Despite my large, clearly posted "no trespassing, no soliciting" sign, earlier this afternoon, I was visited by two men from Triguard pest control. I understand I could have chosen to not answer the door, however I have strong feelings about my property and privacy being respected and the peace of my home. When I answered the door, I asked if they had seen the large sign "No trespassing, no soliciting, private property. Enter at your own risk" sign, which is posted right over my garage door, well before you approach the front door, they claimed to not have seen it. I informed them they were trespassing, and that I was not interested in doing business with any company that did not respect my property and ignored signs. One of the two men responded with "If that's the way you live your life, I'm sorry for you." As they were leaving, my wife and children arrived home. The same man who made the comment about how I live my life told my wife they would be back next week to spray. We have pets that are very sensitive to chemicals. At best, they would get sick, and given their sensitivity, it is possible they could suffer permanent damage or die. The comment from this man was at the very least dishonest and unethical, and potentially threatening or harassment. I will be calling the local police non-emergency number to report this, though I don't expect anything to come of it, I just want it on record. I *STRONGLY* recommend NOT giving Triguard pest control your business, and if they ignored your no soliciting sign, ask you to consider reporting them. read more

You were very nice and definitely work to please the client and make sure they feel like the job was done correctly while informing me about the kind of chemicals you were using. Worst company to deal with. I have a video recording saying I wanted a one time service. Sales person agreed, made me sign something on his phone. Never mentioned it was a contract, also never got the contract emailed to me. Sent the video to the management and they did not want to cancel my contract. Also management is super rude. Sales person refused to leave the property after telling them we weren't interested. Them minutes later, while I was on my patio, they came around and tried pulling on our secure, locked gate. Again, I told him to leave. He smiled and just stood there and refused to leave. So, I came out and had to confront him and ask what business he was in and what his name was. He would only say his name was Nathan. I had to look up the logo to confirm he is associated with this business. Look at other reviews; these people appear to willfully trespass and engage in hostile sales practices. Aggressive and inappropriate sales tactics. This company will walk past two no soliciting signs, ignore two right by the door knocker, *admit* the saw them, and just smile in your face as if they're doing something ok by interrupting your dinner. There are great pest control companies that don't use these tactics and do great work and they won't be banging on your door. Keep in mind you're paying a premium with these folks to fund their aggressive marketing tactics. Here in the "Columbia Northwest" region, I have a much better "pest control" company that I found by doing research and reading reviews, not because some young kid who can't read a "No soliciting" sign knocked on my door. read more

HORRRRRIIIBBBLLLEEEEEEE. Do your due diligence and read the small print because not only do their pushy sales people steam roll you into services. Then they offer to treat between treatments but when you request them they often reply with: well, we'll be out there in a few weeks, so we'll treat then. And then when you decide to cancel they require 30 days written notice. And I just want to know why lol. Why 30 days?? Give me a legitimate answer to that. We gave them over a week. It's not like they couldn't reschedule their treatment folks to a different customer's house in a weeks time! We tried to cancel when they sent a reminder of service (and frankly we had so many spiders and hadn't seen any evidence of them being at our house, we have cameras everywhere, so we thought our service contract had ended) and we got that reminder we were like: oh, we should cancel. So we did. Then they slapped us with a $125 fee and offered to come do one more treatment LMAO... uuuhhhh, no thank you. We haven't seen your people in a long time (they said it's been 3 months but, again, we have ZERO evidence of them coming to our house at that time, and we aren't the only customers who have said this). So now we are stuck paying $125 for a service we DO NOT WANT. Because why? Because of BAD BUSINESS TACTICS. Don't do it y'all. Don't do business with them. They are a shady company, buyer beware! Read your small print. And know they do not care about customer service, they want that last little bit of money they can squeeze out of you. read more

Jaden and Jacob came for my first treatment. They were very courteloud and ask if I had questions. I did not because Calen gave me a great outline the day before of what they would do. They took only 45 minutes to spray in my crawl space and around the perimeter of my house. They dusted the eves and spread granules in my yard. At my request they sprayed around my swim spa and deck. They placed two rodent traps. Too early for any results but they will be back in a month and then every two months. read more

Nathan came to our door and knocked loudly on the glass window multiple times. My husband finally went to the door and Nathan said he was with the reelect Biden campaign. He then tried to start his sales pitch but my husband pointed out our no soliciting sign and our do not knock baby sleeping sign. After upsetting our house he went to our surroundings neighborhoods (who also have no soliciting signs up) refused to show identification and a permit for knocking. It was 9:00 at night. Everyone was putting their kids to bed. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. He also seemed as if he was on drugs. Also heads up to the company learn the soliciting laws for the areas you're sending folks out to. Refusing to show identification and your permit is trespassing. read more

He showed up as I had my garage open and damn near helped himself inside "looking for pests", after telling him multiple times I don't need help right now and that I got the info if I need services. I had to say "can I verbally say no to this soliciting" after he refused to get off my property. If I need services I will be using Aspen, because this experience was creepier than bugs. read more

My dog was just readmitted to the ER for the second time in four days. Now just imagine this is one of your children; think about that. Please do not use this company under any circumstances.
