This is my go to spot for pho. Came here the other day and ordered the beef rib pho, which is my favorite dish on the menu. The beef rib is tender and has lots of meat in it while the broth is flavorful and scolding hot, just the way I like it. Usually, for my drink, I get the pineapple juice. It's very refreshing. However, this time around, I ordered a can of Dr. Pepper. That was a mistake. It was flat. In fact, my wife's can of Coke was flat too. Ownership may want to check the expiration date on their can of sodas. Next time I'm here, I'll stick to the pineapple juice. That never disappoints. The service here is fantastic. All the workers are very nice and attentive. The food comes out very quickly. I also like that I can go up to the counter and immediately pay for my meal after I'm done eating. Huge parking lot - where the 99 Cent store was (it's closed). I don't know how it is on the weekends but during the week (the other day), tons of parking. Service was what I have come to expect when eating at a Vietnamese restaurant though I heard the staff conversing in a different language. Ordered, food served. Walked up to the counter to pay. No interaction. I'd say staff was present but other than one of the staff, possibly the manager or owner, who was sitting at one of the tables yell out to me to sit anywhere - there wasn't much exchange with anyone else other than ordering and paying. Food was decent. See pics. Grabbed a Spring Roll and Pho Dac Biet. Everything was as expected - just wish I asked for more onions. I saw some when first served, thinking there was more submerged, but found that, that wasn't the case. I love onions. Everything else was good enough. Really good pho and very friendly service! Located in a shopping mall, there is plenty of parking and upon entering we were greeted and seated promptly. We ordered the house special pho which was PACKED with protein and the flavor was so delicious! We also got the shrimp spring rolls which were literally so thicc I was surprised they were able to wrap it so neatly. The food was pretty standard. Came here because my partner and I were sick and were craving pho. The vibes are very chill and casual. If you're looking for good vietnamese comfort food this is your place to visit. The line was crazy when we got here, but we got lucky that everyone was waiting for bigger tables and were able to be seated as soon as we walked in. The service was good. It would appear they were very very busy and may need to hire more people, but overall it was a great experience. I decided to try this place since it's close to my house and I was craving pho. Me and my friends got pho, egg rolls and Vietnamese iced coffee. To be quite honest, the pho is kinda bland. I love my Vietnamese food and I'm very particular about my pho broths and this one didn't make the cut. The egg rolls were okay but it didn't come with the lettuce or anything on the side like they do at other pho places. Maybe they're more modernized? Idk but I like to wrap my egg rolls in lettuce. Flavor Budz Check in! It was freezing out, so my hubby and I craved something hot. Pho's our usual comfort food, and Pho Hoan was on our list. We went on Valentine's Day, which wasn't bad at all; usually, it's a madhouse everywhere. But hey, we took a chance and went in. Right away, Peter, the owner, was super nice and welcoming. The whole staff always yelled "WELCOME!" when anyone walked in. It was so cozy and family-friendly inside. The All-Star game was on in the back, and families were chatting away. There were kids, couples, and singles just enjoying dinner--it was awesome seeing everyone relaxing and hanging out. My hubby and I got Pho--he got shrimp and brisket, I just got brisket. The broth was amazing, not greasy at all, and the brisket was so tender! I ate the whole thing, which is HUGE for me! Ten out of ten. We totally recommend it! Solid beef rib pho, not the most flavorful as some of their competitors in 714, but the quality of the beef rib was excellent and the texture was perfect. Noodles and broth were okay but not particularly memorable, and the veggies were fresh. Goi cuon (shrimp spring rolls) were well-stuffed and tasty, but like the pho, best described as competitive as opposed to exceptional. Service is efficient and the vibe seems to be typical of South Bay pho places, very much slightly-dated strip mall feel, with clearly not-quite -fast-food Western furniture casual vibe and a high ceiling. Pho and snacks in a casual shop. Visited for a weekday dinner. Parking was easy - it's in a small shopping plaza. Shop was a small restaurant with a few booths and a handful of tables. Sat down promptly. Ordered a steak and tendon pho, but also added meatballs and brisket - bad idea as it cost an extra $5-$6 - totally forgot how much that adds up. Also ordered some pork spring rolls. Spring rolls came out first - they were ok, I think a bit too much lettuce but the sauce was good. Pho came out shortly afterwards - broth was clean and had pretty good flavor - a little light vs rich, but not in a bad way. Didn't get too much meat (from the original pho order) - i think two pieces of tendon. The extra meat I ordered was pretty good. Noodles were ok as well, but nothing good or bad about it. Overall - it's pretty good pho for the South Bay - think there's only a couple other spots worth trying. I may try the satay pho next time since that seems to be the thing to get. Would not be fair to compare to OC spots though - convenience definitely is a factor - so only measuring the place against others around the area. read more

The hoisin sauce cap popped off while using it and splashed hot broth all over myself and my wife. They replaced the bowl but didn't clean any of the spill. My wife and I had to grab a bunch of napkins and wipe everything ourselves. They didn't replace my veggies or my utensils, had to ask for them. Their Beef Rib Pho is one out of seven premium phos. For $16.99; this delicious pho comes with two giant beef ribs! The beef ribs are deliciously tender and the meat practically falls off the bone. I highly recommend this. Aside from the Beef Rib Pho; I also got to try their Minced Pork and Vegetable Egg rolls. You get four egg rolls for $7.99. Their egg rolls are pretty decently sized and it packed with ingredients and flavor. I would also recommend getting this appetizer. I only mentioned two items in this review but they have plenty more offerings to choose from. They have tradition pho soups, a lot of appetizers (including a variety of spring rolls) and vermcelli dishes. I enjoyed my first time eating here and hope to be back again soon! read more

Well I wasn't going to leave a review but this establishment just had way too many fumbles. First off let's start with what we ordered. We had the shrimp spring rolls, egg rolls, brisket pho, and a combo pho. The spring rolls shrimp was extremely fishy... shrimps aren't suppose to have an overwhelming fishy smell. The phos broth was dark and the meat was rubbery and tasted old... the only good thing was the egg rolls. Anyways we kept trying to flag our servers down but they just wouldn't pay attention. Place was a bit busy so that's understandable but when I told the person on the counter about the overwhelming fishy spring roll he laughed and said maybe it was the sauce.... I told him no. It's not the sauce it's the shrimp then he told me ok I'll let the kitchen know and offered me a discount... we legit took small bite and it was awful and he only offered a discount.. I'm Not asking for a comp meal but at least don't charge me something that's clearly spoiled. This was our first time and it's definitely going to be our last. I'm sure someones going to end up in the hospital if they keep serving old food. So whoever eats here be aware they'll only laugh in your face if you say somethings wrong with their food or try to belittle you. read more

Staff are pretty nice and there is a good perk where you might be able to get a free beef bone after 4pm (the ones they make the broth with) as long as they don't run out. The prices are a little more than normal, but it's probably one of the best pho places I have tried. The broth here is really flavorful and the pho is packed with meat. The com tam is more average and sometimes the pork chop is pretty tender, but not consistent. They don't give many veggies with the pho though (mostly bean sprouts). Food: 22. Beef Rib Pho (Phở Sườn Bò) - The beef ribs are super tender and fall off the bone. They give you two big meaty ribs, which are very filling. They have a good spicy satay on the table that you can add for a kick. The pho broth is very flavorful and complex on it's own though. 40. Grilled Porkchop (Cơm Sườn Nướng) - I've tried the porkchop twice. The first time it was very flavorful and tender, the second time it was a little dry. You can choose chả giò (egg rolls), a fried egg, or julienned pork to come with it. The chả giò is probably the most filling and a good deal. Overall, this has become our go-to pho spot in the area. We really like the beef rib pho, but might try the other variations as well. read more
