They are trained professionals. My nails are very thin and one cracked with 2 breaking off. I didn't mine paying to get a new set of the product that they did service. I wasn't given an option before he removed the product from my nails. The rhinestones fell off my nails on my hand and toes before the week was out! I looked at my receipt and it says I was charged for a manicure and pedicure. But he did a removal and pedicure, and polished my nails. I called and spoke with the manager Lena she talks very loudly and aggressively! Which is how she sounded the day I went in. She said they don't do gel x product. An instrument with crystals helps to remove blemishes and fine lines. It removes the old cells of the skin to give a fresh look. Karlee used a cleanser, toner and moisturizers, so many I don't remember. My face felt great, and I needed it done. Aveda products she used are for sale. Then I returned for a brow tint. Karlee chose my hair color. She plucked, waxed, shaped and colored my brows using an Aveda pencil that contains wax. Therefore it is waterproof, and last four to six weeks. I really liked the results. I purchased the pencil for $24. Prices for all salon and spa services are online. Receiving a gift card was wonderful.

All the treatments at this practice are well over $100 since they are cosmetic. IMO, who walks around with cash to cover this. However, the reason I am writing this review is concerning the experience I had today. As always, when called back I was asked about the treatments I wanted. The assistant was insistent on trying to sell me additional treatments that I was not interested in and seemed confused when I repeatedly stated what I wanted done. Please note, I always do the same thing, brow furrow and crows feet. I am not exaggerating when she repeatedly stated that I wanted two other areas for neurotoxin treatment that I did not want (forehead and lower face). I corrected her multiple times and it struck me odd as I always do the same thing. I was stunned when Dr. Tish came in and injected my forehead (her habit is to come in and inject without verifying the areas). I stopped her from proceeding. Please understand, my forehead doesn't need help, but my eyes and furrow do. As you all know, the neurotoxins are extremely expensive and she wasted my money injecting an area that I didn't want injected. And as a result, less was left for the areas that I wanted targeted. I assumed she would apologize for the mistake and then correct the error. No, she did not. I am extremely dissatisfied with the results as I didn't get the full service that I paid for and she didn't offer to remedy the situation. I will never go there again and you are a fool if you trust your face to her. Lastly, any Doctor that is doing a procedure should, out of due diligence, confirm with the patient the procedure. She never has done that and in my mind, it is lazy and borderline malpractice.
