I have no intention of supporting this business in the future. I have eaten here a few times but the level of disrespect was enough for me not to spend another dollar here. When I walked in around 9pm, there was 3 other patrons in this establishment. 2 people had been helped already and was waiting on their order. The was another guy at the counter waiting to be acknowledged to pick up an order. After everyone was helped and had already left, they literally ignored my presence as if I wasn't standing there. After waiting a few more minutes and them looking at me a few times, I had to ask if I could pick up my online order to get their attention. Terrible!!! I spent over $40 on my order, I will not support your lack of customer service. A bit of advice to this establishment...Do better!!! Food is excellent wanted to give it a 5 but their Customer Service is horrible. Dining in we spent over $60 on various dishes and they had major attitude getting utensils and napkins. Had to get up and ask for condiments and to get a tub of ketchup for for a orders of fries was ridiculous. Had to get up at least 5 times for a straw and even ranch for some wings. Don't fall for their Facebook! They offer coupon through Facebook just to lure you there to then tell you that they will not honor it ! I have even tried to message back on Facebook, so they knew internally that it isn't right but it's hard to simply contact them. BEWARE! I have told the employee and now have left them this message on Facebook and now here hoping they will not screw anyone else over. You do understand when giving coupons or quoting a price you have to honor it ? I'm very disappointed to have driven an hour to go to your location and invite my friend to use your coupon and to be told you don't honor it anymore. Tried this place last night and it was delicious, it's closer to home and I liked it better than hiccups. The place was clean and very spacious, we arrived at about 8pm and the parking lot was completely available since the restaurant was the only business open in the shopping center at this time. I and my friend stopped by for boba and smoothie after Pho lunch. I ordered Coconut milk tea with boba and my friend ordered Ube smoothie. It was ok and nothing too special about this place. They decorate their shop like Hiccups and draw wings on wall to try to attract Instagram people but not so pretty to me. Bathroom was messy and I went there to wash my hands but I don't want to use it. The guy at casher has no smile at all and no apology when he makes a mistake about my order and some of them don't even speak English. This place was close to my Airbnb. We got fried rice for lunch and it was really good. One of the best fried rice I have had in a long time. My bf got one of their noodle dish and he was satisfied. It was a fast order too, it took them about 15 minutes to finish cooking our food. I wished we could've stayed inside to eat as the dining area is really cute. This place is truly a hidden gem. My first and last time coming here.The place is very nice from inside and out. My husband got the noodle soup and he said it was the worst soup ever. He didn't even finish it. The soup was bland and the noodles were sticky.. We ordered spring rolls and they smelled sour. The popcorn chicken was hot but the chicken didn't look fresh if it makes sense. I was very excited to come here because of social media pictures but I was beyond disappointed. I would not recommend this place at all. This is my first time here. The price seems decent for a boba spot. I ordered a Taro Milk Tea and my boyfriend ordered a Thai Tea Milk Tea and both didn't taste good. The flavor tasted very artificial, it could be improved. Although I didn't enjoy the taste of the drink, I liked their boba. The boba was perfect, not too hard or not too soft. Maybe next time I come I can try a different drink and maybe try out a couple of their food options. The overall place is actually nice, it's very inviting and looks appealing. I finally got to try this place today and it was so good! Definitely exceeded my expectations! The employee was very helpful when I asked about certain items on the menu. I tried the shaken beef with garlic noodles and it was just perfect. I've been to a lot of places and have tried a lot of different kinds of shaken beef (all very good), and I am so glad to say that this place is just as good as every other place I've been too. Sometimes the beef can get chewy if it's over cooked but this place cooks it to perfection, the meat is tender and soft, it's super easy to eat. I also like how they give you the option of choosing to have it with rice or garlic noodles. TRY THE GARLIC NOODLES EVERYONE! I've always had it with rice but wanted to switch it up today, the noodles could've been a bit more seasoned (I didn't really taste or get the hint of garlic) but it was still delicious. I do not recommend this business. The food is over priced, and the quality of the food is not good. We ordered 2 of the five piece chicken and fries and we ordered two of the fried chicken rice: We ordered shakes. We asked for a diet Coke and we asked for water. They brought us a Diet Coke in a can and we had a shake that was water down. Our water came in Styrofoam cups, and when we asked for refills on the water, we brought three more Styrofoam cups that the lady poured into the cups we already had. One of the orders of the five piece wing and fries was completely wrong. I asked to speak to a manager or to see what was going on. They told me that there was no manager. The manager was on vacation and all they wanted to do was take off a small portion of the bill, not even addressing the raw chicken issue. I showed him my food. He said the chef made a mistake and maybe he cook to many pieces together and we were the only ones in the restaurant. They begain talking about the situation in their language I still had to pay for my bill. It was just discounted. It took 10 mins of them talking to each other before they broughtt us out the bill. Popcorn chicken like any other boba shop popcorn chicken but something different I tried was their fried fish. Fish was meh. Wonton soup I would pass. Garlic noodles with chicken reminded me of Chinese chow mein with overcooked chicken. Sprinkled on top was some garlic powder. However their portions were worth the price I suppose. This spot is a hidden gem and local to me....I went on a Sunday evening actually headed to the Pho spot in the same parking lot, only to find out they were closing at 6pm because it was Sunday. I'm glad it worked out that way because I don't think I would've tried this spot. I had the Tom Kha combo soup and popcorn chicken. The Tom Kha was prepared well with great balance of spice and the Chicken, beef, and shrimp was fresh tasting and on point. The soup was enough for two people and served hot.The popcorn chicken I asked for spicy and it was just that and the price was great for both items. Washed all of my meal down with a tropical tea that wasn't overly sweet but just right. Overall my experience was a 5/5. If you like Asian fusion, this is the spot to hit for sure.
