They then changed the story and told us that the order had not come through yet on the computer. We went and sat down and no one said anything to us so we went back up and asked what was happening and they stated that they never received the order. They then said that they could start making the order, but as we noticed, the beverages being prepared with powder, the really dirty sink area, and tubes with things oozing out of them, we just said we wanted a refund. The manager on duty came over and began to process the refund, which was nine dollars less than what we had actually paid. When we asked about this, we were treated extremely rudely and informed that because we had ordered it online it cost more, but they weren't going to be able to refund us the amount in the store. I'm not sure if this is correct but I don't think it's legal to add on an extra fee for ordering online when you're picking it up? In any case we were directed to reach out to the regional manager. The manager on duty was clearly flustered, but not as rude as the younger blonde cashier that was working. When we left, we said goodbye to her, and she literally turned her back on us and walked away. I wish we had read reviews before we came so we would not have wasted our time, but they clearly needed to do better. Apparently this is not the first time that they have had trouble with online orders not coming into the store. The manager for the site really needs to be more involved and figure out how to solve this problem.
