As someone who performs a lot of work on my own house, I'm very selective in who works on my home. For starters, our San Jose home was built in 1904 and was years overdue to have a new roof put on. Tony was responsive, thorough, respectful and paid attention to every detail. He explained materials in a way that allowed us to make the best choice. Not only that, they were the most affordable company by far and the work they performed was best-in-class. His family-run company was also the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They tore off 2 old layers of shingles, replaced anything that had dry rot, got into the attic and reinforced sections that were sagging, installed heat-reflective underlayment and shingles and even re-painted sections of the roof. They even got into the attic and cleaned up any material that dropped through, something other contractors said they wouldn't do. I can't say enough good things about this company and crew.
