    "TURKEY BACON RANCH

This place used to be so good! The last few times have been disappointing. Stopped by last week to get a Turkey Bacon Sandwich and this is what I ended up with after waiting 20 min in line. A sandwich missing the bacon and tomatoes and looked like it was tossed up. The turkey that is only a slice looked microwaved and old, the sandwich looked so unappetizing. This was $11!! I turned around to get a refund after driving half way home already and opening my bag of chips, the girl still had the audacity to not refund my chips after I wasted my time and gas. You would think for the inconvenience she would have left The bag of chips at-least for a courtesy. Super disappointing.

Good smoothies, had the sunrise sunset smoothie, and the hummus veggie wrap with chicken added. Service is a little slow but ok. Drive through is quickest. It's a chain, but lots of smoothie and lunch/breakfast options.

Service Is terrible. Gave us two competently different things than we ordered and we waited thirty minutes for a couple of wraps.

Great food and smoothies. They also offer a tasty meat substitute for those who are vegetarian or vegan

The bathroom was disgusting from the toilets having poop, mold and pee all over. Even the bathroom had built up gunk and was gross. Floor through out the entire lobby, bathroom and as far as I could see in the work space looked like they hadn't been thoroughly swept or mopped in weeks. One of the fridges I could see even had a mess seeping out of the door. I would have taken pictures had I not left my phone in the car. One poor staff member was the only one working and though she had a lot of customers come in at once, she was moving slow with no urgency or excitement to do her job. You could tell she had no desire to be making our smoothies. OR clean anything for that matter. Despite my better judgement, My son and I each got a smoothie and they were okay. Not the same great quality that used to bring me in regularly years ago. With that said, I simply won't go back as the lack of cleanliness & utter laziness was extremely off putting. I'm disappointed.

The options for ice cream were carefully and thoroughly explained along with samples of the flavors of the ice cream flavors we were interested in. We each ordered a single serve ice cream and were promptly served. Both of us enjoyed the rich flavor of our ice cream. When I I asked for a glass of water, it was nice to receive a full size drink with lemon in it. We enjoyed the ice cream, was flavorful and creamy, a bit overpriced but good.

There was a family ahead of me ordering some goodies. So I peeped things out throughout the shop till I was ready to be helped. There's a little bit of everything here. Food, plushies, cards and snacks. When the family moved towards the register, it freed up the area by the ice cream case. The gentleman behind the counter told me it would be a second. I of course told him to take his time since I wasn't in a real rush. His response wasn't the most gentle or practical but I took it and waited till he was ready for me. He did list of the flavor options before he continued on with the customer's shake. After he finished with the family, he headed back my way. I asked for a scoop of the banana pudding ice cream. I have been on a banana pudding kick! So, let's continue this banana pudding kick and see what this ice cream joint has to offer. I'm not gonna lie, I was in awwww at how small this cup of ice cream is. I have been to several local joints in town and it's comparable to a kid's size. This is their single scoop. I paid my 6 bucks with tax. After a small conversation with the gentleman that helped me I made my way to outdoor seating in the front to enjoy my scoop in the warm sun. Broooooo, this is some of the best banana pudding ice cream in town. It's banana forward without the artificial taste to it. It's creamy! It had nice chunky pieces of Nilla wafers in it. I polished off that cup and probably could have had 2 more. It was a perfect treat for this hot summer's day. I enjoyed my ice cream very much. It was so good! But, I wish that this scoop would have been more cost friendly. I take my kids for ice cream dates every month and we focus on supporting local. There's at least 8 to 10 kids that I take out. I can't imagine paying 50 to 65 bucks for single scoops of ice cream. I know my teen boys could polish off larger cups so I don't even want to imagine the total cost of it all. I had some of the best banana pudding ice cream here. It was killer. But, my initial interaction with the gentleman behind the counter wasn't the best. Our conversation did end on a better tone when I checked out. The venue is a little confusing but fun with all the toys. I will probably enjoy another scoop by myself if I come back again. Unfortunately, I don't think I could afford to bring my kiddos here.

The eggs were actually poached perfectly. Seriously, my mouth is watering just reflecting on the food. The toasted single ciabatta is something that I liked versus a couple English muffins. The smoked ham a tad salty but paired with the hollandaise very well. Ripe tomatoes. The greens for a side was my choice versus potatoes. I'll have to try the potatoes next time because this day was going to be hot and smokey, so I needed to keep it light. I drink coffee black, and the coffee was really good. On the service, as some have complained about, I can't really speak to that. I went in before work, so I was there at 7. By the time I left at 7:45, two more tables came in and one had already left. 9 or 10am on a Sunday is probably different. So the service was good for me. The decor was an updated nautical theme that I seen before. A few decades ago, I went to a First Watch in a land far away. When it was brought to the Boise area, I thought it would be interesting to have that seasonal approach option compared to fixed menu Cisco approach. And if you're good with a standard pancake, maple flavored syrup, a couple slices of bacon, and two plain scrambled eggs - do that. If you like something interesting, First Watch.

We arrived to the restaurant in hopes of something really good but quickly were disappointed…read more Service was ok and the server was nice. The issues. I ordered the Chipotle Steak & Queso seasonal item. The presentation was nice but for the money I would never order again. When ordering you think of meat with the word steak. The 5-6 little pieces of steak hidden with all the potato and other items just was not satisfying at all for my hunger. The potatoes were undercooked with tough and chewy tortillas as well. Being a hash they should have a crispy bite to them not all soft and mushy. My partner was with me and had The Works Omelet and it was good but again the potatoes were mushy and nothing browned or crispy to them. The coffee was a bit bitter and when the server brought out water with the water glasses one of the was still dirty. Not something I would expect from a restaurant, when I worked as a server I looked at Everything I brought to the table for a guest when it came to glassware and utensils. So needless to say it will be a long time before if I ever come back to this place. I enjoy LePeep much better and have never had these issues, heck I have had better at IHop for the money I have spent here.
