The space was welcoming, the instructors were warm and encouraging, and the energy was pure empowerment. They met me exactly where I was--physically and emotionally--and helped me build strength I thought I'd lost forever. Slowly, class by class, I began to feel muscles I hadn't felt in years waking up again. I started standing taller, moving with more confidence, and, dare I say it, feeling powerful. At first glance the studio seems to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Once class began, she demonstrated and explained each move clearly. We had a small group so she regularly checked on each person to make sure our form was correct. This course turned out to be more challenging than I expected. It was recommended by the instructor to take a few beginners courses until you're more familiar and comfortable with using the megareformer. Overall it was a good workout, would definitely consider attending another class.

I found Nicky at Mindset Fitness, and from the very first session, the experience exceeded every expectation. I have a knee replacement, so finding a trainer who truly understands the body was incredibly important to me. Nicky is the definition of a professional--passionate, knowledgeable, and highly experienced. From the moment we met, I knew I was in great hands. He worked on my knee in ways I never knew were possible while strengthening my entire body. Beyond the workouts themselves, it was the conversations, encouragement, and education between sets that made every session valuable. After just 12 sessions, the transformation was unbelievable. I feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident than I have in a long time. I've also dealt with chronic lower back pain for years. Halfway through our time together, my back started bothering me again. When I mentioned it to Nicky, his immediate response was, "We're going to work on that today."
