I don't mind the price of $90 for pickup/drop off laundry, but the constant texting back and forth, the handling, and basic customer service was really unprofessional. I acknowledge that the confirmation email went to the wrong address, but it should not have taken over two weeks to get my mother's laundry back. When finding out what went wrong, the whole transaction wasn't handled professionally. After two weeks, my mom's laundry was dropped off in front of her apartment door. No phone call, no attempt to reach her or me. At least they took a picture and texted it to me proving delivery. Thankfully, no one took it. When things go wrong in business, you bend over backwards to fix it. I didn't see this happening, just excuses and no solution. I realize that mistakes happen. But the frequent texting, delay in delivery, making excuses, a week delay in payment (you should let customers know about different/faster payment options than PayPal), then dropping them off outside a front door without communication is unacceptable.

The main issue was customers hogging the carts and a few rude people. Some customers do use the same carts to bring in their dirty laundry and then those same carts are used to take clean laundry out of the machine (this is not the fault of the staff). I paid with my credit card. You tap the machine to start it and they authorize $17. On my credit card bill I was only charged $9 for the cost of doing my laundry and they never actually charged the $17. They do have a sign explaining this. They sell laundry detergent and other laundry products in the vending machine at very reasonable cost. I've used lots of laundromats in my life and this one was clean and the machines were modern and they have various sizes of washing machines including really large ones. The issues at laundromats are normally with customers and there is only so much management and staff can do. I'd return here.

My very first experience there was difficult because it was a language barrier between me and the attendant, and he treated me as if I was a vagrant instead of paying Customer because I have to use the restroom pretty badly and I didn't want to bring all my stuff in before and risk an accident.. and while I understand, no one has to be kind at work. It does help to have compassion for people. Piper was super helpful without being overbearing and was able to keep not all the peace and calm but an upbeat and very neighborhood friendly atmosphere..
