I took the plunge and started coming to the Frisco location and have worked with Elisa, and I wish I started sooner, It's crazy how much a difference it makes when someone else (who knows exactly what they're doing) stretches you. I have less pain, I sleep better, and I'm incredibly motivated to move more because I feel so good. Elisa is wonderful! Easy to talk to, explains everything in detail, and really knows how to target my trouble spots. HORRIBLE policy and EVEN WORSE customer service!!! There are situations that YOU SHOULD make exceptions for...that's how you maintain customers and leave an impression of them wanting to come back.
