This was a preferred installer in the area. The car was fully functioning upon arrival. A two day service. During the process, the owner that serviced the car damaged the electrical system in the vehicle. The car sat untouched for 4 weeks until my son pushed to get a resolution. At this point Central KY Auto Glass provided us a quote from Broadway Automall to repair the car. The owner who damaged the car said that the ignition vendor or we had to pay this repair because it was not his fault otherwise it would continue to sit unrepaired. At this point, it was evident that the owner was not going to take responsibility for his actions. We decided to relocate the vehicle to a competent service center. We emailed the owner that we were picking up the car and asked him to have it ready. The owner did nothing to prepare or aid in this pickup and actually made it more difficult. He would not speak to us when we arrived. I had to call the police to get them to release my car. Then I had to go to Broadway Automall to find, load, and trailer my car that was not in running condition. The car was completely torn apart with parts everywhere. It was repaired by an alternate service center of my choice. There were parts missing so I had to go to a junk yard to complete. Car is fully operational now. No thanks to Central KY Auto Glass. I contacted the owner to try to arrange reimbursement. He said it was not his problem and he hung up on me. Small claims, here we come! AVOID THIS EXPERIENCE!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Best in town and significantly cheaper than the big name guys. This time I brought in a rear windshield that was an after market piece, but it has a manual window on it which is why I wanted it. They installed it quickly and it was a flawless install. It's set perfect and there are no leaks after waiting 72 hours to dry then two trips to the carwash and a hose test, I water boarded the heck out of that window, no leaks anywhere and I tried to find even the littlest of one. Super happy I got the window and got the Rite people to install it. If you need auto glass work Rite Way will come to you or you can go to the shop, they will get you taken care of quicker than and considerably cheaper than the big national company even if they have to come to you. Just call Rite Way you won't regret it.

Before I could complete that process a gentleman was taking the car back. I picked the vehicle up later and they did a fantastic job. Just a few bubbles that's to be expected. The car looked amazing and we're happy so far. I looked for recent reviews of places and there weren't many from most businesses. So I decided to write one, hope this helps. I knew I'd need to have it fixed prior to getting back on the road so I checked around with several different companies who gave me a quote that seemed pretty high. Later on, I happened to stumble across this company listing and called after business hours to leave a message. To my surprise, they answered the phone and were more than willing to talk with me. I gave them my predicament and was told they would give me a call back shortly. After about 30 minutes I received a call back with the quote which was about $100 less than the other 2 companies so we scheduled an appointment for the following day. The owner, Tobin, informed us that they were new to the area but had been doing glass repair for years, arrived to the house 10 minutes early and was super polite and respectful. He gave us clear expectations from beginning to end and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. We couldn't be happier with the work and they took a very inconvenient situation and made it go as smoothly as possible.
