He is always busy, it may take you a month to get an appointment, but the work will be worth it. A word of advice, if he's telling you to replace something, LISTEN. He warned me to get a new torque converter, I said reuse the old one. The torque converter failed less than 1200 miles later. He also does diesels and general repair.
