This is not a good Dental Co. I am supposed to make an appointment for my Family (Family of 5). They were asking me for a deposit of $50.00 each or a total of $250 for 5 persons. The lady I am talking to told me if only for two there will be no deposit. I told her what if I will set appointment first for two then I will call again for another three will I still be charged for $250 deposit instead of $150 and I was told yes I will still be charged for $250. I told her I don't see the logic there. Although I asked for the Manager so I can talk to somebody who is reasonable, unfortunately, she told me she is already the Manager. A manager who don't know how to handle customer and don't know how to analyze the situation and get a potential new regular patients (of five) who regularly doing their dental services twice a year (because this is part of my free insurance benefits). Actually, they don't see that getting an appointment for me is also very important considering I am setting the appointment two months from now, It means that it is very important too to for me to have that date, because not always I am free same time with my family. I even told her that we have just moved 0.20 miles away that is why we choose to move our dental services to them from our previous dentist that we have a record of more than 5 years, having twice a year dental services without any missed. Anyway, I found a better Dental Co. who is very accommodating, no deposits and I got a very nice reception over the phone. It's just 0.50miles away from them. This company is very obviously commercialized looking only for more profits. So for new patients, think twice before using their services. read more

Wish I could give them zero stars. My family has been going to this office for a few years now only due to convenience but since the beginning it has been horrible. They always try to up sell you unnecessary treatments. It's all about profit and not the patient. My son recently had treatment done there in October and was told it would be COMPLETELY covered since he had double coverage. That is the the sole job of the billing Dept to tell you how much money you've used throughout the year and what you have remaining. This was not the case with my son. A month after the treatment was done, I received a bill from Triangle Dental saying we owed them over $200 dollars!!! When I called them to ask why it wasn't covered they were very unprofessional like I was bothering them with my questions. I will NEVER return to that office. read more

I brought my two kids in to see Dr Bhullar, the pediatric dentist for their first dental visit! Crystal was very helpful at check in ,and Queen the assistant did a great job with them, making sure my son understood everything going on and was very friendly. Dr bhullar was very nice and made sure they were comfortable. My daughter is only two and was very scared, but he was so quick and friendly with her. After waiting about 30 mins I asked how much longer because my toddler was getting restless. They said about ten more mins. I patiently waited but then we were approaching the hour mark I asked again. They then proceeded to tell me they were short staffed and would maybe be 20 more mins or I could come back. But in the same breath they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be longer. I rescheduled but won't be going back. Do not come here, with or without insurance. All they want is your money and they don't care much for quality of service. With the good reviews and friendly staff I thought my family and I would have a great experience. My sister got a crown here and a couple days later it fell off. She called their advice line and they recommended she glue it back on. My sister is still paying for this crown that fell off. They lost 5 customers because of this, my whole family went but definitely not after what happened to my sister. read more

I have had nothing but great experiences at Triangle Dental Group and Orthodontist. I highly recommend them. They take time to explain dental hygiene and proper care. I grew up believing that if you follow certain steps then my teeth would be healthy, but I wasn't fully informed on technique and better toothpaste options. My teeth are well, but I want them impeccable They use the latest technology and they are flexible with scheduling (they even have Saturday appointments.) I've been going to this dentist for about 3 months now. I have had myself and my two children into the general dentistry and my son started through the orthodontics department. The office is clean and state of the art. There is a separate game room for the children and TV's for the kids to watch in the actual exam rooms. The staff is very pleasant and the dentists themselves are knowledgeable. I have been to dentists in the past that have been very quick to tell me my mouth is falling apart just to make more money. Then once I got a second opinion, it never matched up. I didn't get the impression that these dentists are out to make a buck only. They actually seemed like they cared about the health of my teeth and took the time to explain in detail anything that needed work. I had an issue with my appointments running late. Instead of pretending that it was normal and giving me attitude, the staff and office manager addressed my concern immediately. My last two appointments have run right on time and I appreciate that attention to detail. This is a dentistry that I will recommend to my friends and will continue to be a member myself for years to come. read more

I came here in the beginning of the year to get a cleaning done the staff were nice and friendly. I was told I had to pay about $180 out of pocket for the treatment and I did. When I checked my benefits online I realized I was overcharged by the office. I've had to go back and forth with my insurance provider just to get my refund and I'm still yet to get it. Vanessa the receptionist isn't much help when it comes to updates on charges she always gives you a response such as "we're short staffed or I'll get to you in a minute because we're busy" or she seems to rush off the phone in an impolite manner. Responses like this make me feel like I'm not even a patient at Triangle dental group. I also recently went there to possibly get an orthodontic treatment there the orthodontist Richard, he was friendly but I felt like he rushed through the whole meeting I talked to him no longer than 5 mins. When I received what I was expected out of pocket I realized that the charges were incorrect as well and that they would've over charged me again. Come to find out Triangle Dental Group placed me with an orthodontist that was out of network with my insurance without my knowledge. Meanwhile they had an orthodontist there that I could've been placed with to avoid all the excess fees. Patient care should be their #1 priority, no patient should feel like they've been taken advantage of. Just based on what I've experienced here I will no longer attend this office and recommend others find different care. read more

The orthodontics team here is amazing!! Dr. G and the rest of the ortho staff have been nothing but kind and patient with my two sons.

I highly recommend them. There super clean and super nice. I had some procedures done and I completely love the team they have there. I was an assigned patient to Triangle Dental when I had insurance. I went in for a much needed check up only to find my teeth in horrible shape and the options given for fixing things extremely expensive even with insurance. They did not give me many options, I had to have a tooth pulled however they said there was no way for a crown or an implant or any remedy other than a partial denture that would only be for looks not any assisting in eating. They charged me over $300.00 and when I went to have if fitted it didn't work, I told them I didn't want it and wanted my money back. I asked to speak to their administrator on at least 4 occasions and the person was never available and nobody will ever return calls to discuss it. As a result I paid $300.00 for services never received. Where I come from that is fraud. Stay clear of here. read more

Do not come here unless you plan on paying a lot of money!!!! My husband was seen in December and was told he would need a filling and some other work and out of pocket it would be 700$. So when he followed up to get the filling (2 months later) they did another full work up like he was a new patient and then presented him with an out of pocket of 1500$ and said they could do the work that day!! He told them he was fine with getting the work that the insurance covers (meaning gray filling instead of white and no Over lay and no replacement of another gray filling). As soon as they heard he didn't want to do the extra they said unfortunately we have to reschedule you for a later date (3 weeks later). He told them why because I don't want to pay $1500 and just want what my insurance covers? They had no explanation. I also took my kids here and all together if I pay what they want me to pay I'm gonna be in debt for $4000 to this dental place... This will be my 4th time coming back to get my temporary crown back on. Prior to coming this one time I had call before coming was told that I was going to wait 15 mins it's been 45 mins and I'm still freaking waiting. It's a big inconvenience for me not only that I have to wait a long time to get call in but also to sit and wait once I'm call in. Very disappointed in this place wish I have never came here the first place. Not happy with the services at all. The only reason why I have to follow through because I'm already half way done with the work I needed to get done plus they right away collected my money they sure were so quick about that. If I had a choice I wouldn't even had gave them a star. After completing my treatment I have to say and, which I also gave them a 5 star review. After hearing my concerns. Not only that the office manager Kristen gave me a $200 discount but was really patient with me and, did apologize for any inconvenience that I have went through.
