I rate this a solid 3.8. Ordered online and was ready when I came to pick it up. First time having an açaí bowl and it was very yummy. Will be having more of those. Fruit and bowl tasted fresh. went through the drive through - wanted to use my birthday reward smoothie but it was not on my app . tropical smoothie sent me my birthday reward at 11:47pm the night of my birthday therefore I could not use it. I asked to use it and the customer service employee said the manager was not there therefore that could not happen. The team member that helped me also had a tissue in his nose that was sticking out this is very unsanitary and needs to be addressed as that is not health conscious to customers getting food. this place needs to care a little more . this is the second time I have had a bad experience. read more

I'm really torn on how to rate this experience...1.5 stars perhaps? We stopped in for smoothies after several hours of softball practice - smoothies would hit the spot! Upon entering the location, we noted how dirty it was outside around the building entrance. Trash overflowing in both the trashcan and the ashtray (photo). When we got inside, same situation. Trash and food all over the floor and behind the counter and it smelled like burnt food. The stools were strewn about and the straw containers were empty, except for the one on the right of the counter, which had 3 straws. There were 4 customers inside, sitting at one table and 2 employees working - 1 on food, the other making smoothies. It took several minutes to get our orders in...the smoothies were very good and a very generous size. I cant say much about the service except it was slow but we barely had interaction with him besides placing our order and paying. Typically they write the add on ingredients on the smoothie cup so you know you get what your paying for and this time non had marks on the cups.. with the food being wrong makes me wonder if I even got my extra B-12 or kale pack added to my smoothie.. read more

Had to shut my car off and just sit and wait, and wait and wait and wait. 1 car ahead and no one behind me. And the app automatically calculates a TIP! for WHAT?!! Once i Finally got to the window the girl asked if I ordered the blueberry one I said no I got paradise point. After waiting 25 mins we went to the drive through asking about our order as the phone line was just busy....they told us they were working on it so just wait in drive through. Well we waited for another 20 plus mins to get our order and we are still not at the window. And now a car behind us so we can't back up. This is ridiculous. There has to be a better system. First off these five stars are going to an amazing employee named Maleigh. She was kind, caring, and very understanding. I am a single mother of four and she was very patient taking my children's orders. The smoothies are excellent and a great size for the price I pay. Service was quick and speedy as well. Maleigh informed us she is a new employee but she holds herself up as a seasoned smoothie making veteran. I will definitely be coming back hoping to see smiling Maleigh again! read more

*New Biddeford location* 12/17/2016 Very disappointed with the customer service at this brand new location. Walked in last night to 5 girls all standing around. As the door opened they all just looked at each other, looked at the door, and went back into their own conversations. There was no greeting whatsoever and to top it off they all looked like it ruined their evening that a customer walked in. The place was empty and I'm sure these high school girls would rather be anywhere but work on a Friday evening but that is no excuse. After a few moments of heavy contemplation of just walking out I decided to just order the smoothie and carry on. Being a new location the girls were all still figuring out how to make the smoothies and it took 3 of them to create a smoothie with 5 ingredients. One of the girls helping with the smoothie wiped her nose multiple times as she was handling the food with no gloves. I'm hoping this review raises some red flags and the staff and management up their game or I won't be surprised to see another business shut down in this location. read more

I typically go to the one in Rochester, NH or the South Portland on Broadway... the smoothies taste slightly different then at other locations & the people are not that friendly.
