Drove that way on a Saturday afternoon and there was only 1 other car there. They got to mine right away and promised it'll be ready in 30 mins! There were like 6 people working on my vehicle. I got the lux package and they did a hand wash, hand dry, and spray wax. I watched as they wiped everything down by hand, down to the rims, doors, and windows! The lady even went around and inspected it while I was paying cause they care about a job well done! I can't believe how clean my car was! It actually looked brand new inside! It was cleaner than I've had it in a long time! Especially because I have a toddler! They got what they could see.. I saw a few spots that were missed on the drive home (the back of the driver dash, the shifter where I had crumbs in the leather area, and lastly the cup holders for the two front seats. I think they closed the cup holder and my door to it is a bit jammed and they couldn't re-open it. I was a bit disappointed cause I knew they could clean it better than I can. Overall, they still amazed me with the job they did in a short time. I will definitely be back and told my friends how great it was! The lux package was $70 for a mid-size SUV; decently priced and comparable to other quotes I got. There was a small wait area with like 4 chairs. The AC wasn't blowing that cold so it was a bit warm. I think they could definitely improve on the wait area but still worth the service I received! Glad to see this place open on the neighborhood! They are located in the old gas station right behind the Target on South Main/South Braeswood in the med center!

I was there on a busy, beautiful Saturday afternoon and there were several cars ahead of me. The wait was well worth it because my car is sparkling clean inside & out. My tires look amazing. My vehicle was thoroughly cleaned very well. The waiting area could use some improvements. Currently it's just an open space inside with a few chairs. Additional chairs are needed because several people had to stand. Since they offer full detailing services, some customers may have extended wait times so they should have a comfortable place to wait. I know that this is a new business so I hope they will improve upon this area. They were playing great music and that made the wait even more enjoyable. You have the option to leave a cash tip or you can add the tip on your card when they process your payment. Competitive pricing, great service. Support this local business.,

Dude NAILED it on the interior. Was hard to get pictures so I don't have any of those. But interior was solid. Except that the mats were pretty wet still. Needed to dry a little more before putting them back in. Couple of things that I wasn't thrilled about after all was said and done...wheels and trim. Overall my Jeep was super clean. Clay barred it and all. But for a "full detail"...I anticipated not having to go back and do the wheels and plastic trim (door handles, gas filler, fender flares-specifically requested as an alternative to engine compartment). See the photos for a visual explanation. Lastly, the fender flares...bummed on that. Not really even that clean. Traded cleaning the wheel wells up instead of the engine compartment. I stopped by on a Thursday close to 6 p.m. The reason Eagle Hand Car Wash is top of the line is simple---they clean your car better than almost any other car wash out there. This is because everything is done by hand. You're not going through an automated car wash where your car comes out kind of clean. Here, they wash and dry the exterior of your car by hand. They also vacuum the interior (including your trunk) and wipe down all surfaces including your steering wheel, dash, door handles, etc. Since they do such an exhaustive job, it's going to take longer than your typical car wash. And they're more expensive than your average car wash. A basic wash for a small car is $26. All in all, it's worth it. The interior wait area isn't too impressive but that's not why I visit. It's all about how fresh my car looks afterwards.
