I just threw my bridal shower with 24 total girls and everything was perfect! I found Trinity Paradise Spa within a month of them opening and from the very start, Trini and her team were such a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating, quick to respond, and just so easy to coordinate with. They closed the spa for the entirety of our event to ensure privacy. With 24 Classic Headspas back to back, everything ran so smoothly. They let us bring all the decor, food, and (non-alcoholic) beverages, as well as rearrange furniture in the lobby to how we see fit - although I have to say, their girly vibe and decor was already so fitting for a bridal shower we didn't have to do much. And to top it all off, Trini also gifted every one of us the cutest goody bags (see in my photos)! It was such a sweet gesture and the girls loved them. The headspa was an absolute treat! Those 60 minutes were pure bliss. All the girls came out feeling much more refreshed and relaxed. Our hair felt healthy and so soft and our skin glowy, bright, and smooth. I was trying so hard not to fall asleep because I wanted to savor every minute! One of the girls even booked a Premium Headspa immediately after. Came here for the first time with my friend and our daughters. We chose the VIP service and also got the foot mask as an added extra. As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile. Very nice, provide you with all the information. Once you are roomed which are divided by curtains you get comfy and they start your session they they ask if you want to open your curtains so who ever you are with can basically seemed like you are in one room. I requested the VIP service and it was worth every penny. Cindy was my aesthetician and she was professional, thorough, and friendly. Booked a classic with an added hair treatment for a party of 5 and everything went so smoothly! Everyone who was attending to us was so sweet and accommodating. The actual service was very relaxing and honestly so worth it because other places we were looking at cost a lot more but Trinity Paradise Spa was more affordable but offered everything we were hoping for. Our hair was so soft after the treatment too! I have a sensitive scalp and none of the products they used irritated or caused any flare ups so HUUUGE bonus! I initially came for a basic package but Cindy was doing such a wonderful job that I decided to upgrade mine to the 95mins one. I'd say she's highly skilled in what she does. Her hands beautifully relieved the unpleasant tightness on my neck/shoulders & she did use a lot of strength in targeting the right spots. They also give you a warm bean bag to place on your belly so I'd suggest using the bathroom beforehand to make your relaxing journey more comfortable. When she massaged my feet, I could feel them saying goodbye to all previous tension. She was also sincere & attentive throughout my whole session. Hailey took great care of me and was very meticulous with all the massage and treatments. Everything was great and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or like I wasn't relaxed. We did the VIP package and the service was wonderful and so relaxing! From the scalp massage, to the facial, and the shoulders massage too! They even did a foot massage which was great and different than other head spas! Side note the only thing we suggested to the manager was to maybe lower the bass of the music for the place because it was quite loud and makes it a little harder to feel truly relaxing.
