After looking through the pictures and menu, I was able to decide on: 1. Popcorn chicken appetizer-crispy, meaty, juicy pop-able chicken bites 2. Shrimp garlic noodles - Yummy garlicky goodness with decent sized shrimp 3. Pad See Ewe Chicken - I love Pad See Ewe, can't go too wrong with this. Overall, my experience here was pleasant. The popcorn chicken was not crunchy or crispy. It was hard to bite and no meat. My gum hurts from chewing. The fries were thick, burnt, and hard. And salty. And no garlic with the fries. And they took a long time to bring me this order. And I had already finished my other other, which was garlic noodles and shaken beef, which I felt tasted better elsewhere. I ordered: -Teriyaki Chicken with steamed rice, the sauce was very sweet. Just stumbled across Triple T and so far, so good ! Got the sunset drink in medium, and the presentation is ON POINT. Very pretty with three different layers and comes with rainbow jelly. Very refreshing and not to overly sweet, except the bottom due to the jelly. Boyfriend got the thai tea with boba in medium. He didn't really care for the boba because it wasn't as chewy but more on the harder side. Maybe his batch wasn't well prepared. Overall good place to come to get a drink. Don't bother coming here. I came here the other night and had high hopes of having something good to eat and something even better to drink. I had just come from an event at CSUDH. The restaurant had 2 parties of 4 there, sitting at different tables across the restaurant from one another. It wasn't busy at all. They already had their food and their drinks. Things on the menu looked pretty good. I was willing to try 5-7 items along with the rest of our party. I grabbed a menu and sat down at a table across from the angel wings mural painted on their wall nearest the entrance. We looked over the menu for at least 30+ minutes. Not once did someone come up to us to ask if we wanted to order anything or to let us know that we needed to place our order at the cashier's station first and then they'd bring us our order. We were kinda sitting there looking clueless but also discussing what we'd like to eat and share with the rest of our group. I asked a few people sitting next to us if their drinks were good and what they'd ordered. They said, "eh." Hmm. That wasn't real reassuring. I asked another few people if they liked their drinks and one person said they didn't and that Triple-T didn't know how to make the mango with chamoy drinks at all. NOPE!!! Once our other friends arrived at the restaurant, we walked right out. Nobody seemed to care or notice that we had been sitting there, that we were leaving, that we were upset about not having been greeted, waited on, or anything like that. Geeeezzz!! Oh and let me not forget to mention how terrible their restrooms are. I don't know if that's a big deal for anyone else but the restrooms say a lot to me. I feel like it's a reflection of how they take care or don't take care of their restaurant as a whole, the kitchen, their staff, how they care about cleanliness, etc. There were 2 restrooms. One of them was in horrible shape. The sink was flooding. The toilet was filthy. The trash can was over filled. In the other restroom, the trashcan was over filled, there was no toilet paper at all. The paper towel dispenser was empty and there wasn't a replacement at all. There was literally nothing good about either of the restrooms. And considering there was a pregnant woman in our group. I was glad that we'd left too because she would have been subject to those horrible restroom conditions. That would have grossed me out too, pregnant or not. It would have had me running out of there in a split second. It was gross. I will NOT be coming back here. It's just too bad that the photos look so great but their service is shit! I've come to read all kinds of different reviews on this spot and it's funny to me how someone may complain about the food and what not and the owner doesn't do anything but make excuses about their having a tough time with contractors that they are working with. Hmm. That has NOTHING to do with the quality of the food or the service. Management, you need to step it up and DEMONSTRATE to your staff what good service is. Don't just tell. Do! Your issues with the contractor have nothing to do with food, the lack of service, the condition of your restrooms, etc. Apologize to your guests who are disappointed with their experience and invite guests to come back and try your spot again so that they can leave with a much better taste in their mouths. Now I know why so many more people say that their food isn't too good. It's the over all bitter taste in your mouth that you get from not getting service, visiting restrooms where you'd almost be better off wiping your @$$ with your bare hands because there isn't anything else functional in there. I can't tell you how upsetting it was to come here and have the experience that I did. HORRIBLE I'm almost glad that I didn't have anything from here after seeing the restroom. And really, after waiting 30+ minutes and not a single person here saying a word to me. . . OVER IT! This is BS! read more

This is a hidden gem! It's right behind another fave restaurant-- Pancake house. We saw the great pictures online of garlic noodles, fried rice, soups and colorful drinks and teas. As lovers of poppin flavors, carefully selected spices and good portions we were not disappointed! The garlic noodles were impeccable, right amount of butter, garlic and Parmesan and the shrimp were adequately portioned (you can add different meat). We also had the calamari which was delicious as was the fried rice. We enjoyed the soup but it did take a minute to adjust to the coconut milk, lime blend of flavors! I also had the "mangoneada" in the mason jar and I enjoyed every sip of it! To top it off, the service was 100% hospitable. The food came out within 10 minutes, with additions of sauces by request. We went on a Saturday Evening and it was pretty empty, they had music playing and lots of seating. They took our order right away. The menu does not have any visual pictures but it's very similar to other tea places. The serving sizes are a good portion. And tasteful. The pricing is very reasonable. So I work down down the street and I always wanted to try this place so today my coworker she said they have good food so I said hey what the heck I'll it. Its a restaurant and the restroom it was completely filthy...then after I was just like it's OK I'm just gonna still try the food because I didn't use the restroom so I ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp after I read the reviews and they were pretty good. When I got my meal and got back to work I tasted the noodles the presentation wasn't so good but hey what can you expect for $14 pretty good price but after I bit into the shrimp it was mushy it was like the shrimp was old and not cleaned the shell was still on and the noodles weren't good as they visually or taste wise although it looks good on the internet. I ended up not eating the meal and opted for another option I'll give this place one star out of five for convenience if you work around the corner and you're hungry then hey you may be able to scarf it down but if you're looking for something tasty and delicious I wouldn't recommend read more

This place is all about Insta Hype. If all you're trying to do is snap a pic of your cool looking food and drink, and you don't care about quality, cleanliness and taste...then this is a place for you. When we arrived, I was confused as to wether the place had recently been opened and wasn't finished, or if it was being remodeled. It is a mess! There were also lots of tables that were covered with dirty dishes and had not been cleaned up. We ordered and it took about 45 minutes for us to actually get our food. (In all this time, the dirty tables had still not been cleaned up) When we got our food, it was at best mediocre. So, not only was it a mess, the food and drink wasn't good and it was HOT! They don't have AC! We definitely will not be visiting this place again. read more

The noodle dishes I got was beef garlic noods - 4 , the shrimp pad thai- 3 , wonton nood soup-2. Their portion is decent but flavors were ok just ok. Service was good but it's the kind of place that's pretty self service. Plenty of parking. It took them 30 min to make my 3 dishes to go so that's kind of a long wait. If I'm in the area again I may give it another try but I won't be driving out of my way to revisit. read more

I ordered the shrimp fried rice, very dry and plain not much flavor at the end of my order. It asked me if I would like to add any extras. I selected the 4 psc wontons for $5.00. When I received my order, it was wonton soup! There is nothing indicated that this is soup, or that they do not sell regular wontons at this location like I was told when I called!! Nor is the a substitution correction!!!! This is very misleading and getting customers to purchase things they DO NOT OFFER!!! An when you call the lady that answered the phone said I'm New we have no manager here and I can't help you. Took my number said a manager would call me IT HAS BEEN A WEEK NO CALL NOTHING!! I have called back still no manager to speak to!!! What kind of business is this!!! My co worker also had the same order issue!!!! Pissed very unsatisfied.
