. It is a good place to wash your car. Today I decided to wash my car but the bay I pulled into didn't have its foam brush working! I figured it must've just been a fluke, so I went to another bay, but this time the pressure washer's hose had a leak in it and the foam brush also wasn't working. I understand not everything will always be working and needs to be serviced that is not why I am leaving one star. The reason I am leaving one star is because I cannot reach the owner at all. The number posted goes immediately to voicemail and the voicemail inbox is full so you can't leave anything. It's a good car wash and I have enjoyed coming here but having no contact with the owner when things go wrong really isn't what you want. read more

Drove into the 2nd bay (2nd from end on right) this evening because the end unit had a cone in front of it. Paid my money & took out the wash wand...to find out it was broken. Of course, no staff on site so I had paid for nothing but water to drip on my truck from the ceiling. Walked out of the bay & noticed a 2nd cone at the lip of the entrance to the end unit - obviously someone had moved it, so I put it back in the middle of my bay so no one else would lose their money. read more

Solid car wash with both self-service and automated options. Mother Nature has been doing her best to pollinate my automobile and instead of a shiny Burgundy, my car is a streaky green/yellow. Not pretty. I stopped in here and was able to quickly clear off the pollen with a self-service jet of water and now I feel a ton better about what I'm driving around RTP. read more

The water pressure in the self-service bay is exceptional, and the Brush provides an ​ample amount of soap, and each mode transitions​ wonderfully and quickly. I know it's the basic one but I would still expect to at least get all the debris off my car, didn't have to be perfect but didn't even do that. Won't dry your car either at all, have to pay lots extra for that apparently. Vacuums are but included, have to pay extra for that as well. Left with a dirty soaking wet car on a sunny day. This car wash is near me in Morrisville, and the most convenient option if I don't want to take my old Nissan down to an auto spa. As far as car washes go, it's better than most and has been noted in the past as one of the better manual car washes around the area in surveys. Not much to say about a car wash, except it does the job. The people that run it seem to keep it up, it does not have a wear and tear type of look, but fairly fresh. It has all the things you would expect with do-it-yourself wash wand stalls/bays, air, vacuum, etc. The automatic wash is pretty good. It can take cash or credit card. It offers the good/better/best sort of tiered wash types. I use this option mostly, and it does a fair job in knocking the dust off and putting a shine on the car. The sign says they are a "green" car wash. They do need to get kudos for attempting to be green in an environment that could be harsh with all the detergents and high use of water. Bottom line, it does the job, A-OK in my book. read more

This was my first time ever going to this car wash and will be my LAST. Before vacuuming out my car, I placed a small grocery bag of trash in the trash can. Notice I said grocery bag - so it wasn't large. The owner then asks me to pull my trash out because "household trash"isn't allowed. I said I was unaware (explaining this was my first time coming here and begin to pull the trash out of the can even though it was a small bag of trash from my car) As I'm pulling the trash out, his friend says "yes that's what they all say" I was appalled to say the least! How rude. The owner just stood there and didn't correct his friends actions.. I explained that I was EXTREMELY offended. All he said was "well I'm being nice to you" I grabbed my trash and left. They will never get my business. As a woman, I felt offended and unsafe and will never be going back there! Please Save your money and go somewhere you will be treated fairly. read more

I ran into an issue with the automatic car wash. I chose the $12 wash and began entering the wash bay. The undercarriage wash started and then everything stopped. All the lights went out and I could not get things to start back up. I had to back out. I understand things malfunction at times, the problem I have is I looked all over the car wash for a number to call and found nothing. I went back in line and chose the $7 car wash and it worked. I tried using their automatic car wash, paid for the wash and the machine didn't work. There is nobody there you can talk to and even if you look up the phone number of the business, nobody takes your call. My recommendation is to go and find another car wash. read more

I have no problem with the car wash- it's always been a great value and quick wash. However I was very disappointed this past Saturday when I took our crossover there to do a through cleaning and was not given change. The vacuum is $1.25 for 4 minutes I believe and in order to use it I had to get $1 coins from the change machine. I started out with $2 and when I went to use it a second round I realized that it hadn't given me my .75 cents change. I figured maybe it was a one time thing so I did the second turn with 2 dollar coins and again- change. At this point I just wanted to get my car finished so I had to do another round and stuck another $2 in coins in- again no change. So I spent $6 in vacuuming when it should've only cost me $3.75. I looked for a phone number to call to get a refund but didn't see one. I called the one on the Yelp page for 3 days now and no answer or voicemail. This was very disappointing. I may start going to the car wash off Brier Creek Parkway where the vacuum is free and the washes are all drive through for the same price. read more
