Hands down the worst club I have ever been to. Likely will remove this comment as they remove any negative comments. Parents have lived here for two years, the only staff worth mentioning are the ones who maintain the property as it's beautiful. But a beautiful property doesn't mean much when the staff is terrible. Why is it always the managers who have the worst attitudes? I used the gym as a guest (dad has Parkinson's so I am helping my mom out, as I work remotely) for a few weeks. The woman at the front desk would not return good mornings, have a nice day, literally glared at me daily Was actually told to leave the property with a guest pass around my neck after two weeks of using the facility. If you have any intention of letting guests of yours use the facility. Think again. Go elsewhere. read more

We have lived at Trilogy at the Vineyards for 4 years. Trilogy is an age restricted community for those 55 years and older. The villages are all individually gated and all common areas are beautifully maintained. We live in the smallest of the various villages in the development. We love that vineyards and olive trees are located behind our home. Our neighbors are wonderful, so friendly, active, and young at heart. We have a large gorgeous club with a first class restaurant. Our spa and fitness center are both impressive. Pools are the quality of a 5 star resort. There are numerous clubs, something for everyone. I highly recommend experiencing the lifestyle at Trilogy at the Vineyards! read more

The place looks really nice and we had a recommendation from a couple of friends to tour it but when we went on a Saturday we were given a key to view some of the model homes on our own and after that we were told that no one was available to show us around. It was disheartening since we had driven almost an hour to get a tour and we really wanted to learn all about the amenities. It wasn't busy at all so we weren't sure why they weren't more accommodating to us, especially since we were very interested potential buyers. Their advice without apology was to refer us to their online virtual tours and to come back another time. We would have been happy with a group tour or if they offered something in 30 minutes or anything except, go online! read more

Alright Alright Alright......... My parents and I were shopping for new homes and ran into Triology of Brentwood. Being that this location is far from what I am use to (San Francisco) - I was amaze of the new homes (for 55 & over = cheap) and amenities this place offers you (spa & restaurant) all in gated community. My new husband and I recently tied the knot at this BEAUTIFUL facility in September 2012. The event coordinator Mark Valone knew his wedding stuff, he made our wedding so smooth and perfect I couldn't be any happier. He had great ideas for decor, food , walking the isle etc. His happy attitude and professionalism helped to ease my husband and I during planning. As if the venue wasn't good enough EVERYONE at the wedding ranted and raved about the in house chief's food. Weeding food in my wedding attending experience hasn't been pleasurable but my gosh I was pleased to hear all my guests opinions!!! Two thumbs up to Trilogy and Mark Valone... We held a last minute fundraising event at Trilogy At The Vineyards with 80 guest and was beyond all expectations. As many of you might already know this is the most elegant ambiance in the East County. The atmosphere is one of a secluded dessert oasis with large sliding glass walls that bring the out doors in. To match this first class facility is an incredible chief. Our event consisted of a buffet with fresh baked Salmon with fennel and cherry tomatoes in a white wine sauce that was perfectly cooked not to mention the lemon cake that was, "to die for". The service was impeccable, the food was delicious and all of this made for a perfect experience. read more

Bought our Trilogy home in July, 2015. Best move we ever made. Looked at lot quickly in 107 degree weather, quick decisions on decor, very good sales representatives. Guess we were meant to be here. Have never looked back. Very friendly neighbors, good community. Recommend highly. read more

The facilities are amazing and perfect for a party or a wedding with Mt. Diablo as the backdrop. The resort is very professionally run by a management company. Recently attended a couple of parties there and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The manager of facilities, Joel Reger, runs a well organized machine and he stays on top of the event and its staff. The grounds are amazing from an infinity pool, to a beautiful restaurant and bar that are open to the public. There is an amazing day spa and I had the best service of any spa I have ever been too. The decor is just perfect and though it is high end the entire resort is very down to earth. There are a couple of different places to have a party. There is a smaller room with an outdoor area that has a fire pit and is the perfect place for a small affair or party. I threw a 60th birthday party there and the prices were extremely reasonable. The food was great and the servers attentive. I would definitely check out this venue for a wedding or a party. Don't think I have seen anything else like it. read more

The houses are well built, the customer service is top notch, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the clubhouse and activities are excellent. Trilogy at the vineyard is lacking in some fundamental areas. They are quite restrictive with the accessible area of the property. They are deceitful with the final billing so be careful to insure the pricing is clearly written and documented. When I attempted to resolve the issues I was threatened with corporate lawyers by Joel the manager of the property. Even though they included over a thousand dollars of undisclosed charges! My interaction with most of the staff was great with the exception of Joel. The venue its self is beautiful but unfortunately some of the people running it are untruthful and fail to provide clear and concise billing. read more

I had an appointment and when we got there no one was available. We were rushed round one home then left to try and find the models ourselves. These models are not centrally located but amongst developing houses. We are handicapped and drove all the way from Dublin because we wanted a full tour of all the facilities,. We didn't get it. I was thoroughly disgusted with the way we were treated. I am a cash buyer but no one cared. I contacted them 3 times again to let them know how disappointed we are of how we were treated but no one has ever gotten back to me. Unfortunately 55 plus developments are limited and so they can treat you anyway they want. read more

Excited when we placed our deposit on our new home. Love the model and amenities connected to Trilogy community and people living there, who are friendly, helpful and outgoing. We have our rose colored glasses off. To make this home the best it could be with quality and upscale taste, we selected and paid additional, significant dollars for a number of options (i.e. French doors, recessed lights and speakers for Great Room in Costa Dorado model). We trusted the process by signing drawings which roughed in the selections and their placement in the rooms. When we noticed mistakes --- operable door of French doors on wrong side where it will bump the table against wall next to it, and lights placed in poor proximity to one another, not to mention electric plugs and wall plates in multiples placed awkwardly and separately from one another. Shea defends their designer and field manager using any and every excuse imaginable (it's code, you chose it and signed off on it, etc.). Our suggestion to others: do not sign drawings without attachments or clarity on EXACT placements of your selections, add written comments in margins, and, insist drawings/diagrams be flipped if that is way the home will be built. Leave nothing unsaid or presumed. Designer can be manipulative and less than truthful about your conversations with her. We are disappointed in the supervision and coordination of work as it relates to options added. We are crossing our fingers that when we close on this home that we will not have to go back in and do corrective work that should have been taken care of by Shea in the first place. read more
