I took the plunge and started coming to the Frisco location and have worked with Elisa, and I wish I started sooner, It's crazy how much a difference it makes when someone else (who knows exactly what they're doing) stretches you. I have less pain, I sleep better, and I'm incredibly motivated to move more because I feel so good. Elisa is wonderful! Easy to talk to, explains everything in detail, and really knows how to target my trouble spots.
