    I have given them so many chances and they mess up 9 out of 10 times. I call and the manager doesn't care and when i wanted a replacement for their mistake which is printed on the sticker, wanted me to pay.

    Only stopped her to pick up my free smoothie from my T-Mobile Tuesday offer. I wanted a strawberry and mango smoothie. They don't offer that combination. The crazy thing is they minus the bananas from what they do offer and charged me fifty cents. Makes no sense at all. I could see if it was adding an ingredient but, you simply replaced one ingredient with another. Long story short the smoothie was just ok. Nothing I ever have to have again. At least not from this business.

    This location is much slower than the others I have been to. They are also not the friendliest bunch. They rarely acknowledge you when you come walk through the door. A lot of the staff appears to be really young, so the service may be suffering because of this. This location may make yo consider hiring some older employees to balance things out. I highly suggest placing your order online rather than ordering in store. Even with doing that, you probably will still have to wait. Plus, you receive reward points by ordering via the app and if you're anything like me, you love free discounts!! Tropical smoothie is a bit on the pricer side, so those coupons definitely come in handy. Minus the mediocre service, the food and smoothies are good. My favorite smoothie is the blueberry bliss. All of the food is good, I especially like the quesadilla and the wraps and bowls. Hopefully this location improves its service(they haven't been open too long), because it is only five minutes away from my home and is most convenient. Fingers crossed!

    I have zero compliantly about this location of TSV, I normally order via app and my food/smoothie is always on point. The staff work quickly to ensure good service. I'll keep returning!!

    This employee refused to wear gloves as she prepared the smoothies. I had to bring it to the attention of another employee since she acted like she didn't hear me. When she finally looked my way I told her she should be wearing gloves & she turned around & continued making smoothies without putting on gloves. I was outdone. Her behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. Poor customer service is an understatement. In this climate of Covid food establishments are struggling to remain open. It only takes one bad apple to shut the whole operation down. Food safety & customer consideration is the least a patron can expect. Posting a Covid19 policy without employees implementation them is useless and dangerous. Needless to say, It was a real turn off & I will not be back.

    st had the worst experience at this location. I order my food then was going to pay with 100$ bill Keyonna the manager said we can't take it I'm like okay. While Keyonna the manager taking my money she was very rude and unprofessional. Come to figure out she the manager I wait for my food Keyonna then gave my son and I our smoothie that was fine. The employee Jada then gave us our wraps and chips. We seat down and eat inside I took one bite and it was totally nasty I went up to the counter and told Jada. Jada then went to the back to tell Keyonna, Keyonna then told Jada that She can make something else for me. It was so nasty it left a bad taste in my mouth the shrimp taste half done and sauce was extremely old. I told Jada that I do not want anything else. Jada then went to back to tell Keyonna and told her I will like to talk to her about the food and refund. Keyonna looked me in my face and told me if your son like it then it's maybe me and told me I can not get a refund. Remind you they took the food back Keyonna then went in the back a left me at the counter no refund or food I asked Jada plenty of times so this is your Manager and she's not going to fix this this issue, Jada said I wish I can refund you but only Keyonna can. Jada then said you can call corporate office in which I filed my complaint and the store manager that isomer Keyonna will be calling me back. I am so upset at the services that was given I recorded the whole situation. Keyonna should not be a manager for attitude is not good for business. I have just checked the reviews And it seems like I'm not the only one that feels this way. Me leaving that location without food or a refund only a smoothie is very upsetting in which I feel like Keyonna stole my money. I will be posting this on all platforms to show that we should not do any business at this location the integrity was there she needs more training with dealing with escalations and job performance. I had to find out her name from her employee, she did not even introduce herself when talking.

The order had to be placed online for pickup. I tried earlier, but the store showed as a corporate location for some reason. After a bit of research, I found out it was an actual store. I parked, placed my order from the car, and made sure to customize it because I do not eat pork. I added extra tomatoes and left out ham. I also ordered one for my son. The pickup time was about fifteen to twenty minutes later. I went inside to let them know I had just placed an order. The store was empty except for staff. A young woman greeted me and said she was working on the sandwiches. I waited, spoke briefly with another employee, and looked around. Soon, my order was ready. The young woman told me the sandwich with extra tomatoes was on top. I thought she might also mention no ham, but she did not. I checked the bag before leaving, opened the one she pointed out, and thought it looked right. I tied the bag back up and left. At home, I planned to give one sandwich to my son and save mine for lunch the next day. I was a little hungry and decided to take a bite. Before I did, I checked again because both sandwiches looked exactly the same. That is when I saw they both had ham. I was upset. I checked the time, saw the store was still open, and called. The phone rang for a long time, but someone finally answered. I explained what happened. He asked if I had the receipt, but there was none in the bag. I gave him my name, and he found my receipt still in the store. He read it out loud and said it only showed extra tomatoes, not no ham. I checked my account and saw he was right. Somehow, the no ham request had not saved. I told him I was confused because I was sure I had deselected ham. He said it was not their fault and they could not fix it. I asked to speak to the manager. He talked to someone in another language and came back saying the manager said the same thing. They would make a new sandwich if I paid again. That was disappointing. The manager refused to get on the phone and I was "oh welled". I thought this could be a regular spot since it is so close and clean inside. But maybe it is for the best. The food is not great for me anyway. I do not know what went wrong with the order. I even tried to recreate it, but the promo code seemed to affect the options although it did allow for customization. Maybe it was meant to be. Yes, maybe the mistake was on my end. But I know I tried to remove the ham. Either way, I do not need processed meat in my life. I will take this as a win. Will I go back? No, and that is okay. The food is not good for me anyway. Also, what was I doing eating a sandwich after 8 anyway? Get it together ma'am! A star for the store being clean, the young lady being pleasant, and the quickness I received my order.

A blogger that I follow on IG reviewed this place, so today we decided to give it a try. We ordered a couple different Banh Mi's - the BBQ pork and Grill pork. For those who are familiar with this dish, the bread is the star of this dish and the baguette was fresh and had a nice crunch with every bite. Both of the meats were seasoned well bursting with flavor and the pickled carrots and daikon were nice and thick. They offer many different options for summer rolls and while the safe side of me wanted to stick with just the "traditional / original" style, we decided to venture off and got the Grilled Beef, Grilled Sausage, Shredded Pork, and Grilled Pork. All of them were delicious in their own way and they each come with different sauces. While we were there we also got the original Cafe Su Da (Vietnamese iced coffee) which was delicious but my favorited was the Salted Latte which tastes like a Salted Caramel coffee. Staff was very friendly and got all of the food and drinks out in a timely manner. Absolutely love this place and excited to have a great Banh Mi place here in Maryland without having to travel to DC / VA.
