They stated multiple times over the years that their "classic car guy" was an expert and could handle a classic car. For the first 5 years of living in atlanta, I took my classic mercedes here until they finally told me their classic car guy was leaving and they wouldn't touch my car going forward. Frankly, they did 5 years of changing my oil and nothing else but they'd charge me for what they called "regular maintenance". Regular maintenance on a classic car should include a lot more than just topping up the oil and calling it a day, but every time I'd mention knocking noises or brake issues or anything else to them, they wouldn't address it at all so I had no idea if they thought it was an issue or didn't. Finally 5 years later, thank god their classic car guy left, because I took it over to a place in Decatur and all of the things I had been worried about, they found a reason, they gave me a full breakdown online of what they recommended and why, they answered all of my questions, and I could pay the invoice online and feel good about it. Update: As of 9:30 p.m., Jacob, the owner, repeatedly called and texted me after my review. He first falsely claimed I'd only visited once four years ago, then offered to pay me, which I refused. After that, he pulled up what he claimed were years of invoices that were not real, despite the fact that I have the original receipts for my own transactions. Even after I repeatedly told him to stop contacting me, he continued until I had to block his number. Based on both my experience and his behavior afterward, I would never recommend this business.

I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me. Words cant describe how happy I am with KLM and the service that they provide. There arent many honest mechanics these days, but I truly trust Luis and his team. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.
