The classic is not only a scalp massage, but they also do your arms, neck and shoulders. The pressure was just right and I liked how they moved onto the face with guasha and a mask. The end of the appt is the shampoo and drying. It was very relaxing after a long weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice ~ we received a bag as a gift after our service. This was my first time trying a hair/scalp massage, and I highly recommend Trinity Paradise! The studio is decorated very nicely, and everything felt clean, warm, and inviting. Myself and two friends did the VIP package. I liked that they opened the curtains so it felt like we could enjoy the experience together. The service starts with changing into a towel for your top half, and keeping your pants on. I would recommend wearing comfy loose pants if you get a package with the foot massage! The massage was beyond relaxing. I do wish there had been a little more pressure, at times it felt more like a gentle lotion application, but I understand that everyone has a personal preference, and next time I will request more pressure. The scalp wash and massage was fantastic! Even after a full day of work, my hair still feels fantastic. As soon as we walked in we were greeted so kindly to check in, we were a bit early so we sat in the reception area which had a calm and pretty atmosphere. When it was our turn we were assigned to our massage therapist, I had a very good experience and felt so relaxed, I have rosacea and was afraid my face may flare up but it didn't, so I know they have products that are neutral and do not harm the skin, this is a plus for me. read more

We walked in and it was so peaceful and soft music was playing in the background. I was definitely looking forward to an hour of relaxation. I was assigned to Amy and she was great from the get go. She took her time and made me feel comfortable. I apologized in advance for falling asleep and snoring. The whole experience was great. Sooooo I knew I wanted to get a hair wash on my 28 hour trip to LA. I had a really hard time booking some of the more popular places, so I'm so glad we finally were able to find a place that had available appointments day of. My friend and I went for the classic head spa service. For $70 and an hour of bliss, I thought it was great! This place is located in a little strip mall and so there was plenty of parking. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately by the friendly staff and ushered into our little massage areas. We were given a little cape thing to wear so that they could massage our shoulders and we placed our shirts and undergarments in a little side box along with our bags. The massage was nice and I liked that they massaged my arms even though it's a head spa. I couldn't really tell what was being done to my hair, but it was washed and my head, neck and ears were massaged. After, we dressed and were walked over to the chairs where the same lady blow dried my hair. Overall it was a relaxing and wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice and I left feeling relaxed and clean. And my hair felt soft. It was great! read more

This is regarding their gift certificate system, not the actually service. . I went in there to purchase a gift certificate for my sisters birthday on February 16th. My sister didn't end up using the gift certificate until about July and by that time I had lost the receipt. When she showed up she got her head massage and went to pay with the gift card that I had given her and they told her that that card was already used some time in January. Mind you I purchased it in February. They obviously made her pay and I lost my money. So they gave me a used card. I called and they said basically there's nothing they can do because the card says it doesn't have a balance. And they have no record. Hence I don't recommend getting any gift certificates if you go pay at the time of service. read more

Prices on service packages are more reasonable than other Spa. Spa beds clean and each beds had curtains for privacy. The lady that worked on me did a decent spa massage. Can pay with card, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. CONS: The online reservation system is bad. I made an appointment online and it sent me messages saying I was rescheduled twice by Trinity Spa, so I called during the business hours twice and I was sent to voicemail. They use over the counter shampoo like Pantene. I gave a $25.00 (25%) tip for the $90. Package to the lady who worked on me, and she appeared to be not happy with that 25% tip. She was like :-( Also, other patrons who were there was talking very loudly and loud blow dryers right in front of the spa beds, you cannot relax in peace during the time there. They lightly dry your hair. The lady who dry my hair used the next table hair brush, to be honest I was concerned about the hygiene of using the same brush repeatedly on multiple customers. After she used that brush on my hair, she cleaned out my hair from the brush and placed it back on the table next to us. Also, if you pay with card there is a $3.00 charge. The shopping center is a bit sketchy. Conclusion: I am indecisive if I will return, maybe with a different spa lady and I will call in to reserve a spa bed and the spa price packages are more reasonable than other Spas. read more
