We stopped by here to kill some time before we cut our flight. We are very happy to have this represent Miami for our first time being their dispense some actual time and not be tired from the flight. When we showed up the place was packed and it was only been open for 35 minutes. There was a book crawl going on, which had many small vendors inside the brewery and there's books everywhere. Seating was a little bit difficult, but totally understandable because of the event. Martin was our bartender and was very knowledgeable and let us try some beers while we also ordered a flight and ordered food as well which he recommended. They have a lot of merchandise here at the bathrooms are very clean. Food came out on a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to any person who is going to stop in Miami for a short brief time and wanna try the best of what Miami has for beer. It makes me wanna live in Miami because if I did, this would be one of my spots I would go to on a constant basis. Thank you very much Martin for doing a great job and being a great representative of the tripping animals brewery.
I'm super into sours now-a-days and this is the place to get them Fresh around town. Great HH The warehouse and outside area are vast enough that you can come with some buddies and just chill. They used to have a disc golf chain outside but didn't see it there this last time. They have pretty cool membership at $25 that seems worth it if you live close by or go here often(wish I could be one those people)
I have been to Tripping Animals a few times already and I always have good time. Yesterday I went for a birthday and a great time was had. Love that it's casual and easy going. I ordered food for the first time and I loved my hot dog! It was very tasty, good toppings and sauce. The curly fries were cooked to perfection and the seasoning was good. I also love that pets are allowed. Theres a cute outdoor area as well. I will def be back soon!
I wanted to write another review after my second visit today where I took my husband. We had a short time we were able to be out. We sat at the bar and each had a beer. I had a sour again (this time the Grape Ape, I think it was called) and it was so good. Tasted almost like a grape soda. My husband had the Dark Lager Mame which had a subtle chocolatey note and was also really good (even though I don't usually care for dark beers). We got the cachapotas again, and we also ordered Queso Fundido con Chorizo. So good, all of it! The bartenders were all friendly and attentive, and it was such a chill but fun place to be. This is def one of my new fave hangout spots.
We went here for happy hour that started at 4:00 pm. As the day got late this place became crowded, but it never felt crowded. It is a clean and open atmosphere with relaxing music that is not loud and it is easy to have conversations. The air temperature is very comfortable and the atmosphere has a traditional brewery look. They have a pool table and an outdoor beer garden and they are pet friendly and kids are welcome until 8:00pm. Parking is free and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. Great choices of IPAs, sours and stouts and their food is amazing. They offer taste of beers before you decide on your order and they also have flights so you can try their beers. They also offer their beers to go. I can't say enough good about this brewery. I will definitely be back.
Stopped in, finally, on a rainy afternoon while the kiddo was at a birthday party for a bite to eat and to try the beer. The staff was very friendly and the beers were tasty. I had the No Mames lager. It was super flavorful, smooth and was an easy day drinking beer. We had the tequenos. They were crescent rolls w cheese and a sweet dipping sauce. My kid would have loved them. I loved them too. We split the mortadella mirage sandwich. The bread was fresh, the basil pesto and balsamic was a nice complement and didn't over power (not always the case when pesto and balsamic enter the scene). I would order this again but it also made me want to try more. Like a lot of breweries, they have seating inside and out and table games available. The outside will be a great spot in the winter months. Welcome to Oakland Park, Tripping Animals!
A few years ago go I went to Tripping Animals and did not have a good experience. That was during COVID times so I decided to give it another try in 2025. We walked in on a Sunday early afternoon and waited in line, while in line, noticed they have a very small beer selection compared to other places. Two of the beers said sold out! There are not that many beers on selection. Also, no Belgian options. can't understand why they don't have refills for the ones "sold out" Also a strange smell was coming from the kitchen. I decided to leave and go elsewhere. Guess this isn't the place for me but others have had good experiences.
Tripping Animals is one of my favorite breweries, and I knew I had to hit it up while in Miami! My partner and I enjoyed a couple of flights and an order of chicharron. Would say the favorite beer we tried (though all were great!) was the orange soda sour.. so good! The chicharron had great texture, a little too much citrus squeezed on it for my preferences though. The space itself is quite large with a lot of tables that can accommodate large groups. There's an outdoor area to enjoy a beer outside too!

What a fantastic place for some delicious beers. This place focuses mainly on stouts and sours. Sours happen to be one of my favorite style of beers. They had a very good ube combination sour that I throughly enjoyed. It was smoothie in texture but excellent. Service was fine although slow when I got there. Would come back for sure. read more

If you are a fan of sour beers than this is the place to go. Definitely has the most variety in sours I've seen in south Florida. It is a very nice and chill brewery. Beers all tasted great. If you want a chill night to grab a beer and hang I definitely recommend coming to tripping animals. There are plenty of bartenders as well so every time I went up for a drink I got served immediately. read more
Yo, this place is super cool. Met a bunch of my fiancé's cousins for a hang out night and it was cool. We discovered our love for sours at this brewery. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area. The outdoor apparently is open 24/hrs. Lol. The brewery is located towards the back, but there are seating options there where you can find one or two wall games. They also have a variety of appetizers and food food. I found a little stage where I jokingly said there was karaoke but yeah, what's up with that?! From the pictures there are pool tables, but when we went early July, they are looking for replacements. It was a very chill vibe, good for catching up. Very pet friendly! I even saw a cat! They also sell merchandise and 6-packs of select beers to take home. read more

Always enjoy Tripping Animals if not for their beer then it's for their awesome swag collection! So far Steve and I had two of their beers on two separate occasions. One we really enjoyed and the other one was okay. The beer we were both really thrilled with was Rudy Red Grapefruit Tartlets. This beer was a Sour Berlinerweise. I almost always love grapefruit in my sours and IPA'S and this one was very good and not an exception. The other beer we had was still good but we weren't quite as impressed with that one. Always With Flow was the name of this beer, an IPA. I didn't find anything too memorable with that IPA and didn't quite feel the same was with it as the sour. I have bought swag from this brewery multiple times, usually using their online shop and love going out on brewery outings to represent Tripping Animals and if a conversation comes up about the swag I'm wearing then all the more fun! read more
Tripping Animals makes me want to trip balls with their magical beer that brings me to a place of spiritual oneness and understanding from which no one can place the genie back in the bottle. One of the absolute standouts amongst the Miami-Dade brewery scene, Tripping Animals brews glorious craft beer in a way that's profound and powerful, powerful, and profound where you can see the world go round and round. Located a little less than a mile from MIA Beer Company in Doral (and around the block from the Aloft hotel), Tripping Animals has a spacious taproom with a lounge area, bar area, recreation area -- with ping pong and foosball tables, as well as cornhole boards, and table seating to enjoy delicious beers. In fact, there's a lot of prime areas in the taproom for lounge seating to sit back and hang a fang on a cold craft beer. Parking can be a bit of an issue if you're going there on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evening as their lot fills up quickly -- Tripping Animals makes fantastic beer. Plus, being located in an industrial office park where a lot of businesses don't allow parking in their lots after hours, and there doesn't help matters much, or that it appears the park itself is effy about cars parking on the side of the road. But I digress. With a large production facility, Tripping Animals offers a sizable variety of beers, most of which you can for taking out in either four-pack cans or crawlers, with the occasional 750 ml bottle depending on the release. If you live far out as I do in West Palm, this is advantageous when you want to enjoy some of the beers and aren't able to make the trip to their taproom, which I'll re-emphasize is super cool. For my money, the Drooling Like a Dragon Berliner Weisse and the El Turpial Saison are class beers. Super duper class beers, I will reiterate. The former is creamy and velvety between the mangoes and citrusy goodness of lime, which leaves for much lingering, drinking satisfaction. The latter is an extravaganza of blackberry and sage, with such juicy goodness that I could just sit at a pool all day and drink crawlers of this. So magical, very magical. In South Florida where breweries seem to be a dime a dozen, Tripping Animals have stood out as one of the best. read more
This place would have been so much easier to like if the prices weren't so high even for their 5oz pours. When talking to one the bartenders it was like "Well this is Miami, ya know"... Really?? It's actually Doral, not Miami and other places we have been to down here weren't this high sooooo what really what is your excuse?!? Some were solid but when trying the brewery for the first time and the nose in the air attitude it didn't help overcome the costs, none were that good that I'd pay the normal cost for a pint for only 5oz. One bartender just had an attitude about it and the "No Samples" rule while another tried to provide better service and did sneak us a sample to try. I am pretty sure he could feel our annoyance but the damage was already done. Service and attitude is everything. We left after 1 sample each. The artwork for the board was pretty cool, I'll give them that. read more

Super cute place! We ordered a flight to try out various beers. I really enjoyed the Trippin Zombies one since it tasted like passion fruit. We originally placed an order for the curly Cajun fries; it took forever & they ended up just being plain fries. We also tried the tequenos which were yummy. We sat outside in the patio area where the music was blasting, making it hard to hear friends at our table. Overall, it had a cool ambiance. read more

Good beers and pretty good BBQ, what a great combination. Got a flight of beer, since I'm indecisive when it comes to what I want to drink, I like it all. I absolutely loved the Miami slushy. It was perfectly balanced sour and sweet and was like a smoothie. All of their beers are delicious, they have plenty to choose from. The food is equally good, which is hard to find at a lot of breweries. This time I had the pork nachos, which were actually plantain chips. A perfect beer snack! If you're in Doral don't skip going here! read more

Good Brewery! Cool atmosphere kind of a warehouse feel to it. They serve brisket & pulled pork. Craft beers are top notch I got The Controller 10% ABV. Get into the sours, or the lagers or the ipa's or whatever your feeling. read more

I love the ambience and have been going multiple times here! The food is also pretty good compared to other breweries. They are very attentive and want to help you pick the best beer for you. I recommend this place specifically to people who love sours! read more

My partner and I have been looking forward to coming here for years! We love tripping animals beers, as for the experience- there was a soccer game on and every table/bar seat was reserved or taken. We bought a beer from the cooler to drink on their patio and got scolded by bar tender for saying its only for "to go". Which does not make sense as any other brewery would allow you to drink their own beer on their premises. Outside area was lacking with kids running around screaming, no music and weird vibes. So disappointed because we came all the way from St Pete ); wont be back again. read more

Nice local dive brewery. Very spacious, with several seating areas to choose from, including pool tables and other entertaining features. The beer selection includes lagers, pilsner, and several specialty beers - I recommend trying some of their Lagers as well as the Miami Slushy. Seating around the bar is a bit limited for my taste, and the bar stools were very worn and wobbly. read more

Updated: Beers have vastly improved and they keep cranking out collaborations. No need to rush over on beer release days, plenty will be left over and last a good week. Don't be fooled by "limited quantities," because the can or bottle will be waiting for you. Great space, cool logo, and glassware. Cool crew and rotating food choices. read more

I like this spot for after work drinks. It's cute inside, not TOO crowded so it's easy enough to order and there's a pool table in the back! They have a good selection, although I will say this last time I came they seemed to have A LOT of sours and only 1 Pilsner option and 1 lager. I ordered the Pinkie ,as I do enjoy sours, but what I got was a thick, smoothie like drink that resembled melted açaí rather than a beer and tasted like a shot of apple cider vinegar. I told the bartender but all he mentioned was that it was "due to it nearing the end of the tap"I would think they would stop serving it when it gets to that point but I guess not... I switched to the EverAle ipa and they thankfully saved the night. read more
Love this place. Been here many times and actually turned into a sour beer fan after trying theirs. Don't think I've ever had bad experience, as service is always fast and friendly staff. Inside is pretty big but they also have patio area. If you come, highly suggest getting food as well. My absolute favorite is their burnt ends which comes mixed with bbq sauce . read more

Always love visiting tripping their beer selection is right up my alley with sours and IPAs. I always love getting a flight so I can choose my tried and true and then add one I've never tasted before. The charcuterie board is delicious and enough to share for 3-4 people. I also had the beef carpaccio with was savory definitely will order again. Overall vibe is very laid back and chill. read more

Came here for a birthday celebration. It's pretty far from where I live but I'm always searching for good beer and love supporting family owned businesses. I didn't know what to expect but once I arrived, I immediately found parking at their private lot. Upon entering the building, the bar was to the left and several hightop seating arrangements. I walked further inside and was surprised how spacious it was. There's another seating area with couches and more hightop tables plus a play area with a pool table and ping pong right next to the enormous distillery room. I couldn't decide what beer to get but the friendly bartender was very patient and let me try different taps. For my first round, I got the triple IPA Jack-Ass Collab with Tampa Bay Brewing. It really looked like juice but once I took a sip, I was in heaven. It's so refreshing and citrusy. The next one I tried was the Bandido American Pale Ale. Totally different from the first one but I loved it as well. And oh, they offer food too including nachos and tacos so I got the Kalua Pork Nachos and my friend got the Shoyu Tuna Poke Nachos. They were pretty tasty and good portions. Perfect for sharing. The drafts were $10 or less for 12 or 16 oz and nachos were $12 each. Not bad. Love this brewery. The draft selection was awesome and high quality. Food was substantial and decent for this type of place plus also affordable. The service was also attentive and friendly considering the number of people that were there. Will be back again someday. I just wish I lived closer :) read more
First time coming to tripping animals Brewing and let's just say It didn't start off great. Our first encounter was the bar back. We Didn't realize he was a bar back so we attempted to order from him. He told us he can't take order so we then attempted to take orders from others behind the bar. We were ignored and not looked upon. Finally I had to raise my voice to get someones attention since I wasn't noticed and it was Bea or Bee. Not sure how to spell the name but she wasn't a pleasant individual. I asked who we can order from and she simply replied "any of us" with no direction behind her statement which was upsetting. Bea/Bee acted out with other customers next to us with foul language and seemed to be very unorganized when providing wrong tabs to customers. Then coursing up a storm when she realized she made a mistake. She wasn't very helpful to us, and apparently to other customers to either. We then continued to wait. We were finally noticed by Evan who finally realized we needed help. He approached us with a smile and came to take our order. Evan helped us with our "flight order". Since they don't do flights he helped us choose the right ones. If it weren't for Evan, our review would be worse. Thank you of keeping us here Evan, I was about to pick up and leave. read more

A great Doral brewery with good a wide selection of beers. We also ate at the brewery and they make a delicious hamburger. The wings also looked good so I'll have to try that next time. They have great seating options so you can accommodate small or large groups. Overall a worthwhile spot. read more
I went with a big group of friends and my wife and we all had a great time. My friends have previously been here but it was a first for my wife and I and had a great time. The tacos are pretty good and the beer was good. The staff explained the menu to us really well and we're willing to help us. The vibes of the establishment are great and really laid back. read more

This is a very cool, hip and fun bar. Not your typical "Doral" bar or what you would expect in the Doral area. Once you walk in, the bar is right there ready to take your order. There are many options, over 20 options of beer, you just can't go wrong! Most brewed in house but they also collaborate with other local breweries. Hungry? No worries! They have delicious food from Poke Bao that compliments any beer you are drinking (Poke Bao review coming soon!) Walk to the back and you will see where they make their magic, the brewery vats! You will also find a pool table and a ping pong table. We had 2 beers, the Mokondor and the Odins Revenge. My only complaint is that they didn't have any Hefeweizen bit mentioned they are getting some soon. I'm actually thinking about celebrating my birthday there. Oh, the jokes I could make about the name alone, but I will refrain. Tripping Animals Brewing is one of the latest breweries to be bestowed upon the 305. Specifically the Doral area. Before anything, let it be known they have their own parking lot. Also, let it be known that if said parking lot is full, you can park at the neighbor's lot and you won't get towed. At least that's what I was told by an employee. Have to say it turned out fine. Apparently the neighbors are very friendly with this brewery. I mean, I imagine it's difficult to not be friendly. With such creative names such as Lick Me and Cat Daddy Stout, you're bound to get a laugh. I know I certainly did. And speaking of Luck Me, I actually like a beer. That in itself is a miracle. I think though that I like it as it's sweet and it slightly reminds me of cider, but I digress. They sell beer in 5 oz and 10 oz increments. Go for the 10 oz if you want an actual drink. Note that I didn't see them selling flights of beer, but they do sell food. The food is pretty good. I am a huge fan of their tacos. Nom nom nom. Perfect bar food. And as comes with the bar territory, I have to say that the person who took the photo about getting someone off you... I think that's true... I saw a bartender getting involved in a conversation between a guy and a girl, but shrugs - who actually knows. read more

Very cool space and a great place to spend a Saturday afternoon. This was the first stop on our self created brew tour and it was great! We were able to seat our large group in the back by the pool tables, jukebox, and arcade games. Though it was warm, we enjoyed the aesthetic and trying all of the interesting combinations. The only negative was there was a stout event the day prior so many of the regular taps were replaced with those limited edition items. read more
Visited Tripping Animals Brewing last night for the first time. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday night. Parking is limited, but there is parking designated for the Brewery across the street too. The venue is a large warehouse converted into a brewery. There are tables, some high tops and sofas and chairs throughout the place. All the chairs were mix matched which I liked. It had a cool vibe. You place your order at the bar and they hand you a pager that lights up when your food is ready. Pickup is on the other end of the bar. We ordered two of the Sangria's which were good. We don't drink beer so we can't review their selections, although everyone else seemed to enjoy the beer. We ordered the Smash burger which was good and the monthly special which was the Chorizo flatbread. I felt the food prices were a couple of dollars too expensive for the food we received, but I guess it's a sign of the times. Tuesday night is Trivia night and we enjoyed the game too. The host was good and funny. We'll definitely be back. read more

Love this brewery. The sours here are absolutely delightful. Plenty of bar stools, tables and areas to sit. Wish there was more outdoor seating. There is a small area around the side that I saw. My absolute favorite brewery in Miami. I stumbled across this brewery as they were doing a soft opening about 4-5 years ago. Ever since then they have continued to push the brand in such a creative way along with amazing collabs. Their flagship beer is the "No mames" but I decided to try the "Guava and Rubber duckies" beer. It had a great nose and was very refreshing to drink. As far as the food I went with the steak hot dog that was cooked to perfection. The service was extremely quick and efficient and the ambience of the establishment is like no other. They have creative logos and art around the place along with a merch shop. You can also grab cans to go if you fall in love with any of their beer selections. read more

I really loved this brewery! They have A MILLION selections of beers of every variety. Their beers are so good and they also have popular tasty guest beers. I had a sour beer that was something like strawberry cheesecake and it was great. The brewery is pretty cool on the inside, seating is sparse and so spread out for covid so a little hard to find a seat without being stuffed in a tiny corner. That will pass. The beertenders are really awesome, so helpful and friendly and speedy!! I wish I could remember the male bartenders name (Spanish, dark hair edgy style) on March 6th evening he was so great! As well as the female bartender that night. They went above and beyond. I randomly ordered a brisket sandwich there to munch on and is was AWESOME. They have a nice bbq menu! Thursday Night, Friday EVE, Tripping Animals is the place to be. The beer is wet, my pallet sated, on to flights to be elated. They had a band that played the blues, and yum, some more good beers to choose. Okay, so I am not going to win any contests for my prose. But Tripping Animals definitely gets an award for being a great new beer venue in Doral. This place really gets it right and it's way more than a brewery. To start, they have bar food. Hello, and it was really good. We had nachos which were very generous and yucca fries, with a mojito sauce that could be eaten by itself. They have a bar area as you first come in, a little lounge area to the right, rest rooms are straight ahead both male and female, and towards the back another lounge area and then a play room with ping pong, foosball and a large couch in the back brewing area. They have board games as well. This place is a good size. The service was good, although you could tell they are still working through some of the kinks. They had a band that night which was good. It made for a really cool evening. Free entertainment is always a plus with beer. They had five of their beers on tap, plus a host of guest beers. They were most prevalent with IPAs. HOUSE BEERS: Bandido... Pale Ale 5% ABV good Bad Hombre... IPA 5.5% ABV good Falling Pig... IPA 6.4% my absolute favorite Koopa Troopa... Pilsner 6.5% this is a surprisingly smooth pilsner, I liked this and I don't typically like pilsners Wizard of Auz... Imperial brown ale 11% ABV for those who like sweet beer, it doesn't get any better than this. Had this for my beer dessert. It was dark chocolate coated with honey and was quite good. I would have it again for sure. Tripping Animals has something good going. If you haven't visited yet, you should. read more
