I needed urgent service on two broken springs, on a Sunday afternoon of all days. Adam was quick to respond and gave me two options for service to be performed. 5pm the next day, or today by 9pm since one of his technicians was available in the area. Trinity staff was very responsive to our mom's garage door needs. The 1st star was for answering their phone (unlike some of their counterparts). The repair tech came out within a 2-hr appt span made with our mom. They also called my husband (so that he could be there with our mom). The 2 star was for the repair tech who was very honest & informed us that the garage door did not need to be adjusted as we originally thought. The 3rd star was for the suggestion made by the repair tech for a push button keypad which is so much easier for our mom to use. 4th star was for the repair tech who could have done repairs that were not necessary but he didn't. 5th star is for recommendations to future customers and future personal garage door repairs. The 2 reasons why this is a 4- rather than 5-star review is the price was high, $454 for the opener and installation, and we also weren't able to discuss whether a repair was possible instead of a full replacement. If you're looking for a garage door repair service look no further. One of the springs on my garage door broke and I needed it repaired ASAP. Called TRINITY OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY and explained my situation. Adam told me the cost and that he could be at my house within an hour. He was at my house within the said hour. Not only did Adam repaired/replaced the springs, he even went above and beyond the replacement. He pretty much did an "overhaul" to my garage door. First off Adam was the only one to answer his phone this morning, which led to him coming over to repair my falling off the track garage door. He mentioned his truck was being repaired and he would be over asap. An hour later he called and said his truck was still down, but he would grab his other vehicle and head over. Being so he didn't have a ladder or many tools, but he got right to work and even made some more adjustments to my door, which was installed incorrectly by another company. I'm unable to give a review on the work they do but I had spoke with Adam about having my garage door replaced and sent him pictures of my old door. He gave me a quote over the phone and after getting other estimates I decided to go with him. Even though his quote was 200 more. I was willing to go with a company that's located near me. I texted him to let him know that price was right and I wanted to go with him. He told me he would need to come and measure. That was the last time I heard from him. He must not need the business. He tightened all the door bolts, made all door adjustments, replaced the broken spring, restrung the cables and lubricated rollers and chains. If I was able to, I'd leave them 0 stars. After reading all these 5 stars reviews, I decided to call this company. I called Saturday, spoke to Adam and had an appointment set for Monday 8-10am, 11:30 rolls around no call no show. So I leave the house because I had to pick up my daughter at 11:50. Finally at 12:30pm I get a call from Antonio, the installer saying that he missed my appointment and ask to give him a call so he can come service my door. It's pretty obvious that he forgot the appointment. I didn't even get an apology for wasting half of my day and for being so unprofessional. Needless to say I can not comment on the work since it never happened but call at your own risk since they are unreliable and an unprofessional company. read more

Sloppy, messy, don't care attitude hot temper describes them pretty well. They don't own a broom so be prepared to clean up their mess. Not very professional at all. The owner comes out first in his nice looking truck to give estimate. Then comes the two Mexicans speaking broken English in their beat up old pick up to do the lousy install. Used claw hammers to knock out Sheetrock where brackets were installed and then hammer and screw driver to chisel out Sheetrock all along the top of the two car garage door because the new door wouldn't close, and didn't clean up the mess until I had to say something when they were leaving, then cleaned up half assed. Other companies have much higher standards. Owner will stick up for his employees that can't do anything wrong. Price was no big savings. read more
