Fast forward 5 1/2 years later and we had an issue pop up with our shower. I wasn't sure who to call because it had been so long since the remodel but I still had Max as a contact so I reached out to see if he knew of anyone that could assist. He immediately recognized me as a former client and asked what we needed. He said he would stop by the next day. After reviewing the issue, he determined it not to be a major problem as my husband and I had originally thought. He immediately had solutions and began scheduling the repairs. I used Tridel Construction for my kitchen remodel. They were very quick and professional. I wanted an actual company for my kitchen as I used a handyman for my bathroom flooring and it was a nightmare of a project that we had to DIY in the end. We did our research this time for a professional and had a few quotes, but Tridel was persistent in being sure that we had everything we needed to decide, but not in a pushy way. They were patient in answering all of our many questions over the span of a couple months. The end result was clean and pretty mini kitchen update. The flooring came out level. The cabinetry was installed with precision and the crew was very respectful of my OCD's about dust and dirt and trash. They all wore booties every time. I called this company directly on Nov 3rd and left a message with general details about the project I had in mind for my home. After hearing nothing from them by November 5th I sent them another message, this time through Yelp, asking them for an estimate of the job I wanted to do at my home. As of today, Nov 13Nov I still have not gotten any response from them. My project is not that big so if it was too small for them they could just say so. My 1 star rating is only for communication and has no reflection of the quality of work that they do. They finally left a message today, 11/13/23, that they don't do the kind of work I needed. Said that they called yesterday and left a VM. Could not find one on landline or cell phone. read more

My wife and I hired Tridel Construction to complete a garage addition for our new home. Our project manager, Jack was very helpful and easy to work with. What really stood out was how organized everything felt from start to finish. The timeline was clearly laid out, and there wasn't a lot of downtime between phases. 2 years ago Tridel completed a small bathroom remodel. Recently I called the Warranty Department and spoke to Katty. I had a concern about a discoloration on the shower floor. She scheduled an appointment with Andy to come out and inspect the tile. After two service calls, Tridel completed cleaning of the tile and resolved the issue. I can't be happier with the outcome.
