I can't say the task was easy, but with tremendous support from Tridel, it was completed with very, very minimal hassle and...are you ready for this?!...ON TIME!!. The finished "product" more than met our expectations. Costs were exactly as "pre-defined" by our project manager, Isaac. No surprises what so ever! For us, two very important considerations were: 1. Project manager/coordinator must be readily and almost immediately available for our questions and concerns; 2. I had my usual GC that I would use for big projects but they were crazy booked so it took me over 6 months to find another GC that I felt I could trust with a new bathroom addition project. I had lost a lot of time with other companies that said they'd do it but then ghosted when I said I wanted to do things correctly (with permits). I had posted for referrals on my local social page and Tridel was mentioned twice so I decided to contact them. Max Prives came out to do an estimate and all along the way he was super professional with communication and getting things scheduled and moving along. Their billing department was also very professional and timely. Sometimes you don't know what you're getting into until you start digging and we did run into an issue with the house structure for the project but Max got us a solution super quickly, brought the inspector out again within a day to go over the solution and wouldn't let us lose any time in getting it solved. If I had chosen any other company I feel like we would have been hosed in that situation. I am super thankful for that. There were some really helpful, friendly crew that came out almost every day of the project, I wish I could remember all their names to thank them properly. Tridel is the best team I ever had to dealt with ! Jack the production supervisor and Arsen the project manager are the most genuine , professional and honest people ! Arsen the project manager came out to estimate addition of 700 SF with full bathroom to our house , from the first meeting Arsen was very knowledgeable and explain the steps we need to go through for this project , we immediately sign with him for Architectural drawings . Arsen schedule the architect three days later and they start the process , the drawings were ready after about three weeks to be submitted to HOA. After the HOA approved the drawings , we moved to the next step of finalize the plans with structural, plumbing , mechanical and electrical engineering . The final plans where ready after three weeks as jack predicted . Jack and Arsen generated a bid for the project upon the plans , I had another contractor to bid it too , Tridel bid was very reasonable and a bit lower then the other contractor. I signed with them and they scheduled to start the project in about four weeks . I have to say I was really terrified to do this but jack and arsen woke me through the project smoothly ! The workmanship is phenomenal take care of the area clean every day and was really polite , and of course very professional. It was three months from start to completely finish and the end result looks like we never did the remodel , looks like it was there from the build ! Love this company! We used Tridel to tear out old & lay all new flooring in a house we had just purchased after moving across the country. We were still WAY in over our heads overwhelmed with settling in from our move and trying to paint, unpack, organize, decorate, etc. Jose, our project manager, made our lives so much easier from day one of the consult! He helped us choose our flooring, materials, find the best price, and coordinate installation around when it would be convenient for US. Jose showed up daily AND when he said he would (very punctual!) to make sure the project was progressing as it should with no problems. Shout out to Michael, one guy who was here daily, extremely efficient hard-worker and respectful of our home who cleaned up after himself at the end of each workday. I had 3 companies come out to estimate kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodel , Tridel Sent Arsen the project manager within a day , Arsen even called 30 min prior to arrival to let me know he's on his on way . Arsen emailed me the estimate within 2 days , one of the contractors took a week and the other one didnt even bothered i guess this project was to small for them . Tridel's estimate was a little bit higher then the other one i got but from my research about Tridel i was confident to spend a little bit more for good service . Tridel did an excellent job on my project. From the get-go they were very helpful. Pointing out things I needed to consider but hadn't thought about. I dealt with Arsen & Andy and they were both great. My new bedroom took a couple weeks from start to finish. Communication was excellent and I always knew what the next step was and when it would happen. Tridel always showed up when they said they would and they really took care of my house during the construction process. My job included demolition work, framing, electrics, drywall, new flooring, etc. etc. All of it was done to a very high standard. I needed to have a steel support brace installed on an 11 foot block wall fence. Jose came out and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable that he could get the job done. They started the job on time and worked through some difficult problems that came up. Sergio was the foreman on the job site and always kept me informed on the progress. They were very careful to keep my property safe and return everything back to the way they found it. They had to do a considerable amount of digging into rock since half of the wall was a retaining wall and they needed to get down to the wall footing. They encounter some problems because of the rock but Jose stayed true to his original bid and did not charge me more for all the extra work that was required. I can not say one bad thing about this company and the people that work there. I highly recommend them for any work you need done. They are professional, honest, reliable and trustworthy. read more

I feel very honored to write this review as I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my remodeling. I want to thank Tridel Construction for sending their top Senior Project Manager,  to work with me on my project of remodeling/upgrading my kitchen, living/ dining room and powder room.  Also a big thanks to the foreman overseeing the workers at my home. Elena was extremely knowledge, very patient and spent hours revising and amending my contract as I constantly changed my mind and needed several revisions and guys at Tridel went above and beyond  to accommodate my requests.   It's important to also mention that Tridel's quote was extremely reasonable compared to several other contractors. Every team member that walked into my home, way exceeded my expectations on all levels. All Tridel's workers were highly skilled and efficient as well very respectful and courteous at all times. Tridel's painters were not only exceptionally skilled and efficient, they rehung all my items on the walls without even asking.  I also noticed little details such as the wall switch plates were cleaned and dried before installing back on the wall.   Their tile expect did an outstanding job on my tile floor and also did an immaculate job on my  backsplash and fireplace.  Before he left, every backsplash tile was polished and cleaned! WOW The cabinet and counter team once again were amazing and the outcome looks fabulous. Their electrician/plumbing team were very knowledge and even returned on a Saturday to ensure that my oven was in 100% working condition. After about 6 months of getting consults and researching several construction/remodeling companies, I chose Tridel Construction to remodel my master bathroom. They came highly recommended and they certainly lived up to that. They were not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but very reasonably priced. I narrowed down my choices of products and fixtures, but it was Arsen, my project manager, who really helped me get it all coordinated and put together. All the workers were professional and courteous and always double-checked with me if they had any questions. Arsen checked in several times a day and made himself available to me anytime I needed him. I would also get visits from others in the company just making sure I was happy and satisfied with the work and that everything was moving along smoothly. Their ultimate goal was to make sure I was happy with the work and satisfied with how everything turned out. My wife and I decided to update our new home in March. This project included a kitchen remodel, new interior paint, new flooring, minor touch ups in the bathroom, new paint on all the cabinets, new lighting and hardware. After some research and interviews with different contractors, we decided to hire Tridel Construction company. They were very punctual in meeting with us and the project manager assigned to us was Max. From our first interaction with Max, my wife and I felt very comfortable and confident with our choice. Max was very professional about explaining the steps of the remodel and the contract to us. The whole project took about two and a half months as he had promised. Of course along the way there were some minor hiccups as expected. However whenever things weren't satisfactory, Max was always easily accessible and available. He made sure every little thing we were not happy with was immediately taken care of. He spent a lot of his personal time with us to make sure this journey went as smooth as possible. He even went shopping with us for building materials late afternoons on many occasions. In the end when our project was finished, it ended up nearly perfect and on budget. When we first met Max, we started a business relationship together, but now we're very proud to call him a friend. We had our brick wall raised by Tridel. They were quick to send out their project manager and gave us a quote in a timely matter. They provided us with all the documents we needed to complete our project. The crew showed up on time and completed the work quicker than they said they would. They did a good job with our project. Our neighbor also had them do the same thing to their house. I will return to them for future home projects. read more

Dealing with Tridel Construction has been a nightmare. This company has caused me tremendous financial harm and months of stress. I have experienced ongoing dishonesty, misrepresentations and false excuses. This work was to be completed in two months as per the contract. Four months later, 60 days after the due date for the job to be finished, the work is far from complete and still most days there is no work being done at the house. Much of the work that has been done is incomplete or unacceptable. At one point they walked off the job for about seven weeks with almost no work being done. Although the contract called for a series of payments only as work was completed, I have been pressured to make advanced payments not due. I have made such payment out of fear that they will totally stop work if I don't cave in to their demands. This is done by them even though the contract states in bold capital letters: IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR A CONTRACTOR TO COLLECT PAYMENT FOR WORK NOT YET COMPLETED. I dealt with a person named Jack Flacksman. He has represented himself as a partner in the company. However, when pushing me for more money he claimed his boss was mad at him for doing the work that had been done and not getting more money sooner. The Nevada state website shows the owners of Tridel Construction as Tibor Itskovich and Elena Todd. Tibor Itskovich does business under different names. In Nevada he is associated with contractor's licenses under eight different company names and in California three additional company names. I bought a very large 30 year old custom home and planned a major renovation before moving in. The work under contract with Tridel Construction included removing walls, a new HVAC system, framing, rough electrical and rough plumbing at a cost of about $90,000. This work must be done before I can move into the house. Their failure to meet their obligations under the contract has set me back months from being able to move into my new home. Moreover, I must maintain a second home until I can move into my new home which has a substantial financial cost. Tridel Construction has been made very aware of the financial damage being done and they have been indifferent to this and just continue on with their slow pace. I have been strung along with ongoing false promises. I try to get them to commit to doing the work and I am then promised that over the coming week certain work will be done on certain days. The promised work is almost never actually done. Sometimes some work is done and other times none of the promised work is done. Then I again ask for the work to be done and again get more false promises. However, now HVAC work has totally stopped and I am told that they had not correctly planned for how to do the work and now must figure it out. Additionally, there have been untruthful representations made as excuses to justify the company failing to work. When work was at a total stop for weeks I was told there was a structural problem and they were waiting for a needed truss delivery that was late. Weeks later when there was no truss delivery I was told a engineering load calculation was required before making the trusses and the person who did that at the truss company had quit causing more delay. Finally I met with an architect and Jack Flacksman to look at the so called problem. There was no problem. A support column needed to be moved two feet into a wall to allow for a larger doorway opening. There was no need for any trusses. No trusses were ever ordered. They used this false excuse to stop all work for many weeks including all work that had nothing to do with this issue including plumbing, framing, HVAC and electrical. Prior to Tridel taking over I had some electrical work done and it was working perfectly. Tridel's crew did significant damage to this electrical work. They cut wires that cut off power to several locations. They removed light switches and wall outlets and left wires hanging from the walls and ceilings and laying on the floor with switches and outlets attached. They even cut the wire to a phone jack I had installed and then removed and threw away the phone jack itself. The damage they did was significant and obvious but they had no intention of fixing any of it until I complained about it. Detailing all the problems I have had with this company would take too much space but there is much more. I have been a real estate investor for over 40 years and done many home improvement projects including major renovation projects. Over the years I have done business with many different contractors. Trying to deal with Tridel Construction's dishonesty, irresponsibility, failure to perform and lack of professionalism has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. You know how you hear so many complaints about contractors being difficult to work with; how he/she are no shows or always late; how the subs don't do a good job and are unreliable, etc. etc.? I promise you won't find any of that with Tridel Construction. I know that's hard to believe. Read on... I worked with Isaac, one of the owners, on my recent large job. He did a complete reno on my kitchen and it's amazing! My living and family room have been transformed. I can tell you that he was never, not one time, late, and if he was delayed, he would always call. His subs, the same. Isaac has a very keen eye and makes sure that every detail is perfect, yes perfect. His subs do outstanding work. Not once did I have to speak to Isaac about work that was not done well or right. In addition, he was at my house first thing everyday to make sure everything was going according to plan, always with a cheery 'good morning.' I very much appreciated that during times when I felt stressed or I questioned my own choices or whether something looked good, he was very reassuring and patient while we worked through the details. When we confronted the unexpected, as you always do, Isaac would explain the situation, more than once if necessary, patiently walk me through the options, and then take care of all the details such as an architect, engineer, or whatever was necessary to make it work right. You will not be disappointed if you use Tridel Construction. They have very high standards that I have not experienced before (this was our second renovation). My home is stunning now and the workmanship amazing. Can't wait to show it off. read more

I have to say that I've been searching around for a bathroom remodeling contractor for a little while now. Although I haven't selected one yet, this review is simply on the quote process that we've gone through this past week. You can tell a lot about a company by the manner which they conduct their quotes. From the time I filled out the contact form here on Yelp to the time the Project Manager left my house, I was treated with nothing but professional courtesy and respect for my time. They contacted me via phone to setup a time for them to come out to my place. Jim showed up on time and seeing that there is a pile of shoes in my entryway, asked if he needed to take off her shoes. came upstairs with me to talk about the bathrooms where we brainstormed a few ideas and didn't force me into doing things a certain way. Jim offered me all the options and was very friendly and open about it. After he got a chance to look at everything, we sat down at the table and went over everything once again to recap what we talked about to make sure we didn't miss anything and clarified a few questions. Jim then went through the presentation and showed all the licenses photos of other projects ,provided references for us to call and most importantly, didn't pressure us into making a decision one way or another. My project was adding a large window to a solid wall in our second floor bedroom that would afford us a nice view of the valley. Not the most complex job, but not the simplest either. I have not been through a lot of renovations so it was important to me that the managers heading up the job were communicative and authentic/honest. Sasha and Arsen were assigned to my job. I took three bids and they were price-competitive, but by far the most professional and easy to deal with. Not surprisingly, the job experience so unexpected challenges, but they were always reachable and able to talk me through next steps. After the job was completed they made sure my home was cleaner than when the job started. Overall, their electricians, stucco guys, carpenters and painters all did a great job with zero drama. My one piece of advice is that you have to be your own advocate and don't be afraid to be pro-active with questions and any issues that are on your mind. They work on numerous jobs at the same and you need to speak up when you need something whether it be scheduling, technical or other information. They are very accommodating and involved. We had our master bath redone by taking out the oval tub and regular size shower to put in a roll in shower to accommodate wheelchair. We could not be happier with the results! After Tridel started we added a change, for them to remove carpet from master bedroom and extending the porcelain wood looking tile from bathroom into the bedroom. Trying to coordinate workers, deliveries, inspections, etc you have to expect some unexpected delays or hiccups but Tridel kept us in the loop and always tried to help stay within our household schedules. We are so happy with our new bathroom in our 1932 house, thanks to Jose Diaz and his crew. After sending the request for a quote on a weekend, we received a reply email that day. Our project manager, Jose Diaz, came to our house and explained the process, including the expected time period to complete the project. A few days later, we had the reasonable quote. Our project started soon after we signed the contract with Tridel Construction. The only delay in completion was the delayed delivery of our clawfoot tub from another company. Jose was patient and understanding about the tub delivery delay of one week. Jose and his crew were professional and craftsmen on every part of the entire redo of this room. We love the beautiful tile work, the smooth walls, all the plumbing and fixtures installed just where we wanted them. We feel like our old house is new again, with just the redo of the smallest room in the house!
