I worked with Tridel, and the quality of the work was excellent. i had my kitchen tile floors demolished, removed and replaced with new vinyl plank flooring, and made some alterations to the fireplace. also had two bathrooms completely refinished. We want to creat this small living room into a study. But we don't want to close off the living room because it will make the area look a lot smaller and closed off if you do. Then we stumbled onto and idea of a glass wall. I went on Yelp and I looked up construction companies and this company really caught my eye. I'm bad with names so I forgot the name of the person who answered the phone but she asked me some questions and assured me that they could help me set an appointment with me to meet with Jose their project manager. Jose came out. He was on time. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient with us. He took measurements. And he went on his phone and showed us a few options. It's really funny that is that we are looking to make a study and totally forgot about the DOOR until he brought it up. So he showed us a few options for that. He was very present and knowledgeable. Made me feel like we will be taken care of. Obviously this is a custom project so it might take a little bit of time. But he said I should have an estimate by next week and walked me through the steps of getting that done. All in all my review is for how easy the process was to set up an appointment. For a pleasant visit that we had with Jose. And overall just how easy going the whole experience is. I will be honest and before calling this company I called another 3 companies and just the interaction over the phone and the sense of not caring brushed me away from even setting appointments. read more

Called Tridel for a medium to large renovation project on my house. Explained in detail the various items I wanted to be quoted on, one of which was painting the outside of my house. They came back with a quote that not only did not encompass the full range of services we went through, but they quoted by over 16,000 USD to paint the outside out of my house. The highest quote I got 7,400 USD and lowest was 3750 USD. Absolutely outrageous! When confronted the justification was they were going to fix minor cracks and powerwash the stucco in addition to painting the house. The other quotes included the same service. I hear they do a decent job but if you hire them, please make sure you get some competing quotes because they will try to milk you! read more

I have never seen a company pretend to be so surprised that things are not progressing well, and at the same time, so willing to give out empty promises. It's amazing how they continually don't show up to work, even for a full day. If it wasn't for the city inspectors and myself pointing out poor work, I'm afraid of what a mess this place would be. Even though they are actively working on my house, it literally took them four days to return my calls. Today they are at it again with the empty promises. We were told by Sasha (Manager) and Tibor (An Owner) that people would be here at 7 am to work on painting, grout, and texture. Nearly three hours later - nobody has shown up, and the office has yet to explain what's going on via a simple email or call. Finally spoke to Sasha and was told someone would be here at 1 pm. It's now 4:23 pm and still, nobody is here. Yet another prime example of how they operate. On top of that, they came back and asked if we moved a couch so they could work, but it was the first time it was brought up! On top of that, said couch would only impact one of the three teams that were supposed to be onsite today! read more

***Review based on bidding experience*** Last week, I contacted Tridel Construction to come out and bid our home remodel. We're looking to do flooring, paint, new cabinets, and enclosing a patio. Their team was very quick to respond and schedule an appointment. Jose, the Project Manger called on his way over, and arrived on time. He was so incredibly friendly and VERY detailed when it came to making sure he included everything for our quote. We went line by line through the whole house and he was great at catching the little details that I didn't even think about so that he could include them in the quote. After going through everything, he then went through a packet with me that outlined Tridel's licenses, and more so that there were absolutely no surprises when it comes to contracting with them. I was blown away by how upfront & honest they are as a company to provide all of this information to customers before they even send over a bid for the work. On top of that, Jose was the was incredibly receptive to understanding our vision and what we were hoping to do in the home and offered some great solutions and ideas that they would be able to implement for us. He also helped me feel confident in the budget that we set (even if we can't do everything we're hoping this time around and need to wait a year or so- they are able to work in homes where people are living in them!), where some other companies we interviewed for bids were very pushy for us to up our budget. Jose never made our project feel lesser than, and I trust that if chosen, he would treat the entire process as if he were remodeling his own home. Regardless of which direction we end up going after reviewing all of the bids in the next few weeks, I am so appreciative of this experience with Tridel Construction and wanted to encourage other locals to contact them in regards to your next construction project. We are remodeling our guest bathroom and with all the tile to be replaced, we knew we needed pros. I checked Yelp and found Tridel. Based on their reviews, I asked for an in-home estimate and met with Jose. I love that he called when he was en route and gave me an ETA. . Jose even came prepared with booties to cover his shoes, which weren't even dirty. I really appreciated that! I showed him our terrible bathroom and he took lots of measurements and photos. I had picked out tile from a certain big-box store and he advised me that despite their company being a certified installer for them, their tile was generally of poor quality for the price they charge. I heard the same from the previous contractor. Jose suggested Floor & Decor and let me know they do not get a commission or a discount from them. He just wanted me to get what I was paying for, which I love. He asked great clarifying questions and made sure he and I were on he same page as far as the scope of work. Unlike the previous contractor, he wasn't looking around my house and passive aggressively trying to shake up more projects for his company. Once he had his measurements and photos, he not only gave me his card but left me with a whole folder of information. The pockets display all their accreditations and they have a consumer's guide to help you pick a contractor. I love that he gave me a copy of their contractor license, their business license, and their insurance policy. He also let me know about the charities they donate to. I'm a big fan of voting with your wallet, so I really appreciate knowing where my money ultimately goes. Lastly, I got a blank copy of their contract and arbitration agreement to look over. None of the contractors for any of our home improvement projects have done this stuff! I'm really, really hoping their estimate comes in around the same as the other two contractors. We decided to remove a window in our loft and then decorate the wall with porcelain tile. We contacted Tridel Construction and met with project manager Arsen, he gave us a full explanation of how the job would be done and what we could expect as a schedule. We got a reasonable estimate and decided to proceed with the project. Arsen worked with us to accommodate our availability, and the crew from Tridel did great work with both phases of the job. The result was very nice and a big upgrade to our loft. We were so pleased with Arsen and Tridel that we followed up with another project almost immediately, and replaced carpeting in our dining room with new stone tiles to match the existing flooring in our house. A professional group of individuals with great work ethics. Very precise and hard working. They ensure that everything is permitted and up to the latest building code before they commence any project. This may seem like a lengthy process, however, this ensures that everything will go as smooth as possible. This being construction however, it must be expected that there will be things that are beyond the control of General Contractors. This is where the proper records of everything works in favor of both the GC and the client. We contracted with Tridel for a major room addition to the house (Think 3rd bedroom, new pad and covered patio). This is a organization that operates with heart, professionalism and a commitment to quality. The process was exceptional. From the very beginning Jack explained the sequence, the timing, what would occur when and what costs would be extra. It is obvious that Tridel only takes on a predictable number of projects to maintain their own internal standards. After we first came up with the design documents, Jack and team actually proposed something different in the layout plans which was equivalent in terms of intent. Although this was very different than we had originally discussed, it turned out to be a better option and one that I had not thought of (we went with that suggestion), design service above and beyond is my point here. Be aware that this project included partial demolition, HVAC, electrical, concrete, framing, roofing and much more, Tridel is adept at all levels of work, a retrofit such as this was not a trival task. The result was incredible down to the matching of the paint. In any large scale project, there will be minor hiccups - but in this case they were few and far between. Each interaction we had, each step of the way was professional. Ongoing communication was clear, and the workers (on staff, office and subs) were all just plain fun to work with. I did have a few minor change requests ("Hey, can your guys put in new carpet for the adjoining room?", "Hey can your guys add a few doors that need replacing?") which Tridel did for a nominal extra cost. Like I said, above and beyond. Look, when you enter into a project like this, you want trust, communication and a true partner who knows what the ins and outs are. Don't hesitate, just be glad if you become a part of the 2022 and beyond portfolio of projects that Tridel takes on. Highly recommend. read more

Very good. We had the house exterior stucco and woodwork including the eaves, garage door, and front yard fencing repaired, sanded and painted, a large gate replaced, an exterior entry door replaced and a bathroom painted. A big job. Even the windows got washed. This was best Contractor I've dealt with. Everyone was honest, patient and worked hard to finish on time and get it right. Most importantly, to me, the project manager, Elena from the original meeting/estimate/contract wasn't pushy, had great suggestions, set a schedule that was followed and kept me constantly in the loop with texts, pictures and calls. Important because this was my Mother's house. The crews were great. If I spotted anything that needed changing they cheerfully adjusted so everything was right. Cleanup was great. They weren't happy until we were happy. A Good experience. I'll use them again. read more

Tridel Construction did great work on a $50k job finishing up the remodel of my home. I initially worked with Elena and Tim for the estimate and then Rob ran the project after that. What I loved about Rob and Tridel  was that they would go the extra mile when needed and not make a fuss about it. Some of the jobs required some minor additional work that was not originally discussed. Tridel simply went ahead and completed the additional work to complete the initial job. I would definitely use Rob and Tridel again in the future. Also there were a couple lose ends that needed to be completed a week after the job was scheduled to be completed. While not 100% perfect, Tridel was still very good and I appreciated Rob's honesty throughout the process. read more

Tridel Construction is very professional, responsive and does excellent work. We needed our master closets demolished as we were getting a whole new closet set up. Walls had to be cut, new drywall put up, electrical changes with texture walls and painted. Sam is great and was very helpful in the demolition process. His team of workers were excellent. They showed up promptly in the morning and did a great job on the demolition keeping things clean during the whole process. We are so impressed with the work done and the level of service provided. I was called by Tridel Construction as soon as I posted my poor review of work they did for me. They said they would look at it (you know, see if it was something WE did) and make it right. That was March. Yesterday, June 30, the last Tridel employee finished. They did replace the tile floor, but the tile floors throughout my house have been discontinued, so the bathroom has a different tile than anywhere else in the house. They also chose the grout color without asking. I'm glad the floor is fixed, it didn't feel quite safe, but it took way too long read more

What a waste of time!!! On Monday 10/12/20 they met me at my house for an estimate. I was told the estimate would take a few days, but would definitely get something by the end of the week. I called them on Friday 10/16/20 when I had not heard anything. I was told that it was almost done and I should be receiving it on Monday 10/19/20. I was out of town all week. When I got back on 10/25/20 still nothing, so I called them on 10/26/20. I asked to speak with the sales manager and left a message because he was unavailable. The receptionist called me back, and said that they had a few more questions and needed to schedule to come back out to my property. The manager couldn't even respectfully return my phone call. I finally said no thanks! If this is how the quotes go, imagine what the actual work would look like. They never once called me. I had to call them every single time. And, they just wasted 2 weeks of my time where I could have gotten an estimate from someone else and started the remodel sooner. read more

Let me start this review by simply stating that Tridel Construction is absolutely awesome. My mother-in-law was in need of converting her master bathtub to a walk-in shower. We called a number of general contractors for estimates and Tridel was the most responsive. Andy Zhukov, a Tridel Construction Project Manager, did the initial estimate. He was professional, attentive and helpful, listening to our list of "wants" for the project. After our initial appointment, Andy had the estimate completed within 24 hours. My mother-in-law decided on Tridel Construction, so Andy returned with the required paperwork and patiently explained everything to us. The project started exactly on schedule. The Tridel employees who arrived to demolish and remove the master bathtub were meticulous. They left the house spotless after they left. After removing the master bathtub, it was discovered that during the initial construction some 20+ years ago, the contractor ran the HVAC/air conditioning lines under the bathtub. Unfortunately, the lines had to be relocated before the project could continue. A. Zhukov coordinated this repair with the HVAC company Tridel contracts with. Once that was completed, the remodeling continued. Each work day, Tridel personnel arrived early. A. Zhukov was on-site everyday as was one of their field supervisors. All of Tridel's employees were a pleasure to work with. During the project, A. Zhukov had a personal matter arise and Arsen Sayyants filled in as our Project Manager. He was as efficient, polite, and responsive as A. Zhukov. Tridel finished the project in the approximated time period, not including the delay caused by the HVAC issue. The completed remodel is absolutely stunning! Tridel converted the master bathtub into a walk-in, door less shower, with tiled floors and walls, and a shampoo niche. The craftsmanship of all their employees was beyond belief. During my 60+ years on this earth, I have had the opportunity to deal with a lot of different contractors and tradesmen. I can honestly tell you that Tridel is the only general contractor I will use for any of my future projects and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
