Over 2 months for a windshield replacement caused by a rock. The process started on March 9, 2026, and as of May 11, 2026, we are finally being told the vehicle is ready for pickup. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. We had to follow up more than 8 times ourselves just to get updates. Multiple times we were told someone would call back, but no one ever did. When we finally reached someone, they often did not know the status of the vehicle and said they would "find out," but then never followed up. This was nearly a $3,000 windshield repair, and the service experience did not match the price at all. The vehicle was also left unlocked outside in the parking lot for most of the repair process. We could see this through the vehicle's app, meaning anyone could have accessed it. When we stopped by to check on the vehicle after it had been sitting there for months, it was filthy. There was mud throughout the interior and debris on the exterior that had not been cleaned up. We were also told 3 days ago that the vehicle was ready and that keys would be left for pickup. We drove 40 minutes only to arrive and find no keys available, meaning we could not pick up the car after all. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service and communication experiences we have had with a repair shop. Delays happen, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and care for the vehicle made the entire process extremely frustrating. Wow, unbelievably rude phone technicians at this spot! First I called and spoke to one woman who kept insisting I couldn't bring my car in for an estimate since I have National General insurance. I kept explaining to her that I was paying for it so it didn't matter my insurance when she hung up. Then I called back to find out what happened to the call and another equally rude woman Mary answers. Mary has the same rude tone as the first woman but I explain to her the situation and she proceeds to book my estimate appointment 3 weeks out. I asked if I could go ahead and schedule the repair since I know what I need and she said no, it would be booked 3-4 weeks after the estimate. So I asked to speak to a manager and she said Lee wasn't in and wouldn't be in all week. So then I asked for the manager in charge while he was away and Mary said it was her.....what?! She couldn't have dealt with that in a more transparent way? What a jerk. As a small business owner myself I would be mortified if one of my employees(let alone 2) spoke and treated any of my customers this way. read more

It took a couple weeks for a more simple repair but they did a good job and the repairs were done on time ( they provide an estimated time of completion). I continued to receive updates throughout the process, which was great. Overall, it was an easy hassle free process. This was my first car repair, so I am not sure how the pricing is compared to other places. The service was good though. read more

A week ago, I went in to get an estimate. Apparently I have to set an appointment to do so, and a week out was the soonest they could accommodate. I found it odd, since the other two places I went to were able to look at the car immediately. It literally takes five minutes to look at the car and take pictures. Nonetheless, I made the appointment and went back yesterday morning. It took 22 minutes for the estimator to come from the back. Apparently insurance reps don't need appointments like potential customers do. I don't have to wait that long to see my DOCTOR. I was told that they would email the estimate, but it's now been 24 hours and I still have nothing. If it takes this long just to get an estimate, I shudder to think how things will go once they have my car as hostage. I dropped my mothers car off at Caliber Collision on 3/15/23 with an estimate of $13,000 of damage. I was receiving message updates every 3-4 weeks to tell me the expected completion date of the car. We continued to wait month after month with rental car fees piling up and eventually had to buy a cheep car in August. Jim kept giving us excuses why the car production was delayed and by October we were told they were waiting on adhesive glue from BMW that would arrive mid November. Christmas came and then it was inclimate weather with short staffing. In January we threatened to have our lawyer get involved. The general manager called with appologies and stated that the finish production was all along scheduled for April 2024 but it was never communicated to us. It is now May 2024 and we still have no car or end date. The general manager even agreed to deliver the car to my mothers home once completed. No one should ever have to experience such terrible service and the ongoing lies that never seem to end. This has caused much stress and financial burden on my mother over the past year. I will continue to write terrible google reviews until her car is back in her possession and will reach out for legal advice. read more

Dropped in here today to get some advice and help with taking out and then reinstalling my Audi license plate car mount that didn't function properly. Audi was going to charge me a $250 service for the labor. Jim took the time and helped me in the parking lot to look at it, helped remove it, clean it, and then replace it with one I had bought. Very unhappy went there last week for very minor cosmetic damage on my vehicle. They gave me a quotealmost $4000 replace parts that were not needed they could've been easily repaired. Went to three other shops each one got lower and lower so far I'm down to $1600 and I learned a lot that I was being completely ripped off and redirected to my insurance company to go through them so they can rob the insurance company and get top dollar replacing parts completely unnecessarily when they could be easily fixed. Do your homework go around get multiple quotes do your basic due diligence don't listen to what they say take it with a grain of salt as is typical everybody's trying to rip you off read more
