I can't imagine a more satisfying experience from office to chair, nor a happier group of individuals to rely upon! On two separate occasions I arrived for appointments only to be told that my hygienist was not available. Again, the office manager claimed that she, "tried to call me." I had no voice mails or missed calls on my phone. TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I understand the need to be a "for profit," business and I am sure that dentistry has a lot of competition, but the front office experience can make or break a medical/dental practice. I get the impression that neither of the Doctors there are aware of how bad their office manager is running things. I get that you stopped accepting my Delta Dental Insurance (business is business) and I did not mind paying directly and being reimbursed after filing. However, when you add on to that the fifty-fifty chance that my appointment will actually happen or that the only messages I have ever received from the practice come from an automated confirmation drone calling service, It gets to be too much. My question to the Doctors who own this practice is, do you know what your front office manager is doing to your clientele? Do you care?

Dr. Persha is very compassionate and makes sure that you are as comfortable and painfree as possible during and after the procedure. In the past I have had dentists that didn't take the time to explain anything. He does. He has made it clear to me any potential dental issues that could arise in the future. Although I don't know all of the hygienists by name they are all courteous and friendly. Jordan at the front desk really knows his stuff. He is very knowledgable about insurance. They check up on you and really do care about recovery and making sure things happen the way they're supposed to. Obviously the procedure is rough regardless of who does it, so I was sore for a bit, but nothing out of the ordinary for any OMS. The staff are very kind and helpful, and they were a very well oiled machine for what I saw in the whole 45 seconds I was awake before they swiftly put me to sleep. Dr Braasch explained everything from the consult up until I was asleep, and was very reassuring. This is probably glaze but I generally hate the dentist and anything to do with my mouth, however dr Braasch was extremely professional and reassuring. My last dentist was…read moreconstantly pressuring me to get procedures done that I didn't really need and everything always cost a lot more than they quoted me, so when I moved to Manchester, I decided to switch dentists. And I've been going to Amoskeag Family Dentistry ever since. No pressure to get anything done I don't need. I always pay what I'm quoted for the work that I have had done. Everyone is super nice. If I need to change an appointment, they usually can get me in at a time and day that is better for my schedule. I love it there so much that once my daughter was old enough to go, they became her dentist too. As long as they're open, Amoskeag Family Dentistry will be my dentist.

Then cause drama so you can't reschedule an appointment for over a year for the other child....Terrible service. Then tell you to get a new dentist when you ask why you couldn't be in the room with your child. Unprofessional and disrespectful. They also don't tell you you're seeing any of three different dentists and don't get the same dentist every time. And add that I was THREE minutes late and they mentioned it about FIVE TIMES after calling and they told me "oh it's fine it happens" clearly not since they had to keep mentioning it.... Edit to this review they will drop you as a patient if you they mess up your schedule. Or bring your complaints forward. I was told by bring up a concern about the schedule they messed up "if we don't give you the warm and fuzzies go elsewhere" as she THREW a transfer paper at me. For simply bringing up a question ! Never in my LIFE have I EVER experienced such insanity. I was told "being a dentist is hard enough I don't need to deal with this" because I asked a question.....It's be happy or be dropped as a patient. I was blindsided by a sizeable bill, to which I was told they were not in network with my insurance. That was an unexpected surprise after years of patronage. I understand that things happen, but it never feels good to get the fuzzy end of the lollipop! To that end... I will be moving to another dentist post haste.

His staff are welcoming and helped me even with my insurance. This facility took a bad situation and made it wonderful!
