One of my favorite wineries in Napa Valley! I've been here a handful of times throughout the years, and TNV never fails to wow. VIEW: In my opinion, this is one of the best views in Napa. Up on the hill, you get to look out at the vineyards and feel transported. WINES: Single-vineyard cabs. Crisp chardonnay. Thoughtful blends made by expert winemakers. Can't go wrong! TOUR: I love their tour - getting to see the grounds and the cave is such a great experience. TASTING: Though not cheap, these are high-quality wines that really represent Napa's specialties. SERVICE: Simply incredible. Each time, our wine educator on our tour or tasting is the perfect mix of hospitality, sharing information, conversation, and catering to our interests. FOOD: We've had charcuterie boards and food here a few times, and it knocks our socks off each time. Again, not a cheap venture but well worth it!

I've always wanted to visit Trinchero. We finally had the opportunity to visit the winery and have a fantastic lunch and tour with Brandon. I still can't believe how awesome this place is -- from the stunning grounds to the incredible hospitality. Everyone was so gracious and it was one of the finest 2 hours I've spent at a winery in Napa, ever!! Brandon took care of us for 2 hours and it was such a treat. We were invited to lunch and tour in a separate building from the main tasting room. We were able to watch the chef prepare lunch with some nice sips from the Quattro Theory label (owned by Trinchero) including the Chardonnay and the Cabernet Sauvignon. Fantastic , enjoyable wines by winemaker Landon Donley. We were then given a tour of the caves where they store a huge library of very old wines including some of the Sutter Home label brands (how they started) that were older than my age......a lot of fun. We finally made it up to the tasting room where we sampled some of the Trinchero brands including "Traces of Manhattan" - a signature red blend. Unfortunately, we were a bit short on time and had another appointment, but we were blown away by the hospitality of the staff. I can't wait to head back some other time when we visit Napa next time. Big thumbs up! Be sure to ask for Brandon to be your host!

Amazing winery with a beautiful location and buildings to match! All of the staff at the winery was top notch. We were taken care from the moment we stepped on the premises. The wines were fantastic, I highly recommend the Mario Cabs for a big bold red, and the Sauvignon Blanc for something light. The tastings were incredible and we got to try some nice verticals and vintages to see where the wine will be when you age it. Can't wait to come back!

Wow! Best experience ever! Wine educator Brandon was so knowledgeable and hospitable. He selected a unique grouping of wines for us to taste. I would recommend a visit to Trinchero!

Not sure what happened this time with the wine. I think after the good wines we had from Caymus before coming here, it didn't do this place justice? A lot of the red wines were tannic and not smooth. I remember it being smoother the first time I was here. But that was about 2 years ago. But this time, they had complimentary cheese plate with the seated tasting. When it was covid, it wasn't offered. Cheese plate was delicious! We chose to sit outdoors and there's heaters hanged on the ceiling. There's both indoor and outdoor seatings. Everyone was sitting indoors but there's still a couple of tables left. Our friend is a member here so she made reservations for us for Saturday at 3pm. Our tasting was free. We liked the white wines better than the reds. They only offer red wines (all cabernets) on the tasting menu this time. But we got to try 2 chardonnays (one oaked and one unoaked) and 1 sauvignon blanc afterwards. Service was really good here. Nice staffs. I'm hoping next time the red wines are better.

    The cheese platter! SO good

Stumbled in this place just in time. Although they had already technically stopped doing tasting for the day, they were still able to accommodate us for an express tasting - which was still filled with a number of incredible wines. We came in around 4pm and had a wedding to be at down the road at 5pm so timing actually ended up working out perfect. The only food they have to order is a cheese plate but boy does it not disappoint. We even ended up ordering another one after we finished the first! The whole location and surrounding is also beautiful and we truly enjoyed each and every wine we tried. It ended upcoming out to ~$190 for our 2 cheese platters and tasting for my husband and I so wasn't cheap but was definitely worth it :)

This winery was so much fun to visit. The interior design on the place was very interesting all throughout the property. Our wine educator made our trip so special. Joanna was so informative and told us all about the history of the winery with so much enthusiasm. She answered all of our (maybe dumb) questions about wine and had a lot to tell us. This was such an amazing visit!

Loved the wines here. Great atmosphere! Tasting includes a cheese platter which was much appreciated. Almost joined the club ! I'll be back !

We had the best experience today at this winery! The wines were spectacular and they were paired with the most delicious cheeses.

Best cabs in Napa Valley! The customer service was outstanding! They have a couple chardonnay's and a Sauvignon blanc that is also great and reasonably priced.

Hey Dear Reader! It's between rainy days so I have headed to...Napa! You don't look surprised! Lol Let's just say Napa is second home territory to me. Soooo if I'm giving a 5 Star review, it's so deserved. What a stunner of a winery! We've been sent here by sister winery Napa Cellars (fun and wonderful) in search of some older wines. Maybe even some Library wines. On our arrival Angie is expecting me and my honey. Kevin Depina has called ahead for us. Angie pours us a 2012 Cab Sav and we begin our stroll of the most fastidious winery I've ever seen! (See pics). The barrel room is pure perfume, mossy, wet, wine, and French toasted oak barrels. I want to live here. Absolutely heady. The 2012 I'm sipping is aging up so nicely. I'm just so glad to try anything that's not 2016 (everywhere in Napa). On our return we tried a 2008 Cab Sav. Oh Lordy. So good! Then a Malbec, a Syrah and another Cab. Everything was smooth and bold and layered. So then... We signed up for their wine club. I need this beautiful wine in my life. #livingmybestlife #youshouldtoo #behappywithme #grapesofjoy

Truly a luxury experience! Trinchero has some of the best wine I've ever tasted! It's beautiful vineyards and tasting room in St. Helena will make a lasting impression! Whether you're in Napa for a visit or looking to become a member at a top-notch winery, I strongly recommend Trinchero! I've been going to Trinchero since the beginning of 2018 and have been a member since the autumn of 2019. Every single visit I've had has been excellent! Right down to the last detail, Trinchero has you covered. It's clear this winery is about quality wine and service. The wines are all excellent! I haven't had a pour at Trinchero that I didn't like. Personally, I'm a very big fan of their Petit Verdot. It's rare to find a 100% Petit Verdot wine and Trinchero's is delicious. It's unique but subtle favors definitely make a lasting impression. If you're looking for a more mainstream red, their Cabernets and Malbecs are also excellent. Because Trinchero's wines are single vineyard, I recommend trying some of the same varietals from different vineyards back-to-back to see the difference the terrior makes. The staff at Trinchero are phenomenal! Everyone on the staff is well educated about wine and the specific wines that Trinchero produces. They will give you very interesting information about what goes into the wine you're drinking. Again all of the staff are awesome, and Anne and Adriana in particular have been really great! The tasting room and surrounding buildings at Trinchero are all very modern and beautiful! The interior of the tasting room looks like it came right out of a Restoration Hardware catalog! It's a perfect place to go and spend a relaxing few hours looking over the vineyards. If you're in Napa a few times a year and really appreciate quality wine, I strongly recommend that you consider joining Trinchero's Legacy Club. I've gotten so much out of my membership! Members are given access to the members-only tasting area. You can bring up to four in for free tastings, no limit to the number you schedule per year. These tastings include an incredible cheese and charcuterie spread. Everyone I've brought up has been so impressed with the quality and generosity of the tasting. You can also schedule wine and food pairings. I recently tried this for the first time and was blown away by the quality of the food and just how well the food paired with the selected wines. The benefits that membership comes with are so well worth it! You haven't done Napa until you've been to Trinchero! Next time you're up there, be sure to stop by!

Lovely upscale winery! Great place to celebrate a small get together, not good for big groups. Decided to go with the wine tastings for five wines which was good. Found one or two that were very good. Also enjoyed the depth of knowledge from our sommelier. The menu and options were a little hard to navigate through.

And if you like wine and picknicks under the trees it's a total win, win win. We have been here multiple times over the years. This was our first time actually doing a tasting. Andrea stuck with the rose's and white's and I stayed with the red's. Our host was Lucas and he did a fantastic job handling us and multiple patrons at the same time. I could never do this job even though I love wine and can be mediocrely knowledgeable about it to most tourist, but I don't like people and am not into idle chit chat to entertain the peeps. The wine they make you can only buy at the winery and most of it is good and a few bottles are really good. For the tasting you pick 5 from a much larger list and with all tastings at pretty much all wineries we have been to there are always extra splashes of a few other wines as well, typically with the verbage along the lines of, "This one was opened by accident so may as well pour it" or "The new guy thought it was on the list today", or "We just found these in the back and thought it would be a treat". Funny how the extra pours always seem to be on sale by the bottle, Today Only!!! Need to get that FOMO in. Speaking of by the bottle. After the tasting we grabbed a bottle of champs and headed over to the deli for a baguette, cheese and some grapes and onward to the grass. I was eyeballing some tasty looking prosciutto, salami and other assorted meat goodies but opted out since I would be the only one devouring them. Pro tip....if going to buy a bottle for an onsite bring your own wine glasses to avoid the small plastice tumblers. We usually carry double walled stemless aluminum champs and wine glasses with us if not for picknicking for use in hotel rooms and by the hot tub. The picknick grounds are nice with plenty of tables or throw a blanket on the ground. A very nice experience overall!!! Also, "Certified DoggieBear Paw Print of Approval"

There were five of us in our group and none of us had been wine tasting, ever and 3 of us are over 60. The grounds are beautiful and very clean! While we were paying for our package, we were informed that we would be given some extras like more red wines to taste that didn't count toward our 5 wines along with some handmade chocolates. While it was a little warm out, we decided that we wanted to sit outside as we knew our group could get loud. Thankfully, the patio area was lined with misters We were also thankful that Tuesdays aren't a super busy day! Adam was our sommelier, I had to look this up. Adam chatted with us a little to find out what each of us was looking forward to in our wines. I won't bore you with which wines we tried as they are all very good. While the usual time for group like ours should have taken about 60 minutes, we were there closer to 2 hours. Adam helped us with so many delicious wines, taking time to explain what this wine would pair well with, etc. Something that I discovered that I actually do like a good red wine. I guess the red wines that I tried years prior were not so good. We all ended up purchasing several bottles of the wines that we had tried. When we were leaving, there was a gift store with more of the delicious handmade chocolates that we had tried on the patio. There was only the two piece size available but Adam was able to speak with a manager getting as a great deal as the 5 piece box was available. He worked it out so I was able to purchase 3 boxes of the 2 pieces boxes for the same price as the 5 piece box. I had planned on giving these as gifts so it worked wonderfully for me. If you are looking for a great place to go wine tasting, I highly encourage you to try this winery! Great service and goes out of their way to make your day!

I am a white wine connoisseur because of my dietary restrictions with most ingredients in red wines, especially cherries and plum, that trigger my stomach pain and headaches. Our server Jokayla was so gracious with us and helped us clean up. She was also very accommodating with everyone's taste preferences and offered customized recommendations for us.
