I'm actually very disappointed each time I go into this office. First thing is I have a very young child who needed some dental work they recommended that we put him to sleep they explained to us that we can ask the insurance to reimburse us for the anesthesiologist however it may be unlikely that our insurance would cover this. When we realize that our insurance would not pay for it we ask that they attempt to service him while he is a week just numbing his gums they refused. So at the end of the day we ended up paying well over $1,000 for everything to be completed some of this was a result of our request to not have silver teeth in the front so we did pay a little bit extra but the majority of this was for the anesthesiologist. During this time my husband and I felt as if paying this amount was minor in the grand scheme of things they were very good with my child's the anesthesiologist took care of him once we paid and I got over that I was happy with the service they provided. Now fast-forward a couple times we go in they have you sign on this little signature pad and they don't even offer to print out what you sign today I asked what I was signing for the young lady at the front desk advised that I was signing for x-rays I asked her to print the document out and when I read it it was not only to authorize for x-rays it was an authorization to ensure that I would pay for any services that my insurance did not cover it advised that the exposure to the x-rays that there is no guarantee or Assurance made by anyone in regards to the dental treatment. In today's market I understand that a dental office needs to make money but I feel that the service that they are providing is misleading by not explaining thoroughly what you are signing for and if you oppose any services recommended and opt for services the insurance will pay for they will refuse to complete the work. I recommend asking for a copy of all documents and understanding what you are signing. Shop around after all dental offices are a dime a dozen. read more

If I could give it zero or negative stars...I would!! This is a children's orthodontics that only sees kids one day a week...and never has any time for them...you literally have to schedule all your ortho appointments they will ever need months in advance. When I signed up with them I specifically asked about scheduling and they said its never an issue...well its not an issue if you like spending your Thursdays off of work and taking your kid out of school every time!! In the meantime, if you have a job, and your child is in school...DO NOT COME HERE! My daughter has had to wait over 45 minutes on average for a 5 minute rubber band changing appointment. They are inconvenient and over booked constantly. read more

I want to preface this with the fact that i am TERRIFIED of the dentist due to a horrible experience in the past with a previous dental provider.. I came in for a check up after years of avoiding the dentist and was told i needed a root canal and crown. I was pretty nervous about it all but i scheduled my root canal and totally forgot to book my crown appointment the same day so i wouldn't need to return for a following visit. I checked in for my appointment and then realized i wouldn't be getting my crown the same day, however, the staff at triangle dental were super accommodating and not only made my root canal COMPLETELY painless and fast, but also worked through their lunch break to do my crown the same day. They made me feel comfortable and made sure i didn't feel a thing. My crown looks absolutely perfect! You can't even tell it isn't my natural tooth! They even helped me finance my procedure (i have a crappy insurance plan) so that it was totally affordable as well. I'm so grateful for the staff and every way they went out of their way to help me! read more

I have been going here for a few years. Over the years I have looked passed some of their mixups and stuff cause they were somewhat minor. But I think im done. Over the past few months I was not being billed for my son's braces, I live a busy life so I didn't notice. We had just changed insurance and I was told the new insurance wouldn't take over but that the old insurance had paid the full 2k and i would just need to continue making the regular monthly payments. Then the following time they told me no the insurance didnt pay everything i owed $300+ that they would add it to my monthly payments. Then i go in another time and they tell me no now I over $500. So im like hmm what the heck. And then this week i receive a collections bill for almost $700. I wish I would have been alerted that the payments were not going thru. I would have corrected the issue then and there not $700 later.. It appears they dont always know the full picture of what's going on.. and it cost me a big chunk of money all at once.. not cool.. And no apology for missing the fact that payments weren't going thru just here were sending you to collections read more

I brought my 8 year old son here and now thanks to these people my son is now TRAUMATIZED of the dentist. Holly Redwine a hygenist here, was so unprofessional and said right in front of my child the excruciating pain and side effects he will be exposed to while just doing a CLEANING? She should have told me outside not in front of the poor kid he then was crying because of her. This is NOT the place for children. I spoke with the manager about this incident yet the manager said the child needs to deal with it. Are you kidding me??? Do not come here they overcharge your insurance and claim work that need to be done that doesn't. Their deep cleaning lasted only 5mins (takes about 40-60mins at my dentist in Bakersfield) . I could clean my teeth with a tooth brush better!!! They wanted to charge $400 for a cavity fill. Went to my original dentist in Bakersfield and guess what! No work was needed!!! This place is horrible. They only concern about how to make more money off you. They are not concern about customer satisfaction. They are charging me 100$ for canceling appointment within 24 hours... I prefer to pay 100$ than to return to that place again. This is the worst dental office I've been to. They ruined my teeth. They have nothing but trainees working here who don't know what their doing. Dr. Gutierrez worked on my teeth she grounded my molars way to much hit my nerve and was very painful. I had pain for over 2 weeks constantly. I had to finally go get acupuncture to make it stop. The person running the ceramic machine didn't know what they were doing either but following the doctors order to make the crowns bigger. OMG they put in crowns that were way bigger than my original teeth. I had to got to another dentist who check the work everything they did was not right. I had to eventually have them taken out and redone and with the crown the Dr. drilled to much I had to do a root canal because it was so messed up. I should of sued them. Sorry I didn't. I'll never have the same teeth I had before I went in. Beware of this dentist I believe she moved on to another location in Covina. Stay away she doesn't know what she's doing horrible dentist. The owner tried to fix her mistakes but wasn't able to. I found a great dentist in Upland I would never go back to Triangle dental my teeth were ruined there. read more

This particular office of Triangle Dental Group is under new ownership and management. Since this change they or the place they use to make my dentures has never been successful. They have come back wrong ill-fitting too loose, too tight with pain, or taking way too long to come back. Plus the head girl manager there at the time had a bad attitude as far as my complaints of fitment were involved and were charging me for services not rendered. I finally quit going there for any dental work and just went on using my temp. dentures they made the first time I went there which they did right. But then it was a different owner and different management plus he worked there as a Dentist. But when he sold it and retired it went to hell in a hand basket, at least as far as I and my wife's were concerned. I'm still using my Temp. dentures now after I quit using this dental office over 2 yrs. ago and the temps. still work fine. Why they were unable to get it right to make my more permanent dentures, even with a new owner, they still used the same place to have the dentures made, is puzzling to me. So I wont recommend this Fontana, Ca. dental office located just off of Baseline, or maybe they use Baseline in their address, I don't remember and no longer have any of their business cards. You can Google Map it and if Baseline street runs parallel with their address 1\2 a block north or if Baseline is used as address in Fontana as well you can rest assured this is the Triangle office I'm mentioning here.That is all folks. read more
