I called to ask for more information about their services and they answered all of my questions without any pressure to sign up. I appreciated that they explained in advance which products they would use and gave me a realistic timeline on how quickly we'd see results. Once I signed up, they were able to send someone within a few days. Their service technician Brad showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window and he was truly courteous and professional. He told us which products he was using and how they worked, and gave us a fact sheet as well as some pre-baited traps to use if we saw more ant activity inside the home. He also removed wasp nests and even filled a small hole in the crawlspace vent on the exterior of our house, which I feel was really going above and beyond. After the service was complete, I got an email with all of the details of what was applied and where, which I think is an excellent practice. It's only been a few weeks since the first treatment, but the number of ants inside our home went down pretty quickly and lately we haven't see any at all. I do understand we may see more as the ants move through their life cycle, but I'm really pleased with the results so far.

After that other contract was over I found a pest control company the right way- I did an internet search and found a few candidates and read some reviews, and concluded that Aspen looked like the best prospect. Since then they've done a pest control service visit four times a year and I have had very little problem with any pests during that time. It's always hard to know for sure how much it's helping because you don't know how well it would be going if you didn't have the service, but it has been going well and I have always been very pleased with the professional and friendly attitude of the Aspen personnel.

What really impressed me was how far above and beyond he went. This was not a simple issue that could be addressed in a single visit. It involved opening up walls, tearing out drywall, and investigating deep into the foundation of my home. Throughout all of it, Ryan stayed engaged, thoughtful, and proactive. His depth of experience is obvious, especially when dealing with less common or more severe cases like powder post beetles. It is rare to find someone who is both this attentive and this genuinely invested in doing right by their client. After our first treatment, I'm happy to report that this place is amazing and I highly, highly, highly recommend them! When I first met Ryan, he said, and I quote, "I'm undefeated when it comes to ants." He was 100% right. We haven't seen a single ant after the first visit. AND, his products are all organic and pet-friendly which is a huge plus because I have two cats and I don't want them harmed with any dangerous fumes. We chose them because of their humane way of dealing with wildlife, which was my main concern. The awesomely-super-cool Cory came out to check on our raccoon and found she was a mom with at least one baby. She had clearly been living under our house for a while, as there were multiple nests and tons of damage. Cory gave me all my options on how he can remove her and her family, while also educating me on the ways of mama raccoons. (I was amazed to learn they are very clean animals making multiple nests as needed to maintain a clean environment for themselves and their babies.) Obviously I wanted the most humane and safe way to get rid of mama and her babies. I shared all the info Cory gave me with my husband that evening and we decided how we'd proceed. However, we didn't need to have Cory remove her, because mama raccoon took it upon herself to leave our house that night, and took her baby with her. (Clearly having Cory and my heads poke down below the entry door shining a flashlight at her in the middle of the afternoon kinda spooked her - she got the hell out and took her kit with her as soon as night fell!) Once mama raccoon and family were gone, we had the awesomely-super-cool-amazing Cory come out to assess the damage - the DAMAGE was almost $3,000! Yikes! But not to fear, our awesomely cool homeowners insurance company took care of all but $450.00 - yay! On Friday, June 16th, 2017 - the day of the repairs: Oh my gaaawd! I can not say enough about these guys! 4 (maybe 5?) guys (including the awesomely cool Cory) showed up at 9:30am and went right to work. They protected every inch of my home where they needed access: entry, hallway, master bedroom, master bathroom, master closet - ALL protected against anything icky they needed to pull out of there. They were all nice, polite and considerate. They did a great job - A GREAT JOB! We now have a completely clean, repaired, non-stinky, lovely smelling crawlspace thanks to the awesomely-super-cool team of Cory, John, Tyler, Cameron. (I think these were their names, but I might be wrong - my apologies if I forgot or misheard names - I tried to remember...) We suspected that mold may have been contributing to my health issues. Feeling quite ill, and after researching several companies, I spotted New Leaf's owner, Jordan, on a web site ad. I was impressed that he provided his number to contact. I had remembered New Leaf from our relatives, but thought we were outside their service area. Desperate to find a trustworthy company and a solution fast, I called Jordan's number. I explained our situation and his compassionate, caring response convinced me that he was a godsend. I cannot say enough good things about New Leaf. Every experience we've had with them has been above and beyond expectation. When their crew came out to remove our 30-year-old manufactured home insulation, and found it was much, much thicker than they normally encounter and the job couldn't be completed that day, their crew went out of their way to finish the job for us on a day that was not their normal work day, just because they cared about our situation. Jordan worked with us, with great patience, to problem-solve other issues we were having with our home. My health challenges necessitated me staying with friends for several weeks. New Leaf's work made it possible for me to safely move back into a cleaned and sanitized home. New Leaf's prices are completely reasonable and their service is excellent. The company was disorganized-- in one instance forgetting our scheduled week, forcing last-minute rescheduling of 18 inspections. In another sending us a "urgent" message about 6 units being scheduled for 1/21/2025 when they already inspected them on 11/21/2025. Sometimes their inspectors showed up at the wrong homes and marked them as "no-shows," charging us unjustifiable no-show fees. What made the experience unacceptable was the owner's behavior - petty, juvenile. Various examples are: despite invoices being processed promptly and checks already issued, he repeatedly pressured for immediate payment, made petty comments, demanded stop-payments and check pickups, threatened to halt inspections, and attempted to intimidate by claiming his wife was an attorney and a state judge - isn't impersonating state judge a misdemeanor? These claims were verifiably untrue and per her LinkedIn, she hasn't practiced law since 2019. Coordination issues happen. Misleading statements and juvenile conduct are a choice. We would not recommend W2W.

They fixed some damage caused by other contractors to the exterior vent cover and piping and I'm not sure our dryer has ever worked so well. Their bid was not the lowest, but during the time spent preparing the bid they really convinced me that they knew what they were doing and would not cut any corners. From what I can tell they did not. I would heartily recommend them for any dryer venting needs you might have and suspect they do as fine a job with HVAC ducting as well.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. During one of their visits, I was told there was mold under my brand new home, which was extremely concerning. Based on that claim, they refused to return to treat the pest issue until it was addressed. I then had my builder come out to inspect the situation, only to find out it was not mold at all--just paint specks. This caused unnecessary stress, delayed service, and wasted time, all based on incorrect information provided by their technician. In addition to the misinformation, the pest issues we originally hired them to handle have been ongoing and repeatedly unresolved. Despite multiple visits, the problem has not been effectively addressed. To make matters worse, they require you to sign a contract and then make it extremely difficult to get out of it--even when they are failing to provide the service you are paying for. That lack of accountability is very frustrating as a customer. Overall, the service lacked accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Today I had my initial Flush Out Treatment with Tri Guard Pest Control. They were here almost 2 full hours. They removed all the Wasp nest, Yellowjacket nest, spiderwebs from the outside of the house. Literally ALL the stuff from the windows, siding, gutters, soffits, patio covering. Then they treated to flush the bugs out. They also inspected the crawl space for rodent activity and baited. Also setting up bait boxes on the exterior of the home. They were fast, courteous and took the time to explain the process and their service. They'll be out in a month for a follow up and then quarterly maintenance there after. I highly recommend them. I met and spoke with Rico, the gentleman that set up the appointment for me. He sent 2 technicians out for the service. Angle and Adrian. I bought my home 4 years ago and have had issues with ants since I moved in. More recently now cockroaches have popped up...BLEH!! I went through 3 other pest control companies that struggled to try and rid my home of these invaders. I found TriGuard about 1 year ago and they have been fantastic. I have worked with Jordan and Katie on more than one occasion and let me tell you they are professional, friendly, diligent, punctual and most importantly they take pride in what they do. TriGuard performs quarterly maintenance, however if an issue arises inbetween treatments they are on it. TriGuard sends a technician out right away to address and treat whatever the issue may be. If you are searching for a company that goes above and beyond to make sure you and your home are taken care of I strongly suggest giving them an opportunity to assist you. Came to our door this evening and - like other reviewers have mentioned - they completely ignored the no solicitation sign. Also, like other reviews, they said they were spraying at neighbor's homes, which they probably aren't because it is just a script for their pitch. I had to get rude and say, "I would like to get back to my evening" since he wouldn't stop talking and being pushy about getting a sale. He just went on and on and on and on. He says: "well, since it's a bad time..." and gets the boyfriend's info, which I wish he hadn't given him at all because IT WASN'T A BAD TIME (and wtf for saying that, jerk). THIS GUY WAS JUST A BALLSY SALESMAN FOR INTERRUPTING OUR EVENING. Take a hike, TriGuard. If you come back, be prepared for my outright screaming at you if you ring my doorbell again. They came to my door and got me with, oh your neighbor next to you uses us and sent us to you, liars....first time they came out, he refused to spray under my house because he said he was gonna be late to the next appointment, the fuck? Then, July 1st, 2 months later, I get charged a random $168 from them, I call and she says oh you scheduled an appointment for June 30th and they sprayed at your house from 10-10:30....mam, NO I DID NOT AND NO THEY DID NOT, They NEVER came to my home. Then she told me her employees wouldn't just lie...oh wtffff they absolutely would and absolutely did, I can guarantee I was in our yard swimming with the kids that day and time, not a soul visited my home. The man who came over told me we had a terrible infestation of rats and that the attic needed to be cleaned out and re-insulated. He quoted me $10k for the clean up! But there were no rats. They didn't trap one, and the bait wasn't touched. When I finally got the guts to go into the attic myself I saw about an 8 foot square area with old rodent damage. That was it. I had already prepaid for 3 weeks of trapping and baiting, so I waited it out. On the last week they tried to roll my account into an ongoing "maintenance" billing. No thank you!
