I purchased a 2002 Lexus SC that had a couple of scratches or you might call them marks on the paint that annoyed me tremendously. I knew when I bought the car that the paint could all be fixed. I couldn't be happier with bringing my car here. The end result and the customer service I received from Armando and his guys could not have provided me with a better experience. They must have one of the best painless dent removal guys around. I was devastated when my fiancé's favorite 5-star hotel (won't mention where) somehow put a couple of dents in my car while they had it for two days. I wanted to let their recommended shop fix it so that if I wasn't 100% satisfied I'd have them do it again. This was Trini's! This car is a rare mint condition 2003 BMW 540i M-package that I really hate to put in anyone else's hands "valet's" and after this, I never will. Trini's was able to get the two dents out without needing to paint it. It honestly now looks as if it never happened... I was blown away. The area behind the rear quarter panel that this dent removal guy was working with was very tight... he clearly has a ton of experience and is very good at what he does. I definitely thought from my experience, what everyone else I knew was telling me, even what another body and paint shop told me... it would need to be painted... trunk and quarter panel blended... and that brings lots of worry about paint color matching/end result finish matching...
